“Simply perfect” Like the vibe of this hotel. Homey & cosy. Room is well maintained, and CLEAN. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, able to get really good SLEEP. Amenities are in good shape, such as AC, fridge, tv, lamps, toilets fittings. Stayed at the colonial house. If want to pick on something, might be the squeaky floor board in the colonial house (which i sort of expect it during booking), and also the balcony drain is not working well to discharge water ponding. All in all, satisfying stay.

A nice boutique hotel tucked away. It was surprisingly quiet and even a bit romantic. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Check-in was easy, although it might be hard if you're doing it outside their 'working' hours. The security guards were nice and paid attention. Decent location and pretty easy to walk places and to the nearby BTS station.

I chose the Standard room with no breakfast option. I love the set up of the old building as a lobby/living room. Feels family welcoming. Room is good size for solo traveller and the bed & pillows are comfortable for me. Bathroom is clean with basin separating the toilet & shower. Room is bright and feels warm. Like one reviewer mentioned, there are no hooks for your towels. Conveniently located in lower Silom area with easy access to bus, SkyTrain & water boat. Owners are friendly & welcoming.

Very well located in a silent street! The hotel is charming, a kind of boutique hotel. The room we had was big and comfortable. Having said that, I didn’t like the woman attitude at the reception (at the arrival and when we left). I didn’t feel welcome. She was professional, but not a single smile nor asking if we had a good trip or stay. Service can therefore be improved.

I usually visit Bangkok twice a year, and this is my first time staying at this delightful hotel for two months. I've discovered my favourite residence place to stay here, and I will definitely come back again and again. Everything is absolutely perfect for me — The elegant exterior, the lovely greens, amazing staff and exceptional hotel owner. I couldn't ask for anything better, it truly deserves a 5-star rating in every aspect. Thank you so much!

4 Nights in BKK and the Baan Vajra was an excellent place to stay. Depending on what are your interests, for us it was a perfect location. < 10 minutes to the Skytrain. A short footwalk to the River and good food around the place. From street to excellent restaurants. Next big street is the Silom. Massive traffic all day long. Better walk & train! The only thing to point out. No hooks to hang clothes or towels and only minimum locker space in a Deluxe Room and the house is a bid noisy. But that is realy all on a low side. Over all a perfect stay!

Hidden gem. If you are looking for vibe of colonial house, this is the place. Nicely situated within commercial area but safely hidden. The room size, the mattress and the amenities, on par with other luxury full-fledged hotel.

Nice decoration. Breakfast is not variety but no matter, we can have breakfast outside. Near Bangkok Fashion outlet. 35 km from Surva… Airport. Frendly staff.
