Coming from California I’m a stickler when it comes to my Mexican food. This place is by far the best you will find in thailand. The carnitas is banging, I ate the enchiladas first, hence why there is no picture of enchiladas.. lol definitely recommend if you miss real Mexican food! This is my second time here. 1st time I had taquitos and steak fajitas and a strawberry margarita followed by a corona. Will come back a third and probably 4th time before I return home in a week. Menu is amazing 🤩

This is not a Mexican restaurant. The food looks very very good but the taste is not the real one. Amazing margaritas. Location clean and nice, nothing so special. If you are looking for a real hot spicy dirty Mexican food this is not your place.

Los Angeles California native here. I found the food at Mike's perhaps "Mexican inspired" but I don't think the kitchen staff has ever tasted the real thing, Tex Mex, authentic Mexican, or whatever. Three stars for good service, nice ambiance, and the food seemed fresh and nicely plated. But not Mexican. Even the salsa was bland pureed tomatoes. Waitstaff did not understand the word picante. In contrast Tigglebitties has a Mexican chef working there and decent Mexican food. I'm still looking for that wow factor tho... Will try every Mexican joint in Pattaya metro on my quest.

Ok Mexican food... The guacamole dip is expensive at 220 thb but does taste good. It's the real deal. For the beef taco and beef enchilada I was hoping for ground beef, but it was shredded. The taste wasn't the best, sadly

The food is great but the service is not. Do not pay by credit card because they will use your card illegal. A scammer waitress is just excuse to refuse a transaction by the EDC machine while copying all of your information on the card and hack over 1000 USD. Only once in my life for this restaurant!

Tasty Mexican food that feeds your cravings. The flavors of my cheese enchiladas were spot on with what I'm familiar with (especially the sauce). The location is easy enough to reach, off one of the main streets between the two beaches. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was served very quickly (I was the only person in the restaurant at the time).

Coming from Los Angeles Ca. It could be said that my expectations for Mex food, the bar is set pretty high. Mikes is the second place in Pattaya that I’ve had Thailands version of Mex food. My opinion is the food here is above average but the service was below average. Sad because when I was there, there was just one other party of four and they had already finished. So no excuse that they were too busy to serve me properly. Anyways with that said, the other place I went to for Mex food which had superior food and service is called Tigglebitties which I will do a review on at a later date.

Very good Mexican food , a little pricey but you do get what you pay for. Staff is very friendly, food comes out fast and hot and portion sizes are adequate. Definitely a repeater.

Good Mexican food in Pattaya. Do not expect that they will have air conditioner. By the way, the quality and service is quite good when compare with the price. They also have many choice of alcohol such as Magarita.

Off the beat location that is good. The food was okay but a bit pricey. A side of jalapeños was 50 baht and no hot sauce on the table. 5/10

Food was delicious and customer service was excellent. The waitress was very welcoming and kind. Beef quesadilla and chicken taco. Wasn't expecting the beef to be as tasty and tender as it was. Charming eatery and chilled atmosphere. Glad I came in as it's been on the to do list for a while.

The only thing that was good here was margarita - big and tasty. But even that couldn’t cover the poor ness of the food. Enchilada had some thickened chicken broth instead of salsa, and only ingredients were - a tortilla with dry shredded chicken - no onions, no corn.. really disappointed with our meal..

I stumbled upon this Mexican restaurant while walking to Pattaya from Jomtien. I was very pleased with the flavor and quality of the Burrito Carnitas I had. The chips and Salsa tasted fresh and good. I would recommend it. #Go #Pattaya #Jomtien

Re-Review Dec. 2022, Returned to lovely staff and delicious food and drink. Will return in a couple months to have again. Always outstanding. Love the margaritas and food. great appetizers and the service staff is awesome. Always worth a visit or two.. or three. The "to go" margaritas are the icing on the cake. Defiantly worth a visit.. or two :)

I have eaten here 3 times already, for Thailand 🇹🇭 it's very good, I highly recommend it. Chicken enchiladas rice beans,and a shredded beef taco on the side. Don't be scared.

Prices are sort of high for what you get. The place is nice, food is ok, many items to choose from, but kind of bland. I had carnitas and it lacked flavor. The beef taco was decent, the chorizo enchilada came with a green sauce, i was hoping for a traditional red sauce. I would try again just to make sure it wasn't an off night. Wasn't bad overall but nothing to write home about.

If you are expecting authentic Mexican food or even American styled Mexican food you should temper your expectations. The food is better here than many restaurants I've visited in Pattaya however, I did not find it to be a good value compared to what I would get in my country. Also, if you like guacamole as I do, you will find theirs up to standard. You should skip the large because they don't give you that much more than the small they just layer it on top of lettuce and cabbage to give it the appearance of being more. The beef tacos are good, the beef burrito us pretty good but the chimichanga is disappointing. The only filling inside is meat and the staff will give a quizzical look if you ask them to add beans rice or cheese inside the shell. Asking for additions or substitutions anywhere in Pattaya is akin to asking for their first-born.

Very nice, it's hard to find Mexican food in Thailand; Mike's hot the spot. I had the steak fajitas and my girlfriend had the fish fajitas, both very good and good portions. We shared the chili and chips, very good!!

Guacamole is great. But brown gray on the Monterrey fish fajitas doesn't work. No salt or pepper on the tables. Beans bland. And tortilla shells served initially on an open plate, drying quickly, until I asked for them to be served protected. Then they came back in a tortilla container. Services are good if you walk back to the kitchen and ask for things expected, like salsa. They can improve.

Great food. I'm so happy they had the chile rellenos! The service was the best! She kept our drinks full and our food was hot and fast

Felt the need for margaritas and Mexican food. Nice relaxed venue and perhaps best margaritas I have found in pattaya. (Those who remember Tequila Reef, this has the same vibe.) I can recommend.

If you are in Pattaya/Jomtien and are craving good Mexican food, look no further. This place is legit. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The margaritas are the best we have had since leaving Texas. The food is delicious and the portions are large. Whether you are looking for chips and salsa, guacamole, jalapeño poppers, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, or more this is the spot. Not to be missed in Pattaya.

Great Carnitas! Margarita was refreshing. Cactus ice cream dessert topped off the night.

By far the best Mexican food in Thailand, from the great meals, the desserts are excellent and the Margaritas are excellent, nice and thick! Highly recommended and we will be back on our next visit to Pattaya!

The service was fast at 7pm. We were the only 3 dinners. The food was reasonable but not as good as on previous visits. The price of a margarita was 250 baht (about $8) which is very high in Thailand. For me the food was very "thai spicy" but the food price was reasonable and the service very good. My 2 Thai guests enjoyed the spices.
