5 stars all the way.... beautiful property right across the beach, well maintained with great service. Good breakfast Thai, Chinese, Korean, Indian, Continental...the spread is wonderful. But the best part is the pool area!! Huge, clean with nice slides especially for kids below 12 years. The service is discreet and always smiling Check in and check our in minutes... Luv it... highly recommended!!

Rooms: 27.5/30 The rooms are mostly good, clean and comfortable to sleep in. There is no special things about the rooms but overall it is good. Facilities.: 34/35 There are a lot of facilities, and each one is very good. There is a waterpark with a few slides and pools, which has a lot of decorations and is very big. I liked the fitness place the most, it is cold and good for a workout, and the things there are very high tech. This place is also near the beach so you could go to the beach at any time. Service: 13.5/15 The service is good. Overall it is good but not very good. But still good. (Nothing much to say here) Food: 9/10 The food here has a variety of options and mostly tastes good. The bacon tastes really good. Location: 9.5/10 The location is very good. It is near the beach, but unfortunately we need to cross the road to get there. Total: 93.5/100

Nice hotel! Good hotel facility! We stayed at executive floor during long holiday 13/7-15/7. At lobby, there is long queue to check in, but Front desk staff welcome us to get into the executive floor to check in. They serve afternoon tea and happy hour! We like it very much! On 13/7, they have violin performance which is super enjoyed! The room is ok size, it’s not big. The swimming pool which is a plus! Our kids enjoy it very much! The location is super good, just cross street is beach! We can do skating ! I will recommend this hotel to family! Must stay at executive floor!

Pro: best option if you're taking your kids, great location right by public beach and a walk to pattaya's biggest mall (terminal 21), best pool grounds with multiple pools and a bar so you don't have to always go out, sparkling room with amazing view. Cons: breakfast buffet is yummy but can be full like other hotels but here they don't serve breakfast to the room (strange), so we found a nice breakfast place La Baguette a walk away.

Great location with friendly helpful staff. It was My sons 11th Birthday and they ordered balloons for the room, made a cake and got him a card. The pools are great, perfect temp, the food is very good, great choices and quality. The only thing we feel it lacks is an inside coffee lounge. Otherwise great place.

Family suite is very spacious. Very good location, just across the beach so it’s very convenient for sea activities. Kid-friendly hotel with very fun pools and a recreation room with kid’s activities. Spa is awesome, not that pricey. Thumbs up for therapist Noona for her professional and relaxing massage.

It was a great stay. Both me and my wife loved the place. The hospitality of the staff was overwhelming. The facilities, especially the pool, spa was good. Just that there should be more option of Vegetarian in Breakfast. Else it was a memorable stay.

Nice big hotel, water park enough to make every kid happy. Few sliders, nice pool for those who just want to enjoy the sun a bit away from the noise. Very close to the beach, just cross the road. 7/11 nearby. Terminal 21, great mall nearby.

very nice place to stay. however, the traces of covid are still visible. service level not always at the desired level. Room equipment can be greatly improved, but small details are important to adjust too. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them personally. breakfast in the club level is ok, could be better, the dishes are often cold and dry. the bread or the baguette is inedible! we hope that the quality of service will improve significantly in the coming months...

Food was fantastic! I enjoyed their breakfast very much. You can find varieties of food here. I've ordered room dining, had my dinner downstairs too and everything was superb. The staffs was friendly and very helpful. The hotel view was amazing too. You can get everything around easily

Stayed for a week in December. Pool area is very family friendly and also has quiet portions if you are more of a book reader or there to relax. Awesome views from the pool area compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms were as nice as you can get. Modern and updated. I can’t think of anything negative to say or report. Maybe a bit pricey at the outdoor area for drinks but nothing outrageous for a nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was super friendly as well in all aspects. Concierge helped us with a few tourists destinations as well.

Beautifully built, this hotel/resort has so much to offer , it's perfect for families. Their service is hassle free, the rooms are neat and clean . We had an early check-in , didn't face any issues though. The pool is really big and there's plenty of activities for kids. The beach facing rooms/beach view is like cherry on top. Had an amazing experience, will definitely come back again!

Excellent hotel and best service and facilities. Love everything there. Every where in this place is beautiful, every staff has very good service. Room is very spacious, nice bathtub, nice view. Food is very good especially food at Prego restaurant. The mascot name Sky and Rose is so cute 🥰

We really liked l our stay at this hotel. It's perfect for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were delighted with how conveniently located it is, just a short distance from both Terminal 21 and the beach. The kids' club and water park on-site were a big hit with our children, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

We chose Amari Pattaya this time because it’s near Pattaya Jazz Music Festival and perfect for my son. Room is spacious. Some items are old but still in good condition. Amenity is good. Breakfast is great with variety of foods, even in Sunday prime time, just wait for table about about 5 mins. This hotel is perfect for toddler and kids, have large swimming pool, kids room, kids playground and balance cars. My son enjoyed a lot !! Last is service, staff is very friendy and welcome especially those who are guard at pool and kids room staff Thank you for special birthday cake and card for my son ❤️🎂

A great value hotel with great facilities for every family member to enjoy. This compound consists of 3 buildings which possibly separated by the level of accomodation. The main building is Amari hotel, by its side is Amari Suites and at the back is OZO hotel where the main ball room building is located right in between Amari Hotel and OZO. Where each hotel has its own restaurant. The room I stayed in was really nice and felt like home. Loves how they offer a small balcony for guests to enjoy the natural ocean breeze. There are 2 swimming pools and definitely the main attraction here is the kids adventure pool . Their breakfast was also impressive with variety of foods ranging from Western style, Indian, Thai, and Japanese. Also firness here opens 24h. Areas around this hotel is also great to explore at a short walking distance. Terminal 21 shopping centre is just 10 minutes walk, the beach is just right across the road, chic pubs, bars and restaurants are right at hotel's entrance as well as the 24h convenience store. After all a great experience staying here. A perfect family hotel that has something to offer for everyone at a very reasonable price. Recommended!

Excellent hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and luxurious, the beds and pillows were comfortable and we felt like we were sleeping in a cloud. The view from the room overlooking Pattaya Bay is amazing. The staff at the hotel were very nice, smiling and above all efficient. The breakfast was good and varied

This is a good hotel but it’s the slowest check-in I ever seen. Last time I came it was a lot of people, so it’s understandable for long waiting. This time there is only me, and still take around 20 minutes. It seems not the staff is slow , they looks like have infinite paper to copy , to stamping, it look like more work to open a bank account. Witch is not understandable and wast of time. But over all is a very nice hotel , it’s worth to come back again.

Located right next to the beach, its a huge hotel compared to other hotels closeby. It was a beautiful time and good memories for my family. Amari Pattaya was the best hotel i think I chose to saty we had warm welcome from all staff as concerns and the service was excellent and very satisfied, the room was incredibly comfortable and very clean. As far as the Food, it was delicious, especially the variety of foods for breakfast. The highlight for me was the huge swimming pool. Highly recomended! would love to visit again.

Great: - Pool and small water park facilities for kids. - Reasonable price with upgrades available. Good: - Spacius new and clean room, with built-in Chromecast system. - Breeze spa has menu for kids as well Could be better: - Service... too few staff - at the breakfast place, at the front, for the buggy service. - Although there is a huge parking building, it is quite far from the main building... you need a buggy to travel, unfortunately there are too few buggiez available l, so it's long waiting time. - Not a good location for beach lover, the beach in front of the resort is not private, nit clean, and not pristine...

Great Hotel for young families, with many different pools for all age groups. Suite rooms with connections were designed elegantly and well thought through.

Our first experienced here 16-17May22! My sis & niece with her hubby & daughters, and I liked it. Milin, older kiddo got her new friend while playing in the pool, and with her younger sis did enjoy pools very much. Breakfasts were great though a lack of Egg Benedicts.

Without club lounge access, I probably wouldn't stay here. That being said, I enjoyed my time here. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Location directly across from the beach a short way away from shopping, dining, and nightlife.

The room is comfortable. It is new and clean. Swimming pool is wonderful with quiet zone and kids zone separately and many slides. All staffs that we met are friendly and always gave us smiles. My kids enjoy staying very much. We love the room very much. Food is good too but a bit salty.

Place is clean nice and cozy. Foods are not that variety … no dim sum for breakfast…. Water park is very big but sliders are only few and not that fun. But water are really nice oh and some frog eggs at the bottom btw. 1 star gone for imperfect but overall still good.

Been there on busy weekend almost end of the year. Room and bed stuffs are in good condition, clean, new and comfortable. Staff service is excellent. Food and room service is ok, above general hotel standard. But, downside is elevator waiting time is way too long, like every time you go up and down takes 10-20 mins just for waiting.

Great place to for relaxing. I have a great time spending a night in Amari Suite Pattaya. Big bed and perfect for kids. The water park and water slide was amazing. Lots of activity for kids. Mascots and Dj at the pool during evening time. Perfect club lounge.

It was a beautiful time and good memories for my little niece and all of us. Amari Pattaya was a truly Family Friendly, warm welcome from all staff as concerns and the service was excellent and very satisfied, the room was incredibly comfortable and very clean. As far as the Food, it was delicious, especially the variety of foods for breakfast. The highlight for me is The Water Park and swimming pool was an Amazing part for my family, it highly recommended for everyone for take a relaxing time with their family. Lastly, I will definitely be going back with my family to visit you again for sure, if have a chance. I hope the current situation might recover soon .
