One of my best Hilton stays of all. This property is beautiful inside and out, views are great, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything is quite well appointed and beds were comfortable for sleep. This is a high end resort property so expect those types of prices for food, beverages, etc. The prices were especially high for Thailand but the surroundings were so serene and the staff so welcoming I didn’t mind paying. Breakfast is a must-have. Sit outside if weather permits!

There are only 2 hotels Hilton and Grande Center Point that have malls below them. Super convenient. Everything is good from room to comfortable beds, and amenities. Rooftop view and food served there is delicious. Swimming pool reminds me of Marina Bay Sand Singapore and again, Lovely view. - Clean room. You can see the walking street if you zoom in. Internet is not the best but you can get your things done. We were watching Netflex on Playstation and it was blurry from time to time. We also enjoyed mirroring our phones to SAMSUNG TV, watching photos and videos we took. Not once we had to carry room key, huge bonus. Hilton app can open doors, elevators like most hotels. - Coming to bathroom, it should be designed in such way that water shouldn't go to places it doesn't need to. The sliding door that separates the room and bathroom can easily allow water to flow inside under the beds. Also where you have shower, that glass door doesn't close completely which is why water flows outside. I believe this could be fixed easily. - Room service is a big Zero. Let me put it in points. 1) no Cha Thai Lon after 8pm but you can order Hot Chocolate until 11:30pm. 2) No BREAD Toast after 11am as bread toast is the breakfast menu and you cannot order bread after 11am. (Never heard this in any of the hotels in my whole life) 3) except one order, all the other ones were wrong which went on until the next day, even after seeing the GM and the Director of Operations (TOGETHER) nothing was taken care of. - My Applaud to Carlton Sukhumvit Bangkok where we stayed for 3 months and celebrated New Years 2021, it was the best experience we had. We only encountered an issue once which was looked after immediately. Nothing was postponed for later. Just one issue in 3 months. Their management is 5/5 top notch. Lastly, i want to say Thank You to Patrik who took care of most of the formalities. Great guy, Always full of energy and goes extra mile to do all that he can. Patrik, We enjoyed talking to you the most in Hilton. Thank you to housekeeping for their hard work. Everything was clean and they kept coming back to us asking if we needed anything, when they saw us walking in the corridor. God Bless Room 2810

Great customer service from booking to check out. Swimming pool and fitness facilities were both adequate and comfortable. The individual rooms had a balcony overlooking the beach which was a nice compliment as this weekend hosted the music festival and we could see it all happening from afar. The only small issue with our particular room was the toilet, in which the water kept leaking. Apart from that, we will definitely be coming back in the nearest future.

Loved their room - large size with bathtub and nice view of the city and the beach. I think it was recently renovated since it looks new. The room was pretty clean except for the headboard mirrors which had smudge marks We had access to the lounge - very nice to hangout and food and drinks including wine and spirits were pretty good. There is a large selection of food for the breakfast buffet. The view from the restaurant was amazing - facing out to Pattaya beach. The infinity pool was pretty cool and with lots of cabanas and lounge chairs. The gym was a bit cramp but their equipment are top notch.

The hotel is in a very convenient location right in the beach front, rooms are all in good size and good view. Very good service in both the reception and the concierge lounge. The lady checked us in is very nice and went thoroughly with us the facilities and benefit of being a Diamond member with Hilton Honers program. Ms Yu in the concierge was also very helpful in making arrangements for us and was very thoughtful in small details such as ordering in house dinning in the concierge lounge, which by the way has a beautiful view of the city and beach. We will definitely return again.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, great service, several great restaurants and a stunning rooftop bar. The pool is also nice, unfortunately there isnt really any chairs with shade during the day so it's too hot to enjoy the pool most of the day and apart from early morning and late afternoon its almost empty. Some of the deck chairs have an umbrella, but it's small and doesn't give much shade. It would be perfect if they added some shaded areas so you could actually use the pool more.

My family had amazing time at Hilton. The service was above and beyond they send milk and snacks to our room every day for my nephews. The pool is amazing,breakfast was great 😊 very convenient location. We will definitely come back again

Very possibly the best Hilton I have experienced in their system. Truly a 5 star hotel - from the rooms, to infinity pool, to multiple restaurant dining options. And specifically, the service is outstanding; as a foreigner I was blown away by the attentiveness and care of all hotel employees, including reception, dining, poolside. In terms of location, you cannot ask for a better one in central Pattaya. Directly on the beach, with numerous daytime, evening, and late night dining/entertainment options nearby. It is also directly attached to an upscale mall - so every possible amenity is within a couple minute walk. Truly one of, if not the, best Hilton owned property I have had the pleasure to stay at.

The location of the hotel is just superb! Just next to the beautiful beach and right above the relatively new and large Central Festival mall… it’s at the centre of it all! 😄 Not to mention the spectacular views from balcony! Breathtaking! There’s a wide range of local and international fare (plus the free ocean views)at the Edge’s breakfast! Certainly worth every penny! Enjoyed every second of my ONE night stay at the Hilton Pattaya! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Buffet Restaurant was crowded and dirty under covit safety rules rating 000 stars better to avoid . The food was very very bad.

Great hotel. Very lovely lobby and helpful people. However we mightve had an issue because we booked two rooms next to each other with double beds each and when we arrived we got two rooms with single beds only on separate floors. Definitely a language barrier but also would've been better if they were more helpful figuring everything out. On another note, the breakfast is probably one of the best breakfast I've ever had. Top notch chefs.

Right on the beach. I had an ocean view room. Big shower, big sink, all lovely and clean. I struggled with the air con, it kept randomly going off. Either way a lovely relaxing stay. Beds and pillows super comfortable

The best hotel ever period. Everything was perfect. The hotel crews and concierge were kind and thoughtful and being prepared. The room and facilities were flawless and clean. We had two awesome days and nights in this place.

First time back here in 3 years. Rooms have been done up; which was nice to see, and the service is good as ever. Can be a little noisy due to it being on the beach road and having bars along one side of the hotel. Even number rooms are best to stay in once the bands in the bars are allowed to start playing again.

While the massage I received at the hotel spa was excellent in and of itself, all the surrounding touches (from the reservation experience to the post-massage tea and snack) pushed the experience from high quality to genuinely exceptional. Staff are extremely professional and welcoming, and it’s clear that significant thought has been given to making the client fully comfortable. Highly recommend.

This hotel is OK if the night price is ~$200 (December price). However, we are expecting more when you pay $350+ per night. It locates in the center of the busy area and it’s hard to get sleep at night. Plus, we can also here the sound of shower from neighbor room. Given the money I paid, I think this hotel should be given a solid three star. On the pro side, they have a good infinite pool. But that’s the only thing that impresses me.

Hilton Hotel Pattaya itself is good, the place, structure and view also good. But the service totally need improvement. We upgraded our stayed there to have tea time and cocktail, the thing here is service was not good. Hotel staff don't have initiative to accommodate our needs like utensils and the food was almost empty. They don't refill to think guest keep coming. We asked extra utensils because I and my husband with our son sharing one set of utensils which just fork and spoon only. But we are three person. We asked them but it took almost 1hr to get another set of utensils. Hopefully they will improve their service towards to guests..

On a scale of 1-10, I would give the Hilton Pattaya a 20. I always felt welcomed and appreciated by the entire staff from check-in to check-out. My room was beyond expectations and kept immaculate. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing and the service was way beyond reproach. I am already looking forward to my return visit in the Spring.

We went up to Horizon Bar to celebrate our friend’s birthday. When I told the staff that we were there to celebrate his birthday, they gave us a pre reserved table and surprised my friend with a small birthday cake. It was a memorable day. Thank you Hilton Family.

This is my favorite hotel. It is located in the same building as Central Pattaya shopping mall. The view and atmosphere are very good. There is a small fitness center. Various breakfast. But here the only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a private beach. It might be a bit tricky if you want to relax on the beach because the hotel doesn't provide space for guests on the beach. You can only sit and relax in the hotel's swimming pool area, which is quite small. But overall it's very good for vacationing in Pattaya.

Nice hotel centrally located and which is well placed close to the action but keeps your stay restful. The Thai staff are superb - genuine people that do their best (successfully) to provide guests a top notch stay. However this property fails to connect with their guests - there needs to be more of a balance with activities or engagement, vice a 5-star tea event daily - example: a regular DJ at the pool bar, etc. Also, maybe repurpose a conference room or two into a better gym. Overall, the staff made the visit, but it was lacking due to forethought by management on how to best engage their clientele.

Great location, right in the center of everything, and right on the beach. The views from my room, the pool, the restaurant in the hotel and the 35th floor is breathtaking. Definitely worth the cost. The safety and security of hotel is outstanding, including the customer service. I will gladly stay here again.

Wonderful in every sense of the word. The rooms, restaurants (including the rooftop bar), and the staff were amazing. There were two restaurant servers of note. One lady called Tukta (could be wrong wih her name, but she was a trainee supervisor) and a gentleman called Guide. He was wonderful and recommended we stay at the hotel for traditional Thanksgiving later that evening. It was perfectly cooked! I have a picture of the sunset from the rooftop bar and a picture from the guestroom balcony. Great, great, great hotel!!!

The worst Hilton Experience I have ever had in my life time. There was no courtesy nor welcome smiling but the hotel keeps ignoring HH Gold member. They didn't even inform the progress when I could check in spite that I have let them know my early check in request a couple of days before hand. They don't even know how to treat the repeat customers. I won't be back nor recommend this property.

Convenient Beachside Stay with Minor Drawbacks I recently stayed at Hilton Pattaya and wanted to share my thoughts. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The sea view from the balcony was stunning, and I enjoyed the proximity to the shoreline. The cleanliness of the hotel was admirable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Safety measures were in place, which provided peace of mind. One minor issue I encountered was the centralised air-conditioning system, which was a bit noisy. I would have preferred separate units for each room, allowing more control over the noise level and temperature. Additionally, I found the hotel to be a bit overpriced. I believe a price range of around 4,000 Thai baht per night would be reasonable for that location and brand. While the amenities and services were satisfactory, I felt that the cost exceeded the value provided. Overall, my stay at Hilton Pattaya was satisfactory, with a convenient location, beautiful sea views, cleanliness, friendly staff, and safety measures. However, the centralised air-conditioning system and the relatively high price were minor drawbacks.

Everthing are very good but can't provide a good sleep Rooftop bar very good view and good staff. Breakfast are the best. But I stay at room 2909 out today, I can not sleep well because sound may be from air-con or from laminate floor like something break or something drop. This sound wake and my wife up every hour. Fortunately, we not believe in ghost. May be only this room have this issue and only me have bad luck.

Great place to stay and relax in a nice atmosphere, great hospitality and services. Great spa. Easy access to a lot of places and shopping centre.

The only disappointment was that my 300 g tenderloin I wanted to enjoy was nearly well done instead of medium rare as ordered. Although you waitress who realized the problem offered a free dessert (which me did not use), the point is that a Chef should not let a steak out form the kitchen without making sure it is cooked as ordered . I can happen, but it should not happen :-)

Very nice stay at the Hilton Pattaya. Excellent staff, facilities and dining. We didn’t get to experience the pool or roof top bar due to Covid restrictions. In room dining was exceptional and nice views of the beach from our room. Excellent location.

Good: The location is perfect. Beach front in the middle of the beach. The area immediately outside the hotel has tons of street food options. The downstairs is a giant indoor mall. The view is amazing. The hotel pool and buffet breakfast are breathtaking. The staff was perfect except for the front desk staff as you’ll see below. Bad: The check in and check out process is one of the worst I’ve seen. During check in, our room wasn’t ready so they took my drink order and had me wait in the executive lounge. This was great until the drink didn’t show up for 30 minutes after 2 reminders. The drink was just a juice and the lounge wasn’t full. During checkout, they have a marked lane for Gold/Diamond. After standing in this lane, they told me they weren’t using it so I had to stand in the regular line. Why have the marked lane if it’s not being used? Also, we got put in a smoking room. There was an ashtray with matches on the table and the room had a faint lingering smell from cigarettes. At no time during the check in process was I asked if this was okay.

This hotel used to be great. The staff is still great. The property is definitely beginning to show its age now though. Also, the breakfast buffet food is not good any more. They need an entirely upgraded breakfast buffet food selection.

Hotel location is very nice, easy to go many places by walking. Pool is amazing, only bad point is, pool is not deep enough (1.2 m). There is a rooftop bar & restaurant with amazing view. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Recommended hotel in Pattaya.

Over my 30+ years with Hilton Company. I must say with all honesty. This is another wonderful, beautiful and luxurious Hotel. You have Mall access from the hotel and it's right across the street from the beach 🏖️⛱️. One of the best locations across the street from the beach with the bonus of being directly connected to a well equipped mall. The rooftop bar and restaurant are also top-notch. I removed a star, however, because during check-in the power went out twice and stranded us on the 33rd floor check-in. Also attempting to use the bathroom during that power outage required a phone flashlight and, to top things off, the toilet sprayer broke and wouldn't stop spraying. It all paints an image of poor quality materials and workmanship. I hope this was a fluke and no one else experiences this.

Splendid hotel in central location next to beach and on top shopping mall. Nice spacious rooms with fanstastic views to beach and city. Excellent restaurant and buffet. Infinity pool, outdoor terraces and common spaces are all well designed with a nice ambience.

I loved the room there!! As a diamond member, I was upgraded from a regular Deluxe room to the Executive Premium Ocean Front room with outdoor bathtub and the amazing sea view. I really loved the big outdoor balcony. I also loved that the hotel is on top of Central department store where I can go dine at restaurants and do shopping. Look forward to going back again!!

Had a very comfortable stay at Hilton Pattaya. Very good breakfast, excellent service and perfect location. Always go for an executive room with lounge access. All day refreshments and evening cocktails at the executive lounge is worth the price. Can enjoy the sunset from all the ocean view rooms but it is really a beautiful experience in the special couch at The Drift restaurant.
