One of the best resort to relax or wind down in Pattaya. Stayed in Club Intercontinental Junior Suite, top-notch services by all staffs especially club staffs. Room has a large bathtub that fits 2 adults in there. King size bed is large (7ft) and comfortable. All rooms are equipped with Byrodo bath amenities. There are three swimming pools at this hotel. With Club benefits, the check in/out were at Club lounge. I was transported to the lounge from main lobby by golf buggy which was nice. The afternoon tea (2-4pm) and evening cocktails (7-9pm) are superb. Breakfast is served at both club lounge and main restaurant (Elements). I had breakfast at Elements which was nice. The food spread weren't too large or too limited but the quality is great. Overall a good experience, Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

What a serenely magical experience in this resort with the love one! Staying at this accommodation felt like home ๐Ÿ  We were falling for the ambiance, the landscape, the privacy and the surrounding. Such a full equipped and well decorated hotel offered to the guests with reasonable price. All staff with well-mannered and best serviced impressed us whilst stay there. If you want to go to the shopping ๐Ÿ› mall, it was very convenient taking a free shuttle van (4 rounds daily) provided even not situated in the downtown Pattaya. This hotel is one of the best options in this lively city, this is so called 5 stars โญ๏ธ to reminiscing โ˜๐Ÿผ

Stayed in club. Worth the extra. They have morning, afternoon services, plus a great cocktail hour. The breakfast spread was not large but the quality of ingredients were good. Afternoon tea was typical fashion. Tea and canapes. And the cocktail hour lasts 3 hours (I think, but blurry) but has food and unlimited alcohol. And not locally produced alcohol. A bit more classy. Rooms, large suites. Clean and intercontinental style. Very satisfied. They have their own beach, shared with the hotel next door. It's rocky and in my opinion symbolic. Not worth it for the beach. But Pattaya isn't known for its beaches. 3 pools. A kids pool. Not in the shade. And 2 adult pools. One where you can do laps. However not in the shade. The other was shaded and was in a maze configuration. I swam around it for an hour and enjoyed myself. My gf used the spa. Cost about 1600 baht. I didn't use the fitness or see it. They have parking facilities. The staff at counter are very good at their job. And very friendly. Some even cracked a few jokes which was cool. The pool could have some slides like other hotels in Pattaya. Bit that's the inner kid in me. Great hotel.

I really had a terrific and relaxing time during my stay at this hotel. I've been here many times over the years which is a reflection on the venue, the staff and service. This time I spent a significant portion of my time in the Intercontinental Club, which begins with breakfast, afternoon tea and concludes with evening drinks and canapes and what a treat it was. The real attraction, location and setting aside, were the staff, a special mention goes out to all the members of the Club Lounge/Butler team who went above and beyond from the moment we set foot in the door. They provided a superb level of service. Another mention extends to the dedicated staff at the pool who were so attentive during the times spent swimming and relaxing poolside. Overall a truly memorable experience and so looking forward to returning.

I am not a fan of Pattaya ๐Ÿ˜‰ but staying in a nice hotel may change some old assumptions about this touristy place. The location of this hotel is not convenient for guests who want to be close to downtown, but it is quiet and private, and the view is much nicer. I feel the regular hotel room is okay without any fancy surprises, but it is comfortable and easily brings you good sleep. We feel the swimming pool is also nice as it is quiet with good service. Breakfast provides various choices with good quality. You can stroll around in the hotel and add steps to your exercise. It is relaxing with space. If you want to embrace Pattaya with different experiences, you should stay here. Highly recommend!

Good view at front desk, in room there's no any view. Large room and good facilities. Some amenities only on request, eg. bathrobe, kid amenity. Cleaning room service must be checked when you stay more than one night, no daily towel changes, no daily bed sheet changes. Excellent staff services. Delicious breakfast. Good fitness gym and kids club. Something not appropriate for Intercontinental reputation.

We always rated this place very highly but not any more after an underwhelming weekend that they had to allocate a majority of their resources to cater a group of VIPs and a seminar group. This led to a significant drop in service level, especially in the restaurants and reception area. Miscommunication and inconsistent information given were also alarmingly frequent. Another thing to share is to avoid connecting rooms at all costs as sound proofing is almost non-existent. The bright spots were pool and kids club staff that were very attentive.

Thanks, Intercontinental Hotel for the wonderful stay over 9 days. It was a wonderful hospitality from the front desk, service crew, including behind the scenes. Kudos to the team and crew. I am looking forward to revisiting the hotel again in the near future. Note: The breakfast buffet is splendid. Do take time to enjoy its lovely spread of wonderful, delicious and tempting spread. Travellers tip, they provide free shuttle bus from the hotel to the Central Pattaya. It is an advantage for me since it was a great way for me to explore Pattaya.

Good service, just a bit slow, but this maybe due to ramping up employee levels carefully as demand is increasing. Not at all disappointing however. Room was excellent as deserving of a 5 star resort. Views are awesome, grounds are well kept. Breakfast was above average but just . Overall we had a good time and will have no reservations to stay there again.

Iโ€™d stayed here 4 nights for company events and the experience was satisfying. Their service is of high quality and always willing to help with beautiful smile. Dinings from breakfast buffet to dinner gala , also the bar atmosphere and its serving cocktails are well recommended with bit of higher budget. Room size is typical big enough for a comfortable family or couple holidays at a resort. I enjoyed the sleeping after the bath with nice aroma and sufficient mineral water. They have 3 pools with many lying chairs. Just the private beach is smaller than expected. It locates in the hill with good view. The transportation to Pattaya city center takes around 20 minutes and always traffic jam. Still accessible.

Great place to stay. Rooms were not very new, but clean. Service was great, staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best for international buffet, staffs at the restaurant were very attentive. Pools around the area, big and nice. The only point I donโ€™t really like is the beach, they have a small and a bit smelly beach of their own.

+ Great service. Room is big and comfort. I was impressed by turn-down process, when I backed room everything was prepared properly, including still water which ready and sufficient without my request during a day, it's perfect!! Breakfast is good and tasty. Staff is so nice. Club space is good, comfort, selective menu and can ask for more. - Hotel is not located in main road. There are 3 pools but they are not big. Some tea menu in Club are out of stock during my stay. A lot of big mosquitoes.

We travel a lot. Went here for a weekend. Wanted to unwind and enjoy the sea, the reviews and pictures were super, so we went here. Our problems started right at the reception. They requested 15000 thb deposit (no information about it anywhere though). We booked the sea view room and surprisingly we could sea the sea only if we stand on the bench in the balcony and jump! Air conditioning and charging switches off with the light, which makes it almost impossible to sleep. Hot water was not hot, one shower didnโ€™t work. But what I liked the most was the fact that I found no towels when I went out of the shower (!) My husband called them twice and nobody came!!! I was furious. After my conversation with reception they changed the room for the room with real sea view, but the weekend was spoiled. And yes, there is no access to the sea, but the way, in fact you will use only the pool, which I can do in Bangkok too. Just avoid, very disappointing experience.

4 stars resort. 4.5 stars for front desk service , Mr. Pu Naongsak was experienced and meticulous. Beautiful and serene during this unusual time. Executive lounge is spacious, but evening cocktail needs improvement on menu selection. Recommended for everyone seeking for resort experience. ๐Ÿ‘ $$$$

Service was very terrible. It took 1.5hour to serve in room dining and didnโ€™t bring an opener for beer and waited another 20mins. I called to concierge for many times, many of my calls wouldnโ€™t be picked up. Facilities, especially private beach is fantastic, so the service grade push my impression down.

Beautiful hotel with pools and spacious good maintainance room and facilities. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. There are tea time and aperol time offered. Only negative point is the beach is too tiny with strong wave so you can not really enjoy the beach.
