Location is great. It's on the walking street. But the staff is really weird and always angry. The receptionist girl shouted at me for not understanding Thai. Almost ruined my entire stay there. Imagine you book the hotel for a week or longer and you have to go through this staff even before stepping into your room.

It’s a scam hotel! Horrible service, so much attitude ! dirty rooms, dirty sheets, bugs crawling on the floor. The pictures are so misleading. They took a picture of a building across the street and made it as their own. The shower head barely worked. The window was facing the hallway and another room. Mold in the room. The bathroom floor tiles were covered in mold and feces. The room smelled horrible.

Avoid these kind of hotels and go to at least a 4 Star hotel. It looks nice in pictures but absolutely terrible. The restroom has a sewage smell that doesn't go away. The window isn't installed right and has a gap so I have insects in here nonstop. The shower door also isn't installed right so it doesn't shut properly. Their key set is this bulky card with a lock securing a key to it so you can imagine what a hassle that is. Oh and I am in the Deluxe room so don't assume that upgrade is any better.

PROS: Price and location are great! Has parking for motorbike. CONS: - ONLY ONE KEY AND ROOM CARD - ALL SMOKING ROOMS. If room smells, ask them to freshen it up. - MOLD. Rooms need serious deep cleaning. - No lockers in room, no iron, no hot water pot. - Extra 50 baht charge for each pillows and towels. I took the premium deluxe room and still does not meet three star standards.

I stayed at the hotel in 2019 and 2022 ( 2times). But daytime ( general shift ) receptionist behaviour is very bad (fat girl ). She doesn't always give the right answer to the Guests. He scolds in inappropriate words. I checked with other room guests they also faced the same problem. She will not giving respect to guest. we not stayed in free of cost.

Not clean at all. Bedsheets weren’t changed. Close to a club street, makes me wonder if drunk people stayed over… Don’t be fooled by that modern look of the building.

Stayed here for fourteen days back in February and March of 2018. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed, television with English and other language channels and clean bathroom. Given that it’s in the middle of Walking Street expect some noise late into the night but it’s not too bad depending on which floor you’re facing and what side your room is facing. Although my time here was overall good I have issues with two things. One, my room wasn’t cleaned everyday and would have to ask that it be cleaned, otherwise it would never happen. Second, they advertise two free bottles of water per day but that didn’t always happen. I, again, would have to ask the reception for the water.

The room cleaner lady have too much attitude. She does not clean room everyday. She always said I am too much tired I will not clean the room. All this hotel have Dirty rooms and dirty bedsheets only.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, reception staff was rude. Other than the location it isnt worth the money.

Great location if you're interested in the walking street night life

Nice comfortable room and friendly staff. A good place to stay with many bars and lots of night-life close by.

You won't have to worry about them pouring excess liquor into your drink.

Location is good, inside working street. Room is fine, a little old. And officer is kind. Water condition is ok But noise is too much, i cant sleep all night. Near clubs is finish at 4am or 5am. Super noisy. So i will not use again. If you are cluber, love club and bar, enjoy night life, it will be good choice.

Rooms are adequate but the location is 2nd to none.

The Receptionist "Annie" is very Polite and Friendly. She talks everyone with respect. And the Hotel P.72 is the best hotel in walking street. Only one suggestion to hotel owner is "Rooms should be cleaned everyday, the Room cleaner Lady says everyday I am too much tired I can'nt clean room for today"

Prices are ok, not at international standards but the best option for budget travelers. It's located in the walking street.

It's a nice small room I got picked up in Bangkok airport the service was fine. Reception was great. Tv, refrigerator,it's in a great spot. Not for me I like a resort. Swimming pool suite etc you get the picture. But For the price you can't go wrong. It's in the middle of party town,!!!Clubs,girls, pot it's at your front door. If I was 25 again it would be great,

This review is for the restaurant after 7 PM. They have seats facing the walking street and beer at great prices. They have other drinks too. Staff was cool. Staff was busy talking to themselves, but was somewhat attentive to customer too. When tired of walking, a good place to have a few drinks.
