Good caring. And make sure u contacted them before arrival since they might require 1to 2 hours to make the room ready. There are few indian and other restaurants nearby. And walking distance to beach as well. Drinks and beverages in the room are not complimentary so be aware of that. Laundry service is available in outside the hotel in 100 meter radius so its easy and flexible here.

We went on a trip from India to Thailand and was arranged by our travel agent for a 3 nights stay in this hotel. The nightmarish experience we had when we entered our room. The room was old, not spacious, pathetic Air cooler and the cot was also smelly. The washroom was horrible and we almost puked after using the toilet. We hardly have been in this room for 1 hour and we asked our agent to change the hotel for us. Not human friendly hotel. The receptionist was apologetic to us but they were helpless too. Do not waste your money and time with such bad hotels.

Poor service. Maintenance is also not good. Locality is very down market. Small rooms and toilets. No double bed for couples. Food is average. They are focusing on cost cutting in every aspect. One out of 2 Lifts was out of order. Over all no value for money. Not advisable for families

This is very bad property. Every thing is poor there. Rooms are poor brackfast is very poor. Pls don't go this property

Hotel is budget type clean and good. Breakfast has many choices and mostly tasty. Location is excellent. Sea beach is hardly a kilometre. Lots of shops , malls and restaurant are around. But there are only two elevators and one of the two seems to have maintenance issue.

Small Rooms, poor wifi, no intercom (even they don't care for it), below average breakfast.

I had a great stay at The Seasons Pattaya. Clean, spacious, quiet rooms with very polite and professional staff. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant - but no doubt if I had more time I would have enjoyed a meal and breakfast there. It's easy to get to the main road, if you want to take a walk to get street food. Also, it's very easy to get to Walking Street, Beach Road and the night life by bolt or motorcycle (10 min) or even walking (about 20-25 minutes) I wouldn't hesitate, to book here when I return to Pattaya.

It’s really bad…really poor service, the staff is so slow…they clean room after 2pm and the cleaning itself is not so good. Their food got really limited options, it’s average….Indians need to struggle a lot here with food

Guys do visit atiyas bar lts lovely and the staff is very amazingly cute polite and helpful the most impt thing the owner is indian and ya pocket friendly liits

Nice hotel near to pattaya beach and market

Nice lobby. But situated in area surrounded by massage parlours hence not good for family. you will be shocked to know that WiFi is chargeable in guest rooms. Rooms especially toilets are not clean. Some chargeable items listed in catalogue were missing we had to immediatelyinform this at main service desk. This was not an exception because some items were missing in all three rooms which were booked by us.

The rooms are hygienic and clean. Room service also good. But the thing is as the staffs are not well versed with English, the will get angry if ask them twice anything in English.

Nice place to stay.. we may find most Indians near this hotel. Luxury rooms at an affordable price .

Good hotel to stay at pattaya. Just outside hotel there are plenty of other resturants and shops too

Don't keep high expectations. Rooms are okay. Beach is near by. Pattaya night bazar, Central Festival mall is near by.

A lot of Indians here and the room service is terrible.. I put the “clean room” and the room was not even done! The elevator was just horrendous and it smells.. looks like a horror movie.. never coming back ever again :(

Good location and lots of parking if you have a vehicle. Budget standard hotel. Elevators a pain - small, slow and always busy. Staff, very warm and helpful.

Good hotel and location in pattaya

The hotel itself is ok for the price. Issue was with check in and check out. Check in took 1.5 hours. There were too less staff for the new year.
