It was very luxurious hotel with minimum charges

Had high expectations for this hotel. Preview photos on Agoda looked wonderful, but unfortunately far from the actual reality. The negatives, the pool is in dire need of repair. Loose and broken tiles lie on the bottom of the pool. Swimming pool is also dirty and pool furniture simply needs replacing. The bathroom was unpleasantly smelling as reviewed by other quests. Air-conditioning worked well although a little noise, not a large problem. Convenience stores and food all available near the hotel. If you want to see the tourist attractions , I recommend a hotel further south, most are a half hour away. Front desk helpful and polite. Taxi is also no problem, they will book for you.

Average stay in the superior room, the hotel itself needs a refurb. My room was very dark, limited lighting, had cracks down the bathroom, missing tiles and unfinished plastering work along walls. I didn’t let this ruin my stay and luckily I was only here for a weekend. Breakfast menu was very limited to mainly Thai dishes, the only upside was the staff were helpful and approachable, that’s about it really.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. ... They were little slow for check in. It’s in Center of the market. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). ... The staff at this property are all great!

For a four star rating, everything about the place is pathetic. Overall the facade and the reception area is okay. The rooms are a decent size and well laid out. But, the rooms are filthy, the toilets don't flush and the rooms stink. We had two rooms and both rooms we had a problem with the flush. Excreta was all over the commodes and the house keeping staff didn't even clean it up. The air conditioning was a big problem in both rooms. Lighting in the rooms are bare minimum, in fact one of our rooms half the lights weren't working. The housekeeping staff and the front office staff aren't very friendly or very well trained. We spent five days at the hotel and the bed linen was never changed even once. We've been holidaying for the last twenty five years and this would easily rank as the worst hotel we've stayed in.

Rooms are big and spacious, distance from the beach is a factor. Cleanliness is good, washrooms are moderately clean. Check in time is odd as they don't let you check in before 3p.m. which is very inconvenient when you arrive in the morning. Hotel front is good as you have a 7-11 store just opposite to the gate.

Good spacious rooms. The swimming pool is the highlight of the stay. The let down is the breakfast. There is no veg meal except bread . For such large tourist from India the hotel should at least organize for one Indian breakfast. Other than the above our stay was comfortable.

The pool was as big as the hotel, rooms were clean and good service. Good for families and friends. Nearly 5-6 minutes ride to walking street. You get fresh fruits opposite to the hotel. Ample options to eat outside, opposite to the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week, and enjoyed every bit of it. Swimming pool is quite big and rooms are spacious. Staff was super friendly and you can book the taxi and sight seeing packages at the reception. Breakfast options are limited but good enough considering the room price. If you are travelling in a budget then this can be a best choice for you.this is a bit far from walking Street and beach road, but if you like peaceful environment then go for it.

Wow. This resort has an excellent pool in the center. The rooms were also clean superb. They have inter connected rooms which was so fascinating to me. It had a great pool view from the balcony. But they had a very very very bad room service.
