Expierence was Average. Most of the options available for buffet breakfast was Indian food. Rooms were good Wifi was slow and kept disconnecting. The lobby area is very hot to sit and and wait , as it is kind of open. Due to a small stain on our pillow , they charged money for cleaning it ( which I found was a bit unacceptable )

Absolutely incredible stay. If you are looking for 5 star fit and finish in the rooms you will not find it here, however the rooms are very nicely appointed, clean and quite spacious. What really makes this property is the service! Which is 5+ star. From the moment I arrived the staff were genuinely friendly and willing to help. From rushing my room cleaning (checked in 3hrs early), to offering a welcome beverage the front desk staff were on point. When I arrived in my room I had a personalized welcome letter waiting for me and soon after getting settled in a follow up call just to make sure I was happy with the room! The icing on the cake was literally the icing on the cake! I was staying at this property during my birthday and when I returned from a day out in Pattaya I had an entire birthday cake waiting for me. It was beautifully designed and personalized and really put this stay over the top!

Third time staying here. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Pattaya. The staff are outstanding, so polite, friendly and efficient. The rooms are fantastic - the beds are so comfortable and the shower.. Wow! I love it! The pool is really cool with the bar that has great offers and really not expensive considering it's a hotel. The spa is lovely with highly trained staff and perfect for a little alone time from the busy city. The location is fantastic with about a 10 minute walk to the beach, Jameson's (a great local pub with delicious food, cheap drinks and any sport on all the time) around the corner and close enough to walk to Walking Street. If you want to explore they have a free shuttle that drops you at certain points around the city but always fun to explore the streets yourselves. Honestly the only thing is that they have changed the cocktail menu a bit so my favourite isn't in there anymore (a blue raspberry Daiquiri) but genuinely couldn't promote this place more and already can't wait to come back in the future. 100% amazing!

A good hotel with nice rooms, at a reasonable price, with basement parking. A quick check-in with a smile is okay when you arrive a little shaggy after a day's riding on a motorbike. A large swimming pool was available but there was not enough time to try it out. Decent walking distance from the hotel to most of what I wanted to visit.

This was the first hotel I stayed in when I travelled to Pattaya, Thailand and loved it so much I returned two months later to stay there again and got the same room as before as requested. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the location is very good with 7/11 next door, nice places to eat across from the hotel and not too far from the city centre but still enough distance to avoid the noise in my opinion! I hope to return back to Pattaya later in the year and will definitely be staying at this Centara Nova Hotel & Spa again!

Excellent hotel, facilities and staff. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant The room was very nice and the breakfast buffet was extremely good We stayed 2 nights and then came back for another 2 nights. We would definitely stay here again

The location is a bit inside the streets and far away from the beach. Rooms are pretty old. There was a power cut in the midnight and the hotel did not have power backup for almost 4-5 hours. It was a nightmare for children spending the night without power. Feel cheated that such a chain of hotels don't have basic facilities for the customers. When asked at the reception, they keep quiet. Make my trip has tie up with this hotel and by default all its Thailand packages will include this hotel. Don't dare to book this hotel.

A clean and nice hotel. Reopened in Nov 22. Amenities and foods around the hotel are good. Breakfast is simple with many Indian dishes.

The hotel is very clean , convenient and affordable.The breakfast time starts at 6:30am to 10:30 am Food are delicious , and the fruits are fresh. The hotel staffs are friendly esp the Filipino (named Fe ^^. She is so hospitable and accomodating. Hope you can experience the excellent service they have been providing!

It’s a lovely place but the area where this hotel exists is very very inside. It’s near to beach but we have to go through so many inside roads. Pool set up is very good and variety of food options are available. First the hotel seemed deserted as we didn’t see much crowd. But by end of day have seen people and it was good. Food is available till 2pm only but you have 7/11 and Indian restaurant nearby.

Very good service. The front desk manager is very accommodating and very nice. We love the food. The pool is clean and the rooms are very clean. We will come back again and we recommend this hotel. Thumbs!!!!!

Every time me and my husband goes to Pattaya we always stayed in this hotel because it's accessible to the shopping malls, not far from the beach , I love thier pool, food are great, the place is very quiet and most all the stuff are very friendly and helpful . We will definitely going to stay here more in the future. We very much appreciate the stuff's hospitality.

have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and each time my stay was brilliant,last time i stayed the ac went down in my room,the young man on reception at the time did everything he could to get it fixed,after an hour or so he changed my room for me.he went up and beyond to help which i was very grateful.all in all my stay was brilliant again and the staff were friendly and helpful as much as each time i have stayed here,will be coming back here later in the year and will stay here again

This is good place to stay. You can consider this place for your customised tour as well. They maintain good hygiene. Breakfast is also good. Overall it was good experience with this place.

Nice and quite hotel located next to 7E and other shops which conveninetly reached by a walking distance. It only approximately 1-2km away from the nearest mosque Darul Ibadah (1.2km) and Toatillah (2km), where you can found halal restaurant (Amir Stake House) with local delicasies.

Great gym and everything you want is soo close by to this hotel. Pattaya beach. Pattaya walking street and most good malls are all closeby. Love this ambience and very quiet place. If one is Indian will get an Indian restaurant which is opposite to hotel. Tea, pakoda snack are good. Will get tuk-tuk every now and then if need to go near Main road. Food is good. Bathroom are neat and clean. 5 floors are there. Lifts 2 are there and staff know English also.

It was an amazing stay. Staff is very much humble and supporting. After my check out, they even allowed me to go out for a day trip and took care of my luggage.

They offer only breakfast and lunch. Room service very poor. You will not getting anything either from kitchen or room service after 6 pm. Location is very good.Rooms are spacious and with balcony.

It was around 2018 July. It was my and my family's first time in Thailand. We came in for Vacations. Our trip planner specifically suggested us Centara Nova. When we arrived to the Hotel. The staff greeted my family with a smile. And they let us check in prior to the check-in time. Which is great. Their room, and room service and the complimentary Breakfast was icing on the cake. If I ever get a chance to go to Thailand and specially Pattaya, I would definitely book my room in Centara Nova.

Hotel room is beautiful! Spacious, bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a large shower, rainfall showerhead and a large bath separately! Exceeded expectations. Breakfast is at a different hotel, which is part of the group but only a 30 second walk there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Hotel is located in a quiet place away from the real buzzing and noisy areas of Pattaya. Of course, it is not far from beach. Being in Central Pattaya can easily go to South or North Pattaya beaches including walking street. Many restaurants are nearby in walking distance about 750 meters. Rooms are large and nice with good facilities. Almost every room offers view to swimming pool. Pool was also good. Breakfast is complimentary and is mostly continental or Chinese. Selected Indian food are available on request. Staff are courteous.

Hotel is good. Avg food that's not enough for Indian Tourists. They do allow you to book boom in the room room🤣🤣. But Charges are 200 Baht extra. They also have hefty fines is any damage done to the room or hotel property. So first read the instructions manual provided in the room for better idea.

Excellent hotel in a great location, with all the facilities needed for a great holiday. Staff were outstanding, food & drinks were of a great quality, rooms were spotlessly clean, public areas were the same, good sized pool with huge Jacuzzi, pool towels (they even gave us towels for an excursion!) Good wee restaurant across the road run by Shaun, and open 24 hours every day. I'll definitely return some time soon. Special mention for Ann, Peak & Boo, who looked after us very, very well. If you're going out early for the day, book a Breakfast Box - you'll be glad you did. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the fact smokers need to leave the pool and go to the front of the hotel, which has nowhere to sit, and doesn't look good for new arrivals. Maybe a smoking area by the Herb Garden would help? PS Don't try a chilli from the Herb Garden! Well done Centara Nova Hotel & Spa!
