Ok i am about to drop a stinky a** review, and all these tripadivsor users reviews are bots to make the hotel stars go up. Where should i start? Its 22:30 rn and the room has absloutly no noise isolation whatsoever, the balcony door has a huge gab and it doesn’t close so i have to hear the music from all the 10 bars down the street, it feels like i am inside the bar, couldnt even hear the movie i was watching. I mean seriously, how could such hotel not provide simple noise isolation? Anyhow, the room service is a scam, they are very kinde but they ddont clean the floor, i came in for my first night and there is sand and dirt and SUNFLOWER SEEDS, like how couldnt they see it??!!???? Next thing is the staff, there is one women who can speak English and she is very kinde, when shes not around there is a guy who claim to know English but the only two things he can say is yes or no and hes rude. Next thing is that they provide water heater and coffee cups but they dont provide tea or coffee inside the rooms. I stayed at one star hotels and they offered more. This hotel seem to survive based on their locatIon only!!! If they were bot on the beach they would go bunkrupt, YES ITS THIS BAD! just dont comehere, next time i wouldnt stay here even if u pay me 1000 baht.

Dont expect a brand new hotel for this price but : 5 star location ( 2 min walk to beach) 5star housekeeping 5star reception ( polite and always there) Just try to ask for a room on the back of the house to keep away from the noisy bar music nearby

Very noisey location. Rooms are OK for a budget hotel, location is convenient. You need to be a heavy sleeper; hotel is in between a live music bar and other noisey bars. Both played music loudly until 3am on a weekday.

Pros: - great staff - good location for beach & party life - room looked nice Cons: - bed was so little stuffing in it you could feel the springs in the bed. - the entrance door and the terrace door was not tight enought to block any of the nightlife noices out. - was a lot of ants in the room

Hotel could have potențial but the rooms don't have ocean view because the hallway is on the ocean side and the balconies are on the opposite side... a little bit outdated but the rooms are clean ... be aware of the noise from the party clubs on the street which go on till 2AM and sleeping here is challenging if you come with children... the swimming pool is small ... I would recommend for single guys or party couples without kids.

Not so good experience of stay at this hotel/Inn. Neither rooms, nor service nor even basic amenities are of basic standard.

this place is very near to the noisy bar around, which still plays loud music till 3 AM. The network is poor and the light of the room is dim, and tiara many ants in the room. it is good for people who love bar and music

Nice rooms and the location wise near to the market and the beach area. What i don't like no peace at night bcoz of the bar next to the hotel . And even Water is not complimentary they charge you other then that nice comfortable room for couple.

Nice and clean budget hotel with comfortable bed, hot and cold water, and good working AC. It's a plus that it's near the beach, has a Subway resto in frontage, a convenience store and only a few strides away from Central Festival Mall and Pattaya Night Bazaar. No free water incl. in accommodation, you get charged 20 baht for each bottle if you consume the ones in the fridge. Also no toothbrush and slippers so make sure to bring your own toiletries. No bidet in the toilet. Wifi works fine in Rm. 510.

I have stayed at lot of hotels and always read the reviews. This time I did not as this was a last minute booking. I can confirm all negatives posted in previous reviews...and add more! VERY noisy Staff not helpfull. Asked for extra pilow and they said they don’t provide. They would not provide a cup to make coffee and that with kettle provided in lobby. I had to go and buy my own. Limmit power outlit in room. I had to buy extention to get power at desk for laptop to work. You have to run the shower for 10-15 waiting for hot water. Crazy! I would NOT recommend or ever use this hotel again. Wost experience ever filled with frustration. Yes the hotel is clean and neet and cleaning staff extremely friendly. But that does not even start to make up for all the negatives.

Good experience. I loved staying there. Very good location with every convenience. Roadside rooms are noisy but that doesnt matter.

Sadly a very noisy hotel but admittedly very conveniently situated. If you're a late night owl and stay out late and want to be close to lots of night life, this one is value for money.

Reception staff rude at times and totally disinterested. The cleaning staff were far more friendly! Hotel is ok but air conditioning etc and plumbing is showing its age. Plenty of other hotels in the area, the staff seemed way more friendly in them!

Nice clean room..great location. Close to beach, shopping center, food, etc. Love it.
