This place has seen better days. Upon arrival, lazy, unmotivated staff were busy on their phones and daydreaming. By the bellboy finally noticed our presence, I had fully loaded the cart single-handedly and told him his assitance was not welcome as it was late. Aircon should be upgraded. Either goes off totally or too cold. We had the connecting family room. Both showers had warm water irregularity issues. Bath tub faucet no warm water at all. Need to use shower head to fill. Sink seemed unused in too long. Rust in water coming out of faucet. But the biggest disappointment of all was the breakfast buffet. This USED to be one my families favorite for the breakfast because of the wide selection. Downsized is an understatement. The large breakfast ballroom from before is closed down. From being one of the best breakfast buffets, there is a new smaller room in place, but the selection gone down 80%. We used to enjoy it so much that we'd go without lunch after having a heavy breakfast. Now it's just two table's selection on weekends, and on weekdays its alacarte. You can finish the food in bites. Service takes forever even though hardly any people. Even my kids aged 8,10 had to order thrice because the portions were toddler sized. Oh. And WiFi nternet was uselessly slow. My kids couldn't do their online classes. I still had to use my mobile 4g connection. Soap bars were replaced daily. I felt this is a waste and hurt for the environment.

Stayed here for 12 nights, definitely not 5-star hotel status (given how cheap it is - you pay for what you get!). Pool is not in the sun all day as it is blocked by it’s own building so the water is very cold. The “gym” is a few machines (majority were broken) in a dark corner of a hallway. Rooms were big but the cleaning was not the best. There was always hair and small bits of rubbish left on the floor. Amenities were regularly not replaced so had to call and ask for replacements. It is about a 15 min walk to Pattaya Beach. There is also a free hotel shuttle starting from 11:30am every day. Personally, we preferred not being in close proximity of the walking street area so purposefully chose this hotel for that reason. Something to bear in mind though if you do want to be on the doorstep to the beach. Good selection of food at breakfast, enjoyed the made-to-order soup noodles. Giving two stars only because it advertises as a 5-star hotel (which it definitely is not) but the staff were very welcoming and lovely.

The management service and reply was apauling Terrible Took 2 days to reply I could not complete my thai pass because their poor service but took my money and asked me to cancel and book again This is meant be 5 star with 1 star rating in my opinion Rip off foreigners

Didn't stay, I was there just for a Rotary convention. Lobby and common areas are 5 stars as you would expect. The tea they offered for free was surprisingly good.

Good place. I cannot forget my stay here for a special reason. My friend left her gold chain under pillow and forgot to grab it when checked out. Its an expensive heavy chain. Later from airport, we called up hotel on this. Initially, the staffs were not great cooperative on this matter. Finally, the front desk staff said the gold chain was found by housekeeping staffs and we picked it up. Thank you. Staffs are very cooperative in servicing clients.

Excellent hotel... Center of city from here walking distance Alcazar show, pattaya beach, shopping area.. Good location... Indian food available on demand.... Staff is vry helpful. If you go outside beach hotel provide you bath towel free of cost... No extra charge... Good service...

Good for the price, but nothing special for being a 5 star we would expect a bit more e.g. from the breakfast. Pool was also surprisingly cold, as it lays in the shadows of the hotel all day. The gym was horrible. The equipment was very old, not working and the “gym” was placed in the hallway. Great rooms though. Location is not the best, I would try to get something more south west.

Perfect location. Beach is 10 mnts walkable distance, Alcazar is 10 mnts walkable distance , Terminal 21 is 5 mnts walkable . Central Marino is 2 mnts. Breakfast included in our booking. Breakfast is manageable. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Liked · The Grand Palazzo has a great presentation on the outside and on the website. Location is great as it's near the beach and central areas. However... be aware of the dislikes... Disliked · Nothing is as it seems on the brochures, the fitness center is outdated and located in the hall of the third floor. Only the ground level lobby is air-conditioned, so every hall on all levels is hot and uncomfortable 🥵. Housekeeping is the worst we have ever encountered... We had two rooms, both uncleaned as we entered and requested cleaning. Housekeeping was very moody, but the manager did her best to ensure our satisfaction. Not worth the recommendations they earned, should be revised.

The hotel was not as fancy as the outside might suggest. The hotel also caters to Indian tourists, the breakfast buffet reflected this. Not a bad thing but something to be aware of. There is a night club nearby blasting music clearly audible until the early morning which really soured the experience. Not the hotel's fault but something to keep in mind. Sleep was fleeting.

The location was pretty strategic and accessible. There was 7-11 down there, big c supermarket and central dept store. The parking lot also spacious for tourist bus The room was well maintained, clean fresh linen, and temperature controlled room. Room also lot of space and the bed was soft for sleep, the only drawback just they didn’t provide toothbrush One best thing this hotel offer was the quietness compared to the one near main attraction/ club.

Because of the bars and discos next to the hotel, it is loud from the afternoon until nearly lunchtime, so 24/7. You can not get sleep because you hear the music like it is coming from the next door. This makes it impossible to stay. At least for me. I will go to another hotel.

Awesome ambience, staff and rooms. Just a little bit of an issue with language problems. But overall Value to the spent money.

We stayed in this hotel for three days. Good service and maintenance. We loved swimming pool area and options near it. Ambience was perfect. Very spacious rooms. Check out and check ins were adjustable if we are late. Very near to Terminal 21 mall and Big C store. Wide varieties of Breakfast.

The hotel should take a rating of 3 stars and not 5 stars, the place is quiet old and not renovated. Rooms are very basic like college dormatroy or something. Their food is terrible, I had a food poisoning from their breakfast first day I have arrived, and because of that I had to cancel the whole trip. In addition their kitchens and restaurants are not working.. So when I arrived to hotel at 10 pm. I didn't find anywhere to eat. Terrible experience. Don't recommend it to anyone

Nice hotel close to all amenities such as shopping centres, restaurants and bars. Reception staff serves with a smile, efficient and helpful. Our room is spacious, clean and has a private balcony with part view of the city, sea and mountain view in a distance. Breakfast was included in our package. It has good varieties of dishes but fruits only limited to pineapple and watermelon which is a let down for me as local fruits are in abundance here. The staff in the breakfast could do with a happier face when serving too.

Rooms are big and clean But they do not understand English, I asked for veg pasta and they confidently said they understand veg meaning but they served me Pork pasta, I’m a vegetarian and had to literally bin it and they charged me half price for same.

Good large rooms pool good apart from no sun has entered the pool area due to the location of the pool we’re very disappointed staff excellent place spotless breakfast variety excellent it’s just the pool hence the 3 star it would’ve been 5 star

All staff is friendly and helpful, but front office manager ms.plouf behaviour was very bad and she is taking rudely, I think she is not professional,she is don't care your hotel's reputation

The rooms were exceptionally big and very cosy .. every room has a balcony and the view of the sea is truly beautiful..the location is awesome as it is a 10 min walk to the beach and the terminal 21 mall which is a must visit . The only drawback is it doesn't offer lunch and dinner facilities but it's okay cux there are many indian restaurants nearby

In the name of five star hotel, Its the worst stay . Same breakfast daily with no taste. Staff is un supportive. Receptionist is always in angry mood. Staff service is very very poor. So i suggest , if u are going to pataya then dont consider this property

Beautiful hotel and rooms are very spacious and do have balcony and big bathrooms. Breakfast is ohk. Hotel Location is fine , close to all major tourist attractions like within 5k radius.

Not a very convenient location but the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff not so friendly , not well versed in English. Caters to big tours so not so good for families. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. 7/11 nearby is the only saving grace !

Very nice place. As the name suggests it is really Grand one. Though it us not located at the Beach but it is not much away. Very big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also good. Only concern is with the room service.

This is a hotel recommended by Chinese tourists. The lobby is huge but the warmth from the people across the reception is not great. Huge rooms and they gave a room facing the backside. The hotel was only 20% occupied. They could have definitely given a room facing the pool and the main street to win some brownie points. The breakfast was ok. There is a 7-11 store right outside. Also for some odd reason the room service for food shuts by 8pm BKK time. Not a pleasant stay at all.

We stayed in the Family Suite for one night. Upon entering, we immediately noticed dirt and hair on the floor, so we informed the housekeeping and had them re-clean our room while we were out. Unfortunately, when we returned, we found loads more hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, which was really disgusting! Other than that, the hotel was no where near the beach (just in case you were wondering), and was not the most accessible spot in the city. The room was big and spacious, and the bed was relatively comfortable. The staff were pretty nice, although the concierge was swearing and cursing on the phone while helping us with our bags - also highly unprofessional. Probably wouldn't return.

Hotel fine, experience with sha+ not fine. Pcr test (negative) delivered before 5pm !!! We did not know. We wanted to go out and see Pattaya and eat. After constant enquiries about results nothing all through the night. At 6am next day, staff told me nothing there and to wait until 8am when office opened. 30 minutes later they delivered envelope. They had it for 13 hrs !!!! We were very annoyed as it caused stress. Also cost of room service. Manager not interested! Checked out and no Antigen tests given although we had paid for them. Very disappointing. Room was fine
