The location is relatively convenient. We live on the third floor and sometimes there are interruptions in hot water. Initially, I booked in a building overlooking the garden. But it is inconveniently located and looks gloomy. So I paid extra and moved into a building overlooking the pool. The renovation is tired, especially the floor. There is a smell of old age, so I often open the balcony to ventilate my room. I also had a problem with ants in my bathroom. The pillows are very hard. I don't know why this problem exists in all cheap and mid-price hotels. The pool looks unusual and interesting. This is definitely an advantage of this hotel. ✅The biggest plus of this hotel is the friendly staff. ❌And the biggest disadvantage of the breakfast restaurant is that you can't enjoy breakfast outside. Because “civilized” Europeans smoke right at their tables. I reprimanded them for this, but they looked at me like I was a fool because the employees of this hotel allow smoking in public areas of this hotel. It's disgusting and smells really bad. Even my hair stank within 20 minutes. If you don't smoke, you should sit inside the restaurant. Why should I sit inside if the weather is beautiful outside? The entire civilized world prohibits smoking cigarettes in public places. I have lived in Bangkok for many years and have not seen people smoking in restaurants or cafes. The smell of cigarettes haunts you in this hotel. it doesn't matter whether you open your balcony door, eat your breakfast or go to the lobby. I travel a lot. I have stayed in expensive and cheap hotels, and even in Turkey (a heavily smoking country) visitors did not smoke on hotel verandas during breakfast or dinner. Because it is uncivilized and disturbs other visitors. The hotel needs to do something and create a separate smoking area. If I had known about this problem, I would have chosen a different hotel. Because for me this is unacceptable. Therefore, I give 1 star so that the hotel administration pays attention to this problem🚭

Good location. Good price. The breakfast wasn't really my thing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could've been cleaner. The location close to terminal 21 mall was convenient. It's a 3 star resort.

The pool and the ambience were the only things we enjoyed. Rooms are average. Washroom small and poor design. Room service was poor, hospitality weren't great, the front desk staffs were not professional at all. Breakfast = BAD!!! Did not regret skipping breakfast. The bakery items had no taste, at all! Could be 3-4 days old croissants. 3 stars for the pool and the garden.

The ASQ time wasn't so bad when you are fed so well and right in the middle of nature just outside your balcony and spacious views inside and out! So grateful for the choice to stay here. Really great service overall! Thank you and see you in better times.

Very beautiful place to stay in north pattaya. So many attractions nearby like terminal 21 mall

The resort sits in a quiet road at walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall and lively Pattaya Beach Road. There is a large lagoon pool sitting in the center of a lush garden with many trees which provides a great relaxation. Some areas requiring improvement: -breakfast food quality -doorlock not working properly -small shower head with low water pressure -noisy aircon (even at lowest speed)

We have been there Dec 2013 to Jan 2014. So far I am very angry with this hotel Everything was very terrible. This was the worst hotel in our life. Very rude staff, no one ever even smiles, not to mention that they have to say hello to guests. One very rude middle-aged lady works at the reception, apparently, she is the main one there, the rest of the staff is afraid of her, and therefore they are also not very friendly. The only decent person is the maid on the ground floor who changes the sheets. The room was put in order badly, and more often in the late afternoon. Instead of three towels, they often brought two, despite the fact that we paid for an extra bed. The rooms are terrible and small. The bathroom is terrible, apparently, it has never been repaired, and the tile is as if someone stole it at a construction site. Soap, shampoo, and toothpaste were not brought every day, so we had to buy them in the store. The breakfast was disgusting, the only decent food was pasta and rice. It happened that among the clean dishes came across dirty dishes. And no one removed the dirty dishes with leftovers from the table. The contingent is mostly Russians, who have never seen anything better in their lives, and therefore they are satisfied with such a hotel. We celebrated the New Year in this hotel. It was the worst New Year's Eve of our lives. There was practically no food. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a large compound surrounded by green with a circular pool in the middle. The garden is lovely, with birds singing in the morning, frogs singing at night, and some large bats seen at night. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are big with nice balconies. Highly recommend.

Service 5 Stars Room is little older but ok mattress very good. Every request is fast responded by staff. Pork steak with pepper was really good yesterday as the strawberry milk shake and papaya salad. For every meal there are 3 choices. So picking the wrong is there own mistake. Balcony is perfect without it it would be really hard. Mosquito spray is provided. Overall a very good choice for the price and circumstance.

We spent 2 weeks in quarantine at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and large. The food was delicious and plentiful

Great place to be for a couple of days. Location is quite but still very close to all the happing places. What we do not like is that a lot of weed smoking is done on the balconies outside and that smell is really not nice to be in. Room was good but daily cleaning must be done better. But stilll to be reccomended. Pool is very nice but Ithink the poolwater should be more clear than it was when we were there.

Lovely hotel, just at the start of Beach Rd.......so very easy to get a songthaew, bike, taxi or walk to the main part Pattaya night life. Rooms are cleaned daily, sheets, towels also changed and complimentary tea, coffee and water Breakfast is varied and plenty of it.....fruit, cereal, croissants, also hot food too Pool is great, just need the bar to open in the middle and it would be perfect Staff are very helpful and polite Would definitely stay here again

Overall i had a great experience for my test and go "quarantine". I left so quickly, that i was not able to take pictures. Upon arrival there were 3 of us, we arrived at this resort at 2:30 am local time. There was an RN on site who immediately took our PCR tets. by 9 am (yes, 7 hours later), our results came back!! All 3 of us ended up leaving at the same time. The staff at the resort were very good and professional. The only reason why i didn't give it 5 stars is because communication before my arrival was not as good. I tried to get answers via email, Facebook Messenger and Line, but was never able to communicate efficiently before my arrival. Nevertheless, I would recommend the 1 day test and go at this resort, and would use them again in a heart beat!!

This is the 4th time staying here. Every morning you will hear an alarm clock from nature. Has a shady atmosphere spacious pool and breakfast that tastes good.

Amazing resort for the price, the pool is huge and great for the kids, the location is quiet whilst also being perfectly placed for terminal 21, only complaint would be that the AC was really loud in both of our rooms

Breakfast had little options. I didn't feel safe on my room, because you could easily open the lock at the balcony. Worn down furniture. The receptionists try to scam you with costs of the minibar, which I didn't use. But it was close to the mall. Stay somewhere else!

I spend my ASQ 2 weeks with a nice view over the swimming pool area. The room was nice and clean. Staff was always helpfull and nice, I will come back with my family.

Great family resort, close to all the action yet far enough away to be secluded...fabulous pool, free use of towels, breakfast caters for all...not a van destination for the price.

Stayed there for three days, and honestly for the price it can't get any better than this. Staffs are friendly, however, their food of their room service is average, nothing fancy. Prime location as it's situated near the Terminal 21, only 10 minutes walking distance. Service is great, however, they don't provide iron to iron the clothes, which was a shame. Overall, great and 4/5 for me.

My friend's family was quarantined for here 1 night (Test and Go). Friendly and welcoming staff. Only issue with parking.

The furniture in the rooms was very outdated. The price for the room was too high. The air conditioning was very loud. The air conditioning could not be regulated. The toilet flush was too weak. The meals delivered were cold. No menu selection. No decent table to eat at in the room. The selection of TV channels was marginal. The wifi could be a bit faster. The balcony was pleasant for smokers. The staff was friendly. The external errands 7 eleven took too long.

Unfortunately we didnt know that Thailand SHA otels seem to make a competition of which Hotel can make it the biggest hassle to get the service which was was paid for. On AGoda Website they make you believe you get this and that and that for you special price . you only ave to pay . But of course it is Not refundable. But after you booked and paid . Then hey send you an Email . With info that they dont give you wat you want . They ask plenty of things that are not really important and things which already are asked by the thai government on the Thailand Pass application. They ask the flight tickets again . Although in Agoda the Box withh the flight nfo and pickup request was already filled with all the information that is needed to pick up customers. What do they want ? Do they want to keep the 180 € without doing or giving something ? Where is the law that the Hotel need to check the insurance? Why they only ive you a Taxi Pickup if you send them the Thailand Pass Confirmation ? The Government Law clearly sates that the Confirmation of the Hotel needs to have included the Taxi transfer . So how can a customer apply for thailand pass if the Hotel requires the Thailand pass first and Thailand Pass requres first the Hotel confirmation. Who had this super idea idea to make customers going mad. For all who don t believe it here is the copy List of the hotels extra requirements. 1) Flight Ticket (in pdf) 2) Passport (Scanned or in pdf) 3) Final Vaccine Certificate (If not vaccinated, please ignore) 4) Insurance certificate as notified on the Thailand Pass website (Just the Main Page) 5) Thailand Pass -> Without Thailand Pass & Flight Ticket we will not be arrange the airport pick up 6) Guest booking only DAY 5 with us need to send Hotel Confirmation letter for the Day 1 Test & Go Please check in before 6 pm. 7) How many luggage you will be carrying both big and small. Additional Luggage than generally alloted to Economy Class air ticket might result in additional charges in order to arrange a bigger car. 8) Please download MorChana mobile app before leaving your home country. Kindly also show the app to the hotel / resort on arrival on your mobile phone. 9) Kindly note that a Consent Form will be asked to sign in order ensure that guests understand the rules laid by the government for guests undergoing the Quarantine. We can share the consent form in advance. Test & go hotel and Sha+ hotel Rooms are nice the view over the pool is perfect. , I come late at the hotel and they didnt explain for me roomservice closed 20:30 PM , i was hungry and need some beverage( soft drinks) for the nigth 😟

Our quarantine hotel upon arrival in Thailand, as soon as we arrived, we got RT PCR test at the resort and we got the result in 7hrs, so fast 🤩

Good television in the room and a good breakfast, I used this hotel with the Thailand Pass. Overpriced prices for extra nights so went elsewhere. But if you don't know Pattaya and aren't penny pinching like me, this is a safe bet. It's almost a 4 star.

Stayed here for the 7day quarantine. Staff were very friendly and tried to make the stay as nice as possible within the guidelines. We appreciated the effort they went to in trying to accommodate our request for vegan food, as well.

One of the older resort hotels but comfortable and clean. Its currently being used as a quarentine hotel so the pool is closed. One mark down would be the WiFi its unreliable drops out and when it works isn't very fast.
