Room decor is outdated a little. Room was exceptionally clean. Customer service was great. Roof top pool was appealing and again a very clean area. WiFi worked ok - it dropped in and out when I was trying video calls. Downstairs reception area toilets were spotless and modern. Room size was good. Small balcony was functional. Would gladly stay here again. Room deposit is a little frustrating especially if you have paid by credit card or prepaid. Laundry business is immediately outside if you require. Currency exchange and multiple ATM's are within 50 meters.

My favourite hotel in Pattaya !! D Hotel is just a fantastic hidden gem in Pattaya. I have stayed there nearly 20 times so far, and still have no bad experienses ! The D Hotel is very clean, big rooms, wonderful rooftop swimmingpool. Staff is always helpful and smiling. ( Special thanks to Ms. Runchi in the reception and cleaning lady Chon 6th floor ! 2 wonderful staff !! ) D Hotel is only 1 minute walk from hot spot Soi Buakahao,- but still very quiet at night. Prices at D hotel is very good value,- compared to other hotels at the same level in Pattaya. ( Yes, I have tried more than 20 hotels in Pattaya thru my 60 trips to Pattaya so far..and my favourite number 1 is no doubt: D Hotel !! Is a reasonable hotel very much middle of the range with regards to over all running of the place and quality of service. Pros for me was the tv channels, plenty of choice and good spacious shower area with decent shower pressure. Rooms are good size too. Didn't order any food so cannot comment. Overall not bad hotel but have definitely stayed in better with Regards to services provided within pattaya.

Keeping it short and sweet. D Hotel is inexpensive and has nicely appointed rooms. It delivers a ton of value for the price. Definitely consider staying here. Breakfast is so-so, but this hotel is cheap and cozy. Do it.

I like this hotel it easy to go and easy for go for food not far restaurant not far central festival pattaya beach and near 7-11 can Walk for go 7-11 about 3 or 5 minutes and get taxi or motorbike taxi or songteaw about 10 B for go market and Walking street

Can confirm really bad experience with reception staff, same as my friend had a couple of weeks ago. I gave up yesterday night after having mixed messages and staff screaming UP TOO YOU over the phone. Pity on otherwise good rooms, location and rooftop pool. Worst experience testing various hotels in town for almost 13 years. Happy they didn't take my deposit which happened to my friend, in a separate payment after the initial deposit had been repaid.

I booked the wrong dates so I had to book an extra day and leave a day early. The first day was in the Dee tower which was very nice. The next day was in Chic tower. The wifi was not working, the room was not as nice and the carpeting in the hallway was stained in several places. They moved me back to my room in the Dee tower. Overall I liked the hotel, the Dee tower. When I checked out I ordered a taxi to the Don Mueang Airport paying 1800. At 1000 the driver shows up but thought I wanted to go to BKK Airport so wound not take me. Had to take bags out of the car and wait for another taxi. They gave me a discount and charged me 200b more and we left at 1030. I hope this will get me to the airport in time for my 2:05 flight.

I think I come here for ten years ... maybe more ... The staff really take care of you .

Excellent place...large very clean room, plenty of storage space, good shower, fan and air con big balcony and a brilliant roof top swimming pool..reception staff brilliant and great central location...I have booked for next Xmas already !

the best hotel of its category I have met. the only weak spot is the mattress as it's hard and uncomfortable.

Great hotel with a fantastic rooftop pool. Rooms are well maintained, nice and clean with 2 bottles of water supplied free daily. Perfect location in the heart of all the action yet still quiet at night to get some sleep.

Stayed one night at a Deluxe room. Old style hotel does not worth the money paid.

Great location very clean rooms. Only complaint is the beds are to hard, but that seems pretty standard throughout Thailand.

Fantastic rooftop pool, gets a lot of sun. Rooms are big and spacious with lots of light. The downside miserable reception staff, an outrageous 2000 baht room key deposit the size of a boat anchor. Probably the worst wifi reception ever, the signal is strong but you let logged out every 30 minutes and have to sign back in with password every time. Have decided to look elsewhere in future, if they fix the wifi issue I might return.

I was a bit sceptic when I arrive at hotel. It looks pretty old and furniture too. But rooms are quiet big, aircon is new, so pretty silent. Bed are fabulous, really high quality. I give only 3 stars because welcome staff is really not nice, no smile, almost polite... Only maids were nice.

Great location for nightlife. Great A/C. Clean large room for the price. Awesome pool on the roof. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a bad experience at another hotel. Will be staying at the D next time
