Update 19/7/22: Rooftop swimming pool still not working, it's been closed for around 4 weeks already. It might be good for a weekend, or short holidays, but not for long term stay. Laundry equipment dirty and with access to anybody on the ground floor, including visitors or weirdos walking around, it should be restricted to residents. Management do not check cameras, many mini parties, cans of beer and dirt left by rude people in the swimming pool and common areas. Depending on what building and floor you live, the natural light will be gone around 4.45pm in a really sunny day. Choose city or sea view better.

I stayed here for a week (Sept. 2022). The apartment was small but just right for what I needed. It had a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with a washing machine. Two pools but the roof top pool not working for a month. There are several guards around the property which makes it feel like a prison as the uniforms look like prison guards The place is full of tourists but not all the good kind! Has an unsettling vibe to the place but I put it aside until the second day. Came out of the lobby and an English man was sat in the entrance shouting about a woman. He had a knife and was stabbing himself in the arms and neck! The previously mentioned guards where all stood watching as myself unaware and families with small children walked past him. My self and another person shouted to the families to stop and stay away but the guards did nothing! If you want an inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city and don't mind who stays there and the unsettling vibe then go for it. I would never stay here again!

There are no pluses in this house, except that it is in the center. But I would not call it a plus, constant traffic jams, constant road repairs, very noisy. In the pool half of the sunbeds have been removed (only 4 left) and for those who rent a room for less than half a year, the entrance to the pool on the roof is paid. The balcony on the roof is closed. The pool on the roof is always dirty, the glass railing no one has cleaned for the whole year that I lived here. The one bedroom apartment is very small for 2 people. For this kind of money I do not recommend staying more than a month in this condo.

Its a great location to stay. Everything you could need is close by. It has good security and facilities, including two swimming pools, with one being on level 31 rooftop. It has amazing views. The rooms are a little small, but mine was well equipped with everything I needed. I would stay again or buy a small condo here.

The Base is in a good location with easy access to the taxis. The rooms are very small. The room I was in had LED lighting that was too dim to see clearly. Water pressure was on the low side. You had to walk a good 400m from the front gate to the entrance of the building. Room rates were good but you get what you pay for. We had a slight problem checking in with the room key not arriving until 30 min after we arrived, despite being told that the room was ready. Pool was nice however maintenance of the place seems to be sliding with rusting of the steel around the pool. Don’t think I will return.

Stayed 4 weeks over Xmas. Great security, really nice people. Will help you with checking/ getting key, etc. PLEASE TIP THEM 100 BAHT and they will look after you no end. Great pool. Lovely and clean. Highly recommend if price is right. Paid £410 for 4 weeks + utilities… worth every pound for the one bedroom apartment :)

Worst experience ever. 1. These are apartments, given rent by individual owners. Which is completely illegal. 2. If you reach even 30 minutes earlier than check-in time. You won't be allowed to enter the premises or wait at lobby. You have to wait in the streets with your luggage. 3. Nobody understands English at all. 4. The staffs are not HELPFUL at all. If any of your electronic item is not working in the room, you will have to bear with it the whole vacation. I had to suffer with my air-condition. 5. It's 1 km walking from beach. 6. No generator back-up. 7. Parking fee / visitor parking is also chargeable. It is not free. If a traveller want to pay to suffer, please book this place. A big no for family traveller.

Nice place with a reasonable price. The nice sea view from both house & the rooftop swimming pool is a plus. For digital nomads, its a well recomended place.

We stayed on 24th floor of Tower A, the apartment was more than adequate in a fantastic location in the heart of Pattaya and as close to the liveliest nightlife Pattaya has to offer in Soi Buakhao. My only gripe with this apartment complex is the mainland Chinese people who stay here all have terrible attitudes & hygiene from hocking & spitting in public to pushing in elevators before you've even attempted to walk out of the lift, that said this is a personal opinion and is of no reflection on the apartment complex itself.

The security guards work well and are strict. This condo is a very good location. And suitable for people who like to drink or like to go bar because this condo is adjacent to Soi Buakhao.

What starts off bad usually gets worse but this was the exception. I booked Central Pattaya Seaview apartment. But no-one including maps and every local in Pattaya has ever heard if it. It took several frustrating hours to find out it is The Base. Once that dilemma was resolved it was all good. Great location, small but comfortable apartment, great views from an amazing rooftop pool. Loved it. Stay again? Definitely.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE The condos were extremely clean, well furnished and spacious. Though it has multiple swimming pools, their Infinity Pool offers the best view and experience. Would definitely love to visit and stay again.

The Base Condo is a very lovely place to stay, right near the beach. With good facilities like a fully functional gym, swimming pool, security and very well maintained apartments

You can find a rental condominium here. The room is good, furnished with a washing machine, refrigerator, cooking oven, fridge and utensils here. Basically it's a hirise residential complex on the second road parallel to the beach side road. Night street is 5 minutes walking distance from here.

Really cool building next to all the main places great roof top getting in and out is a bit long but whatever we’ll worth the stay

The BASE with a good location and good value for money, facing Second Road. Rooms are often rented out by owners via travel agencies, so the details of the facilities depend on the owner. Great infinity pool!

Great rooftop pool. Nice one-bedroom unit with working space. The room that I stayed has great private wifi. Parking is not free though.

Good apartment to stay in. Walking distance to the beach, convenient store and also close to the central shopping mall.

Well maintained and beautiful facility. Down the street from Central mall, pattaya bizarre, and a big night scene in the area.

The building is very close to the beach and well kept with good security. The lobby areas are also clean. Nice views of the city. You are right next door to the Pattaya night market, so if you are sensitive to loud noises / music at night….this is not your place. You are also close to good grocery shopping and laundry services. Good for a short stay but not for long term…4 stars based on the area.

Some room are not good. The owner don't take care it well. The swimming pool is so nice with the sunset.

Affordable stay, beach is right across the street. Apartment was very clean and the view from my apartment was very beautiful, Cool Pool, me and my family was on the 30th floor so could see the entire south pattaya.

Nice modern condo in great location. 2 pools and gyms. A bit small, but after/if lockdown ends, won't be in room much anyway.
