Very nice modern rooms. Nice clean bathrooms, and nice rooftop pool. The workout room is rather small, but at least it has one. Only drawback is the location. You have to either enter through the sister August Suites in front or walk through a narrow alley like unlit street. Not too thrilled with the entrance location, but overall this is a very nice clean modern hotel for about $30 a day. Well worth it.

I enjoyed my stay here. Top floor rooms are recommended for a nice view. You won't be able to see the beach from your room but from the roof top pool you will. If you're opting for breakfast in your package then you'll get an omelette, breads, fruits and coffee. It's their fixed breakfast. They'll ask for your card details or 2000 Thai bahts for security and it'll be refunded at the time of check out. They'll clean your room without asking for it, even if you're not in the room. Location is great. Walking Street is at walking distance. You'll find foot massage shops everywhere. Indian food is easily available nearby. Overall a pleasant stay at April Suites Pattaya.

I've stayed here a couple of times now and love the quiet location, that's so close to all the action.

The April springs hotel is a great hotel for its price. Cleanliness is great and location great if you don't want bikes and scooters speeding up and down your hotel street. With a great small family restaurant directly in front. Amazing for breakfast if you don't want to wait for hotel food. And the staff is very welcoming and very courteous. There is plenty of food surrounding the area. We will be staying again for sure. Pros. Good location, good for price, minutes from beach, nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, quiet location. Cons. Very little parking availability, time of stay pool not working, no gym, no microwave in rooms, food delivered to room cost double, like most asian countries they give very few towels. All said, the pros do outweigh the cons.

It's a fairly new hotel. Not worn down at all. It's kept clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Beds are pretty hard but I enjoy it that way. Was a bit sore the first two days but after that my back felt fantastic

It was ok , wouldn’t like to have paid full price, basic for a 3 star hotel

Has to be one off my Top 5 Hotels to stay in. this hotel is close to everything soi 6 15min walk, walking street 20min walk, central pattaya 10min walk. plus its out of the busy area so its quite at night but yet still close to everything. the rooms themselves are great nice and clean with loads of space. Staff very helpful and even book taxi back to the airport if needed.

Book a room for a friend and send a msg that my friend will checkin. Old lady at reception dont accept that and force me to come to resort and show my passport. And complained about me. Never had this behavior. Room was very small and dark. Location/street very trashy and lonesome. Closed pool and fitness without any notice at booking.idnt get any refund.

Given noisy room shower head leaked shower cubicle small hard bed tiny balcony I moved from much better hotel and paid more here

Seems a little out of the way first but actually very convenient for everywhere.. Staff were very pleasant and rooms comfortable, so pretty much everything you could ask for for a good price

Stayed here throughout our trip in Pattaya for husband birthday trip.There’s free parking but very limited. Near to massage parlour and just opposite hard rock pattaya.The price is ok and the room is acceptable and clean.

Safe and Peaceful place. Super neat and clean well maintained rooms. All the staffs are super nice except one rude guy at the reception. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Ps. There's a short cut to the parelel road via their sister Hotel August. That road has many restaurants, markets and many convince stores for you to checkout.

INCREDIBLY helpful staff, with a nice central location. It's down a back alley which may freak some travelers out, but i didn't mind it, never felt unsafe once. I can't say enough good things about the staff there as well, very helpful and kind. I was going to give it a 4 because the beds were pretty firm, but I stayed at the Hilton last time and it ALSO had firm beds, so i'm guessing that's possibly just a Thailand thing, so can't fault them for that.

The hotel is very quiet and just off second road. It's got a small pool with a bar that you can order food and drink from. The room was light and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is always someone to open the door for you when you enter or leave the hotel great service.

I stayed here for 18 nights in January and loved it. Nice clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Located 100m down an alley near to the junction of second rd and central rd The rooms are nice with a big bed, in room safe and a large tv with loads of channels in various languages showing sport, movies and news. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to soi 6,7,8 , beach rd and the top of soi buakhao. Central festival mall is only a ten minute walk away and there is a baht bus stop opposite the alley if you want to go the mile up to terminal 21 mall. Already looking to book here again in July. The hotel is in the mid priced range but still great value for the money.

Very friendly staff. Great value for the money. Only issue was that entrance is kind of hidden in the alley. Because of the location in the alley, it was quiet at night which is a positive. Long ways from walking street but if you take the trucks for 10 baht you can get to all the locations you need to after walking a block or two to the beach.
