Many eateries located around the mall and many shopping options available. Outside, there were food stalls looking set to open after the sun sets. However the mall was pretty empty when we visited.

A European fisherman village styled atmosphere community mall. A nice place for quick shopping or quick meal. This place is not that big but they have everything you needed ranging from local brands to big brands' stores, small to large restaurants, game center to cinema. They even have a proper parking area for big motorcycle near entrance 2A, 5 parking spaces for disabled customers, and shuttle services to some of Pattaya's hot spots. Impressive.

The food court now only has 4 stores running the operation BUT in my opinion it's worth a visit if you want 50-70 baht Thai style lunch/dinner in AC setting and CLEAN! They lowered the sticker price that is hard to ignore. I tried grill pork soup for lunch and it was amazing at 50 baht. This will be my go place for quick lunch/dinner.
