I came with child less 2 years and fever 39+ Asked to move inside, they said that i have to check blood pressure, temperature and others under this tent. So, i thought, ok, we will check outside, its covid time, maybe after that we will come inside. But then, they said, please, wait doctor here too! I said that my child has fever, so better come inside building. And staff informed me, that doctor will make examination also outside. If you see that area, its disgusting. It was part of parking area for hospital cars. Ok, the last point was when i said that we need make a blood test, to check it on viruses. Staff informed that blood test will be outside aswell. Then i took my Passport and go away. Decision is yours about choosing hospital where to treat your family. PS. Before writing this review, I visited another hospital. And there was everything ok as normal way.

I came here after Pattaya International (just off beach Rd) tried to rip me off on my "regular med refill" that I had been getting for over 10 months. * This hospital is definitely cleaner more modern and VERY efficient. * Price wise this is on par with Bangkok International Hospital medication and doctor wise. I had visited this hospital due to feeling as though I was unable to breathe, unable to think, barely able to move or even articulate my thoughts. Everything was about money, they weren’t friendly, nor were they caring & attentive - despite being unable to think or consent to anything they treated me. I was unable to give any input due to my state of mind. They were going to charge me 30k baht to simply stay the night. I’m lucky my friend was able to take me home. Now I am better, I was able to visit the hospital to request more details, I wanted a breakdown of the cost so I know exactly what I was given, what tests were done and why. They told me I have to pay for the medical history, they wouldn’t give me the details or a breakdown of the cost. (Not fully anyway). I’ve been suffering from some after effects that may be related to the medication they gave me. I asked them, can you please just ask the doctor if it is normal for me to feel this way? Only to be told angrily “if you want to see doctor you pay another 1000 baht” Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy I was treated, and I’m happy I was given help, but refusing to give me a breakdown of the entire cost and also trying to charge me extra when I have questions consequentially is absolutely ridiculous. The lady that dealt with the insurance is incredibly rude, demanding and offensive.

I would not even give it a one star if it was possible. The most unorganized hospital I had ever visited. They put me in a wrong room for hours just to find out that I needed no X-ray as I just had a cold. Then after 4 hrs finally Dr saw me . Then they charged me almost 6,000 Thai baht just for an IV injection. Then I had to wait another hour just to receive a claim receipt for my medical insurance. The staff hardly speak any English . You pretty much left alone there and hoping for the best. Try to ovoid this hospital if you can as they are super incompetent!!!!!...

This hospital is a disgrace. Over $200 AUD for the medical bill to see a so called Thai doctor . A drip feed , blood test and a whole lot of useless medication . It did not relieve my symptoms. I new what I had, I googled it and went to a pharmacy . $1.50 AUD for the medication and symptoms gone . I had a severe case of Vertigo . I would not use this hospital unless it is totally necessary and even then beware. It’s a cash making machine not a proper hospital.

Hey y’all. I had the misfortune to have motorbike accident during my recent visit to Pattaya. I had a lot road rush and 4 broken rips. To begin,my EMS ride to hospital was on a back of pick truck masquerading as an ambulance. Very bad situation. When I get to the hospital I was in severe pain on the left side of my chest and had hard time breathing. The doc said he gonna start with X-rays which was good. After the X-ray they told nothing was broken. Completely missing that I had 4 broken rips.( I learned that a week later when I flew back home) that’s all good. But the most disappointing issues for me were they were treating me for what I was worth I wasn’t in the ER 10 min when start talking money and I had money or ways to pay for services. Which I was fine. I told I had insurance and they started giving all unnecessary procedures and treatments. I had a cut under my left knee and they insist that I get stitches which I didnt need I was told It was not necessary it actually interfere with my healing process they also took all kinds of x-rays from my legs knees the shoulders which were not necessary just to jack up the cost. They also made me come back to the hospital every day for cleanup and and dressing change but later they told me for more I could one that I only have come back once every 3 days. Needless to say, a little moral healthy code was lacking severely in their attitude to patients.

You know you won't get the same standards as you would in the west. I think it's stupid to expect that. But every time I've gone here they have treated me quite well and been very professional. And as far as price, it's cheaper for me to drive the 45 minutes here than it is to go to the local doctor 2 minutes from my house.

Just had a colonoscopy here and highly recommend the treatment and especially the specialist, Dr Kasidit. I had 3 visits: the consultation, the procedure and an extra visit to receive the results of a biopsy (happily, all ok). Dr Kasidit was meticulous and a great communicator. The procedure itself was just 16,500 baht, cheaper than all other places I checked.

One of the best hospitals I’ve visited. Had a bad flu type infection n sore kidneys for days. Went in at 7pm had blood test injections tablets within an hour felt amazing. Very quick and efficient. Like a conveyer belt but it works well. Cost about £100 well well worth it. Had a follow up 5 days later. In and out no time. A well clean and efficient run hospital. Come on uk u could learn a lot here. 🤧

I . lied, we caught her lying about diagnosing our daughters condition ,in order keep our newborn longer and make more money , overall doctor May was good but after delivering baby it turn into disaster , nurses didn’t take care of baby , she had a diaper rash and diarrhea from the food formula ( which they weren’t brining baby to me - reason is getting paid by hourly ) while I insisted to breastfeed my own child . Also forgot to mention after c section surgery they brought me to reanimation room , I was barely conscious after anesthesia and I couldn’t breath because I started to vomit at myself , I needed help I couldn’t move my head I saw a chubby nurse was watching me and she threw on my face tissues ))) and was staying there watching me , in a bit I figured to move my head to side and survived ( I don’t recommend this hospital for delivering baby .

Recently moved to Pattaya and became a patient at Pattaya Memorial. I purchased and reserved the Moderna vaccine from Pattaya Memorial.
