Fair price, not very clean, good location

This is a great place in case you’re traveling on a tight budget and want to get away from the crowds! I will highly recommend to NOT BOOK THE BALCONY ROOM as it’s noisy. And keep in mind there’s no elevator (3rd floor at the Pattaya heat) The staff is friendly and big plus: there’s a complimentary little breakfast with bread & jam, tea & coffee and some cereals! The shower though had one of the strongest smells! Could have been cleaner! And it’s real noisy from the Main Street.

Clean and adequately equipped rooms. Large rooms with very fast 100 mbps wifi and smart TV. Although the refurbished building lacks an elevator the professional and friendly staff will assist you if you require it. Located on the main road with access to various transportation services. Overall excellent value for money.
