Great find in Pattaya and real paradise for chocoholics! But also a very good restaurant. Surprisingly large choice of Thai and European dishes, including a decent pizza on the menu — in the same space where some of the finest chocolates are made. Spacious establishment located by the main road, surrounded by Tropical greenery and convenient parking. Large choice of chocolates, cookies and cakes — including many dark chocolate varieties. Considering the high quality of chocolate and delicious taste, the prices are reasonable. Visitors can watch the production line through big screen windows.

Always like the Chocolate Factory. Never been disappointed with either the Thai or Western fare. Coffee and dessert to look forward to too. You can even treat yourself on the way out with one of their on-site products. This branch a bit of a hike down Sukhumvit, so usually quieter than the Pratumnak one.

This place has it all. It has gourmet meals and food options . The gift store out front has a multitude of chocolates to satisfy even the fussiest chocoholic. Be aware the the prices at the restaurant are not for the faint of wallet.

Had a very good dinner here. I liked the very big spacious dining room, with sound of waterfall and soothing music. Staff, food, ambience excellent. Note: they have live music Saturdays 6-9pm.

It was a cozy place to spend your evening with good food and ambience. If you are looking for a nice place to fire up your laptop and work - they also provide free wifi with decent connection. They have 2 separates place/area here - the chocolates/dessert shop and the dining area (indoor and outdoor). It was spacious, clean and very comfortable to visit alone or with your friends/family. There are plenty options of foods and drinks - ranging from small bites to full meal. And definitely a lot of choices of chocolates (obviously) and cakes - really couldn't get enough here. Staff was nice and accomodating. As for payment, they accept cash and visa here.

Absolutely awful experience! Poor cake choice on Sunday morning - none of chocolate cakes available, nor red velvet or others. No wifi in the restaurant! Pizza was made not with pizza dough but with overcooked pita, no tomato sauce at all and cut into pieces régula tomato instead of cherry. And it’s a 600 thb pizza (around 20$) Absolutely awful!!

Found it to be pricey , decent enough but not the best choclate

Beautiful presentation. Chocolate lava cake visual effect wasn't as dramatic as I would have liked. Though tastes pretty good. Strawberry coulis a tad disappointing. Watered down like and not the prettiest shade of red. Comfortably sparse with high ceiling. Great place for a cup of tea and get out of the scorching afternoon sun. Chocoholics will adore this place.

Nice, clean and big place. Pleasant atmosphere, good service and nice staff but...too expensive under my view. I recognize that the place itself should not be cheap to maintain, but paying 495 B for 1 coffee, 1 water and 1 very basic salad, i think it's expensive.

Such a large and airy air conditioned cafe. Live kitchen where you can see how their chocolates are hand made, cafe with full menu to enjoy dishes, and the tons of chocolates, desserts, cookies and bread.

Beautiful place with nice menu, but the service is pathetic. Been here twice: at the rush hour and when it was almost empty. Both visits failed because of staff being ignorant and inattentive. Sad story

The new Chocolate factory lacated on the Sukhumvit road. Accessibility is the most strength. Beautiful garden outdoor and the trendy interior is attracting local people. There are many various quality coffee, chocolate and many dessert menus. Recommending this place.

Seems like the staff were trying to avoid the customers as much as possible. There were no staff at the reception and no customers in the restaurant at noon. We had to walk around and seat ourselves. After which we had to get up from the table to go over to the counter to ask someone for a menu. The food was decent, but the poor service makes the experience disappointing. Also, there is something very annoying about the loud noises constantly coming from the ceiling. Their roof makes sounds as if there are dogs running around on top of it. They said it is caused by the heat sealant when it expands.

Thai fusion and western food. Delicious and good service. Nice restaurant but a little bit expensive.

Good food. Great service. The staffs were very attentive and friendly. We visited just after the east on the lockdown and the flood so the menu isn’t fully available but understandable. Given the situation, they did pretty good. Very nice ambiance, cleanliness was great. They have a big parking spot in the front and back. The price was a bit high. But it suits the vibes of the restaurant. Food presentation was nice. I would visit again if get a chance.
