In November an MRI scan at BPH revealed a near complete supraspinatus tendon tear and bone spur in my shoulder. Before considering surgery I was advised to try conservative treatment options first. What can I say about this clinic but say thank you. I have had about 9 treatments here for lower back pain, which had me hardly being able to get out of bed and I was in great pain when I did manage to get up. As my treatment went on I have got better and better but still have to take things slow in a morning but at least without pain. I would definitely recommend giving it a go if you have any sort of muscle pain or arthritis like myself.

I am a 64 yo Australian man, who arrived in Pattaya, in July 2022, with existing knee and leg problems, which I was having extensive treatment for, in Australia, before my visit. On arrival in Pattaya, I found the need for physiotherapy, due to the long cues, and travel I had endured. I firstly contacted another Physio and received thermal treatment, and TENS machine,(30 year old practice), which was of no benefit, and as much not what I needed. I had a phonecall, with Khao Noi Physiotherapy, expressing my regret from the previous physiotherapist, that did nothing for my problem, and explained that I needed deep muscle and tissue manipulation, to which she said they could offer as service. I attended the physio, twice weekly while in my 4 week stay, I have to extend my deep gratitude to the owner/operator of the clinic, in her very professional and effective treatment for my problems. The lady is half my size, but managed to do the manipulative therapy, that I needed on my thigh and calf muscles, (usually, leaving her quite depleted of strength). I congratulate her on her treatment and willingness, and thank her so very much for her professional, and immediate treatment of my problems. I went on this holiday to re cooperate, and exercise my leg problems, and without this assistance, my holiday, would have probably been much less active, more restrictive, and not have achieved the goal of the entire process. I am greatly appreciative of the treatments that I received, and would recommend the services of Khao Noi Physiotherapy, to anyone wanting a first world treatment, in a place that generally offered very little in the way of expertise in this field. After a motor bike accident some 6 months ago the physio has done a remarkable job in getting me back to where I have no pain in my shoulder and I am able to play golf again with full shoulder movement. 6 months ago I couldn't swing a club or raise my arm more than half a metre.
