Customer service (long response time) claims I agreed on the standard PMF crown which is untrue. Message to the clinic: Please add detailed specifics (such as materials) than just general treatments on the bill(s) and improve your communication by repeating the agreements to patient(s) both orally and written to ensure everything is clearly understood correctly by both parties in order to reduce similar incidents with misunderstandings in the future.

I have used this dentist for a few years now. They have always put my overlay from a different dentist back in when it fell out. She always said to me that I needed to get a crown. Maybe 48hrs of discomfort after the procedure but no huge pain to speak of. I was shocked it only took 45 minutes for a molar. The crown started 6 days later. That was about an hour process. Then today 5 days later the crown was installed in less than 30 minutes. Thank you again. I will always recommend this dentist.

After 3 weeks of email’s finally made it to the clinic for consultation. I found their business ethics atrocious. Sat there for 30mins and not a word was said by staff, I question the delay to find out that he was in his way in another 30mins or so. Find somewhere else there many dental clinics with great business ethics in Pattaya!

I been here 2 time already I like stuff and dentist them all lovely and friendly, good services as well so I will come back again soon 🙂

I came because of the many good reviews. Here's my two experiences . Beware. First my wife and I both had cleanings. I've been on a dental plan for 45 years and out of 90 cleanings this was the quickest and absolute worst. 10 minutes each and 1000 baht. My wife had hers redone elsewhere. 2nd experience..... today was a Sunday and I broke a molar onlay that is extremely sharp and cutting my tongue and cheek. My brother and friend are both retired orthodontists. And this has happened before. Basically I begged for a 5 or 10 minute treatment to simply dull the sharp edges. And offered to sit and wait until convenient. But turned away and not even offered an appointment. This is basically unheard of in the west. Sorry... We're really busy.... Unlike the pandemic when I was at least given token fake customer value. So as somebody who actually knows dentistry....and knows what was required to quickly fix my injury... I'd give zero stars if possible. This is the definition of not caring.

I can honestly say I've not had any problems with them apart from the initial sore high spots experienced when taking possession of them I was given advice by Dr Dom on how to remedy and overcome this problem without the need to visit a dentist back home. Costs in 2014 in New Zealand to replace them $1640.00 plus Gst NZD the cost from Pattaya Smile Dental was 840.00 NZD. After all these years they are starting to loosen up a little now and I'm definitely looking at another visit to Pattaya Dental Smile in the near future to replace them again with a golfing holiday thrown in to boot
