I was excited to try long dry aged steak in Pattaya so we went to Arno's, but what a total disappointment! By far the worst dry aged steaks we ever ate in our lives! This 2200 baht/kg so call 80-85 days dry aged Ribeyes had no distinct flavor of a dry aged steak or I should say no flavor at all. I used to keep a separate refrigerator to wet aged and dry aged my own USDA Prime steaks back in San Francisco and my own aged meat tasted much better than these. We ate 21-59+ days dry aged steaks in USA, Hong Kong, Europe and Japan, at Harris Ranch, House of Prime Rib, Ruth's Chris, various steakhouses in New York, Texas etc. All of them had the nice beefy dry aged flavor and tender! These 2 slices of Ribeyes were at best USDA choice quality or lower, flavorless and chewy! The 2 glasses of COLD Pineapple juice we ordered, one glass was cold and the other glass was WARM. The 2 Mixed vegetable side orders were disgusting, like something flavorless regurgitated mess!

beef not fresh,especially 120days with strong decay and waitress justify because 120days so have this smell, it's normal smell, it is unacceptable

The concept of the restaurant is not clear when looking at the menu. I was expecting to order the weight of meat that I want, with the desired age (45, 60, 85 days...) But when I started to order the beef, I was directed to a fridge containing pre-cut pieces of meat - and not a lot of choice. I wanted the 45 days aged beef, and it was out of stock. The minimum age for the beef was 60 days, which increased the price of the meat. Furthermore, you cannot choose the weight that you desire (if the meat is weighted 300g, it is it not possible to cut it to have 150g for example). So that makes the meat really expensive (the minimum available piece was 500 baht and the average price available was 700 baht). Once served the beef was indeed tasty but not worth the price. For the side dishes, it would be expected to have it included with the meat for the price... Instead it has to be ordered separately (90 baht for french fries...) On a good note : staff is nice and polite.

10/03/2022 Update: still the best burgers in town, but please don’t skimp on the meat . I ordered Hungarian Double patty burger and it looked like two meat balls in a bun with one slice of bacon. Cooked to a perfect medium, but “C’MON” peoples. Dropped a star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pork burger is excellent. Fries were crispy French oysters: taste fresh out of the ocean. First review : 3 1/2 year ago Don’t understand the bad reviews . Must be cheap Charlie’s that frequents McDonald’s . Arno is by far one of the best carnivore restaurants in Pattaya . High quality meats, pork , chicken, fish and oysters . Their affordable wine list is icing on the cake. Probably the best customer service I've experienced in Pattaya. Great group of servers with a system that works great to get you your well prepared meal to you nice and hot. The burger was prepared perfectly, bun soft and toasty. I'd like more fries...but still worth every bit. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu

Was great service! Although the razor clams were bad the manager and waitress noticed and cancelled order only charged for my beer! Very rare in thailand, now calling me when fresh order in wed or Sunday!!! Tipped em both anyway!! Just needed a fresh batch not their fault and making it up! So 5 stars

Service is great, very nice young lady’s that work here, $45 for a ribeye steak alone that may be roughly 1.5Lbs, I don’t think so, I won’t even pay that much at high profile steak house back In the states, ridiculous pricing… I had the starter wings, they were fairly good with good flavor, I had the regular cheeseburger combo, asked for it medium well, I was not impressed at all I didn’t even finish half of the meal, the fries slightly over cooked, too hard for my taste … I don’t think I’d return to this place, I don’t feel like it gave me a reason to HOWEVER is wish the nothing but prosperity…

We like to come here on the weekend with the kids to enjoy a good steak for all of us at a fair price. Arno’s steak is our favorite. Kids love it and we enjoy it.

The burgers and steaks are great here. You have to try the black truffle scallop pasta! This is my favorite dish there! If you are in the Pattaya area, go to Terminal 21 (mall) and dine at Arno's. Aloha!

The best steak in the town. High quality meat with excellent cooking. It's really hard to find a good steak around, but this place is definitely worth to visit.

Great steaks, reasonable prices. Ordered medium tenderloin and it was cooked to my liking. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

A very nicely planned mall. The mall has different floors named as London, Italy, Tokyo, Paris, etc. Every floor looks like we reached in that City. Awesome art work. Awesome idea. Awesome cleanliness. The information touch screen with navigation, and search on every corner is again a great idea. The very sofisticated toilet that is designed like flight seat was a special one.

Excellent steak and for sure the best in Pattaya. The price is also definitely the best. It’s a new restaurant and service still is in the works of being ironed out, but it’s worth the wait for the food because it is delicious. English is a slight problem too but it’s not the end of the world, just takes a little extra time to communicate but this is Thailand remember. Will be back and recommend 100%. Just have patients when you go. Tip * it is on the “Tokyo” floor

Service was nice and that's about it. Burger meat very dry crumbly and rancid taste. I sent it back after 1 bite. Not good. The waitress tried to explain that they use "diet beef". I guess it means they use lean beef. Huge mistake when making burgers in my opinion. But still didn't explain the rancid taste....

Absolutely impolite staff, tasteless pasta (we’ve tried two different types), dishes are overpriced, staff can’t say a word in English and don’t even try to understand just sighing at you and leave when you try to explain by google translate. We asked to make pasta “not spicy or little” but they put there full chilli and it was impossible to eat. Burgers are really good.

Excellent steak here, I really recommend coming. I came for lunch one day not expecting much, however the quality of the steak for the price is excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection, I came 2 days in a row it was that good. Conveniently located in Terminal 21 mall, its easy to find. Great option for lunch or dinner too.

The steak in the menu, the waiter will tell you that it is sold out. Let you order other expensive ones. Or tell you to come back at 3:00. It feels like cheating, dishonest business, shame.

Food was normally really good. I am not happy about the curry fries size reduced. Considering I paid 110thb extra for it. In the past the curry's fries size used to be anonymous, I can understand if you reduce 25% of the original size, but not reduce 60% of the fries size to be as same as the Mc-kids fries meal. Another opinion was the Ceasar Salad. We ordered the large size at lunch time, how ever my mother need to order something else to eat, because the size was so small as a size sald. Thee Ceasar salad was Not honoring the name Ceasar here. Don't get me wrong, I love Arnold's. I ate it almost every night while I was living there. When it was first open here in pattaya I was always over the moon with the quality and the quantity of the food. Now... I would just stick to Only order my Burger here, just to avoid anymore disappointment on my next visit.

This place is a bait and switch operation. Nearly half of the steak meals were not available at the prices in the menu. I wanted the ribeye meal but the I could only order the more expensive ribeye because they were out of stock. This was just after two in the afternoon. The steak was good but given that the only steaks available on the the menu at the reasonable prices were the inferior cuts I would not return to this restaurant.

Noticeable decline in overall quality of a burgers. Patties shrink compared to what was before, moreover even what they claim to be served is visibly less in reality (2 Pattie’s of 150g each weren’t really this big). Sauce it ridiculously tiny, barely visible. Opera cake was mediocre at best, not recommended (all desert menu looks rather unappealing). Wine was the best of all

Where’d the Beef? Came here a bunch over the past two years for one of Thailands best burger. Came again today, burger size not listed like before (used to be 200g). Should be called meatball burger. What happened, I want my old big juicy Arnos burger back!

Many many places to eat, a great place to spend a rainy day. Great place for pictures. Plus a great grocery store that caters to expats and Asians.

They do a pretty good hamburger, and my son likes the macaroni cheese. There are toy shops nearby to buy him something amusing. I like the curly fries, too. Also there is a kids train that runs past. It's good for families.
