Free breakfast is not free unless you book it online. if you happened to walk in and booked a room. The breakfast is not free. it is very deceiving. India manager is very rude and very disrespectful. At least he claims to be. He took our room card, was afraid we will not paid for the breakfast. I don't mind paying for the breakfast if we were told up front. What is the difference between walking in and booking it online? Room is very small, sink is next the TV and next to the bed. Ocean view is not ocean view unless u upgrade and pay more.

This was the worst hotel we've had in the past month of traveling. The lady at the front counter was over the top incredibly rude to my wife and I before we could get the room. In my opinion I feel like we are in a cheap hostel or homeless shelter with a view of the ocean. Nobody but the baggage man seems happy here from what I notice. The only good things in my opinion are the view (we showed up 5 hours before check-in time to get a view room) and the baggage man who is the only nice person we found in the hotel. I was shocked that many other reviewers said the workers here are not nice, it is not good to regularly treat customers badly. The baggage man should become management to make this a welcoming place.

Not worth it for this price...If u wanna worth with the same price pls find others hotel. Just from here with my family they asked charge for 500baht for cleanliness..lol!

Looking to find a late breakfast at a nice setting! To my surprise found both at Serenotel Sky Bar & Bistro! I could not ask for anything else! Excellent setting with a view to kill for! Had the whole place to myself. As for the breakfast topped it all off! Plethora of delicious food presented as good as the setting. All this for a pretty normal price is quite a pleasant surprise. Excellent service matching the whole experience perfectly! I will be purposely looking for a reason to dine here again!

Positives: 1. Great location,Just by the beach 2. Clean room. 3. Hot shower facility. 4.Amazing rooftop infinity swimming pool. 5.shops and restaurants nearby which offers traditional Thai food as well as halal foods. 6.shopping mall as well as money exchange available nearby. 7.budget friendly. Negatives: 1. No balcony in most of the rooms.you will have to spend extra for drying your cloth after shower. 2.no complimentary tea/coffee packets provided for the guest which was very much unlikely. 3.entrance of the hotel is in the inner road of a market...which makes it more crowded

The location is great but the standard ocean-view we booked is half ocean-view and half building. Also, when you’re a late night person beware of cleaning people with walkie-talkies outside your door because they are very noisy. Our sleep is very important to us however, we got really disturbed with the loud noise every morning. If you want peace and quiet mornings, this is not the place to go to.

Worst Hotel Ever. AC is not working, Extra small room !! The Sink is in the middle of the room ! The Bathroom window is broken! The furniture is very old & broken. I don’t recommend it at all.

Love the breakfast time. More than various of breakfast choice, I enjoyed the breakfast beach front view pretty much. Good room, good food, good service, and nice pool with sea view at reasonable price. Located very near Central Festival Pattaya with walking distance.

Nice hotel with great location. If you wish to stay over night, I recommended you to book only sea side view and ocean view. You wont regret any buck paying for those rooms. Rooftop bar is superb with views. Beers are not too overprice but foods are a little too expensive. You might wanna have meal before coming up here.

The location is good if you like to be next to a big shopping mall and dirty beach. It’s definitely not in a area where you bring your family. Rooms are extremely small and it’s near a lot noisy bars full of partying singles.

The basic hotel room is worth 1000 baht/night especially due to the location and the rooftop swimming pool. Else the rooms are a bit small and some hard to access railing/ corner would need a clean.

5 star all around. The reception can speak English. Clean rooms, 2 bottles of free water daily. They safely kept my luggage on the last day. Very good location, 5min away from Central Mall.

Worth the money and location is great Just cross the road to the beach and walk to Central festival in 5 mins also has 7-11 nearby With this price, the room has all essential facility and I'm lucky that got an awesome view as it the corner room Bed and pillow is comfy enough to have a good sleep Hotel has rooftop restaurants also rooftop swimming pool as well Will definitely come back!

Where do I start.. It's an OK hotel, doesn't expect too much. Saw on Agoda that they had 85% off the original price which was around 3,000 baht. I upgraded my room to a deluxe ocean-view room when I got to the room the balcony was blocked by a structure so you can't even see the ocean, which is a little deceiving because in the picture listed the balcony had a clear view of the seafront. I upgraded my room to a superior ocean-view room and again, on the website it listed a pool on the list of room amenities but at least I had a clear view of the ocean now. The last complaint is the Wi-Fi, the one I log in within the room stopped working only after 2 hours of usage. Staff had me connect to some other ones but it doesn't work or it's extremely slow. The room and balcony are very nice and I really enjoy the sunset from the room and staff was very helpful.

OVERVIEW: we enjoyed our stay here at the serenotel. the employees working there were the nicest people that we have met during our stay here in thailand and we’ve been here for 3 weeks. the man that was doing the bell hop/ showing rooms before purchase was very friendly and helpful . The rooms were very clean and when we left for breakfast one day we got back to a spotless room with all utilities restocked after only being gone for 20-30 minutes. ROOMS: we viewed 2 rooms, the standard and sea view. the sea view room was smaller than the standard room but had a clear view of the sea. when we got back to the front desk we stated that we would just take a standard room and they ended up upgrading us to the 6th floor where there was a partial sea view free of charge. rooms were spacious enough for the two of us. beautiful bathroom, and very clean. LOCATION: the serenotel is in a excellent location between walking street, the mall, and food/drink everywhere. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10-12 minute walk to walking street, 10 minute walk from the food court/ mall, and 10 minute walk from mikes mall. overall loved the location and was able to walk everywhere including the bali hai pier which was a 20-25 minute walk but so many people and shops around the way it went by quickly PRICE: the price was very reasonable in my opinion around 1,200 baht per night for a 2 person room with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a location that you can beat for that price. if your looking for a place with a huge pool and seating outside by the pool this isn’t the spot to go but if your looking for a clean nice space to leave your stuff where you can come home after walking around all day and feel very comfortable this is definitely it! overall, loved staying at the serenotel would recommend to anyone

2min walk from Hilton, 10 min walk to walking street. Big room, smallest of bathroom and washroom I have ever seen, terrible air condition, half of the time, wifi keeps on restarting.no check on the guests, irresponsible staff, asked for pattaya places, no response. Room For 1500bhat. No iron in the room, no pen paper, nothing In the mini fridge, no cream, no conditioner, no bathroom slippers, expensive.for 200 bhat more, head over to lk empress bigger room, bigger bathroom, very good ac, will take id of the guest and will confirm from you before ha ding over the ID back to the guest.
