The staff was nice, the room didn't feel all that sterile but I have never seen a hotel as clean as I would be comfortable with. On the low end, the first floor rooms didn't feel all that safe , the sheets felt somewhat nasty. But if your destination is Peekskill then the location is gold and it overlooks the river.

This is a very horrible hotel. My boyfriend and I spent the night and had the worst experience. The night we stayed, we had a hotel room next to very rowdy people. We called the front desk many times for them to address the issue but failed to do so. Also, I woke up the next morning with bed bug bites which came to show how unsanitary and unclean the hotel room was. Worst of all, we have been trying to contact the Manager to get our refund and he is never available no matter how many times we call. Overall, this hotel is very unprofessional and we're never coming back here.
