Best service by the beach.. Pasta, salad, chicken brest and mango juice were great. I didn't like the pizza due to the parmesan cheese they add but without it it was great. Although all waiters were great, I want to mention Indika who manages the place. He is so kind and do whatever he could to make us happy.. And worth mentioning his English is great. The place itself is really nice. The compound has some restaurants with a pool you can use as long as you order something (not that we needed it but it's good to know). There is a great atmosphere and I really recommend it.

We enjoyed delicious Italian food here. As someone who formerly lived in Italy, the standard is right up there, and to have a beach view while eating this delicious food is even better. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and confident. We will definitely stop by the next time we're in Weligama. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Worst experience ever. Prices you see online have doubled and menu changed, way less options than online and none vegan. Paid 9€ for this pizza, totally burned. Cant even call it a pizza. We told the manager politely we’re not happy and he didn’t mind at all. Staff was friendly but helpless, the manager incredibly unfriendly and the Pizza terible. Wouldn’t recommend

Location is great just by the beach and playing cool music too. We came here twice and both times for vegeteruan pizza. It was really tasty but pricy. Service was fast and staff were friendly.

We ordered bruschetta, risotto and pizza, all were top notch! Atmosphere with the ocean infront of you while you’re eating is a moment to remember, 100% recommend

We visited after noticing the board which advertised 'wood oven' and 'lasagne'. After my last encounter with a lasagne (not from this restaurant), I was sceptical, but I ordered and hoped for the best. And that's exactly what I got... the Best! It was amazing, loads of flavour, loads of cheese and sauce and I thoroughly enjoyed it! My husband had a seafood pizza, it was huge! and again, it was one of the best he has had in Sri Lanka. Our waiter, Nirush, looked after us royally, it makes all the difference when your waiting staff are attentive and happy in their work. They don't serve alcohol but you can order from Zephyr bar a few steps away and they will bring it to your table. I was slightly disappointed with the panna cotta as it was quite firm with little flavour. I would recommend Mama Roma to everyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in lasagne..... we will be back for more very soon!

We had nice Italian style classics - all served in a relaxed atmosphere with a smile. The bar opposite provides a decent bottle of wine too served at the table (you can’t ‘byo’).

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered a Rissoto Al Funghi. They came back after 30 minutes saying that they have missed the order and to place the order again. When the food came, the Rissoto was heavily undercooked and grainy. Then when the food Rissoto came back for the second time, it was bland and undercooked again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
