I
started
going
to
The
Physio
a
few
months
ago
because
of
the
multiple
slipped/herniated
discs
in
my
spine.
For
some
time
I
was
managing
the
pain
by
myself
(following
the
exercises
my
orthopedic
surgeon
and
another
one-time
physiotherapist
had
given
me)
but
after
a
very
bad
episode
that
triggered
even
more
nerve
pain,
I
figured
I
needed
better
guidance
and
support.
The
Physio
was
recommended
by
a
friend
and
I
have
had
nothing
but
an
incredible
experience
with
them.
You're
greeted
by
friendly
faces
as
you
enter
and
you're
entrusted
with
someone
who
works
very
hard
to
understand
and
help
you
relieve
your
pain.
My
Physio,
Anneliese,
is
very
friendly,
very
attentive,
and
has
been
extremely
helpful.
She's
helping
me
get
to
the
root
of
my
problems
(a
weak
core
and
back)
with
a
tailored
list
of
exercises
that
are
challenging
but
don't
trigger
any
pain.
During
every
session
she
audits
my
strength
and
progress
and
amends
the
exercise
plan
to
either
further
strengthen
an
area
or
resolve
a
specific
problem.
All
of
this
is
maintained
on
a
Google
Doc
with
clear
instructions
and
pictures
so
I
don't
have
to
worry
about
forgetting
anything
she's
told
me.
When
we
went
into
a
lockdown
and
no
one
was
allowed
to
travel
about,
I
really
appreciated
the
virtual
consultations
that
The
Physio
offered
so
they
could
monitor
my
progress
and
I
could
easily
discuss
issues
with
them.
They
even
called
and
emailed
me
a
couple
of
times
to
see
if
I
was
safe
and
doing
good
and
I
think
that
speaks
volumes
about
how
these
are
people
who
genuinely
care
for
the
health
and
well-being
of
their
patients.
I
can
honestly
say
that
without
The
Physio's
support,
I
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
sit
down
pain-free
and
write
this
review.
