After
not
going
to
the
store
for
over
a
year,
I
checked
thru
the
window
if
some
of
those
really
bad
employees
were
there
and
surprisingly
they
were
gone.
A
really
nice
cheerful
Brazilian
lady
-
Lilia
-
I
think
was
her
name,
first
welcomed
me
with
a
smile
and
then
helped
me
out
and
sold
me
a
piece
of
furniture
that
I
needed
and
she
suggested
I
stay
in
touch
in
case
anything
goes
on
sale
and
she
sold
me
another
piece
of
furniture
over
chat
the
next
day.
Amazing
service.
Some
of
the
people
in
the
past
would
tell
me
to
go
away
and
come
back
and
make
an
appointment
or
would
tell
me
they
were
busy.
I
had
decided
to
reduce
my
order
from
50.000
dollars
to
just
10k
and
I
placed
it
online
to
avoid
them
last
time
because
of
this
bad
behavior.
This
time,
also,
there
is
a
really
proactive
and
cool
manager
Erin.
Somehow
there
is
some
positive
energy
in
this
store
now.
There
were
a
few
more
people
who
blocked
my
delivery
guy
today
who
went
to
pick
up
my
order,
and
one
more
terrible
person
who
told
me
“I
was
not
allowed
to
leave
the
furniture
for
too
many
days”
and
some
other
negative
things
when
I
went
to
make
a
payment
for
the
piece
sold
to
me
over
chat.
I
hope
those
people’s
negative
energy
will
be
swept
out
by
the
positive
energy
of
Yemanjá
out
into
the
ocean
to
be
cleansed.
