Bad experience and do not recomend. Lets start with the limited space infront for drop off. The elevators do not work so if you get the second floor and the luggage is heavy you will have a hard time going up the stairs. The room has a very weird smell, it is obvious no cleaning was done before we arrived. So they charged $120 a night for a  dirty room, hairs on the floor, shower and sink. There was a used Q-tip on the floor, no trashcan in the bathroom and shampoo dispenser was empty ( I bring my own but some ppl don't so it should be full). There is alot of sound from the traffic outside so you will not get a restfull sleep. The only positive thing is the beds are big and the room is spacious. Nothing more.

I booked my room 2 day in advance. When I got there after 3pm as required to check in. My room was not ready. Other than that service was good. The pool area was 2 star level. They offer breakfast. Breakfast is set up as self serve. They have do it yourself waffles, sausage, eggs, and mix vegetables in a warmer. They also have bagels, yogurt, cereal & milk, orange juice, and cranberry juice. The room was decent with laminate floors. The bathroom was small. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board.

The front desk staff was rude and show zero customer courtesy!! I would not have stayed here if the 2 night stay was at all refundable through the Quality hotel site and it was close by our destination hence the 3 stars. For the price pay the extra $50 or $60 and go somewhere else. Sheets...dirty..shower had used soap in it. Towels stained and rough. The tub deep enough for a bath..but a trip hazard to get in and out of don't sit in it!!

Loved the room they gave been upgraded. The only negative thing is that Victor is very rude and had an attitude. Has horrible customer service. All he did was look at us side ways and shake his head. All we asked is if he needed both of our license. He answered rudely and disrespectfully. If he was having a bad day no reason to get it with the customers. If it wasn’t for the customers he wouldn’t have a job.

There is a lot of hotels in Fort Lauderdale offering better prices. The hotel is really shady. The hotel is dirty with a lot of people just hanging outside their rooms. They have a lot of people living there. The staff was very rude and price gouged the guest. Beware they put a hold on your credit card without telling you. They get you in by putting coupons in the book but they wont honor them. I always stayed at quality inns but his hotel changed that. Choice hotels needs to drop this roach motel.

The place was not clean under construction no one came to clean room in the 3 days I stayed had to take out my own trash.I requested soap and towels never brought had to get myself at the office the bathtub was old and not very clean the room was musty. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was given a 2nd floor too stay in with my support dog who was small and was charged 100.00 which they said it was security that they would return and never did. They had workers drinking and talking outside the room until late not able too sleep and in the morning all you could hear was chattering out loud in Spanish which only disturb our sleep we will never stay there again.

Highly over priced!!!!!!! Just an ok MOTEL that I paid for more than $130 the first night and $155 the second night!!!! Worth maximum $60 to $70. They need a big reality check!!! And to top it all, at this price, they don't even give you any drinking water in the room, not even the first night. Instead, they SELL you drinking water for $3 a SMALL BOTTLE OF WATER that you can get for $0,50 at a Publix. Will never stay there again.

OVERALL STAY: GREAT! Very underrated hotel. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds were very clean and pleasing. Pool was clean and heated. Would definitely recommend and stay on my future trips!

The check in process is so long, the door handle jammed and was extremely difficult to open, the mechanism to unlock the door kept dying, the toilet didn't fill with water, and the water pressure was awful. Thankfully the front desk girl was super sweet. Not the worst place, but it could use some TLC.

Front desk super rude. And room price goes up 3x 2 days later ...yes 3 times what it was 2 days before (without any holiday or event in town). Plus dirty inside so definitely not worth it

My first encounter was with front desk agent Victor, He has great people skills and wonderful customer service. My room was very clean and cozy, I truly believe that first impression is everything. Thanks for having good people work for your company, I look forward to future stays at this location. 👌

The hotel is located on a main street, so it has access to many locations. The only downside is the security is lacking a little. You have to park in the back in an alleyway and late at night it's kind of isolated and not well lit. The room is neat. When we first arrived it was really musty smelling. So we bought a can of Lysol. That took care of the smell. The bed boxspring had mold on it, but the sheets and coverlet were clean. The Staff was helpful. The housekeepers were very accommodating.

Oh boy did this place slap. The outside definitely needs some improvement to look more friendly, but when you step inside the actual hotel space. You're greeted with a pool and rooms. The inside of the room is pretty standard. Not too much to write home about, which is pretty good in and of itself. Also, the reception was friendly and also gave my parents a free upgrade. 8.5/10

My friends and I stayed here for a week and loved every moment! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the commodities are very nice. Breakfast is great, pool is awesome, rooms are spacious and nice. The only downside is that the floors in the rooms aren't the cleanest and the bathrooms are pretty tiny. Other than that, everything was perfect! I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area.

This place located in a low class area has not been renovated in last 50 years. We had a fairly large room with tile floors. The faucet in the lavatory was old and loose in the sink. The room smelled musty. We paid a total of $261. When I inquired why this room in an old hotel cost that much, I was informed my desk clerk there they could get that much because all the cruise ships leave around April 8. The current price for the dumpy room is $105 or about a 125% increase. It is a complete rip off.

The exterior of the building looked a little sketchy at first, but inside the room was very clean. No stains on the sheets, spacious bedroom but the bathroom was a TINY closet. Bars on the bathroom window made the outside look slummy, but overall it is was a comfortable and clean space. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was smooth. I gave 3 stars because of the VERY LOUD AND BUSY ROAD IN FRONT!!

Haven't even stayed there yet and my experience dealing with them has been terrible. I was charged a deposit for a room I booked out in July in April. After cancelling the booking I waited a week and still had not recieved a refund. I called the hotel and was told that there's no reason that my deposit shouldn't have been refunded, that I cancelled within the allotted window (I had until June to cancel) and that my concerns would be escalated to management. I waited a few days and recieved no call back so I called again and asked if there had been any progress made, the woman I spoke to at the front desk said she wasn't familiar with the situation and she'd give me the guest services manager number, which was completely fine except for the fact that after calling and leaving a voicemail for the guest services manager, over a week later and I still haven't heard anything and they still have my almost 700$ deposit. I don't get how its an acceptable business practice to just hold someone's money for weeks and not make any effort to inform them of what is going on. Never had an issue with any other Quality Inn before but I think I'll skip on staying with one next time. Edit: In response to the owner the hotel was booked directly through the choice hotel brand website. My payment was debited directly to Quality Inn & Suites.

Clean half updated rooms, clean pool and great location. Don't have any issues with anything. Even went for a night swim and didn't have any issues. Doesn't really have much of a breakfast tho that's why I gave it one less star

The rooms are cleaner than some hotels I've been to. I would say the room is clean. I would not say it is spotless. The service is OK, if you don't mind the non-english speaking staff, which I don't. Living here in South Florida, you get used to most places having staff that do not speak English. If that is a personal pet peeve of yours, I would not recommend most businesses down here. Complimentary breakfast is OK. They do have rooms that offer jacuzzis if you need some TLC or are looking for something to do with your partner, romantically.

They are incredibly helpful. Our room wasn’t what we reserved and they immediately got us into the correct room with no extra charge. 10/10 would stay again.
