Cute little spot with amazing gluten free breakfast! The waffles are seriously the best I’ve had! The coffee is even better! You won’t be disappointed!

This is a must visit! The food is amazing. The staff is wonderful. I had the chicken salad sandwich and side salad. Everything was so fresh. Don’t get me started on the GF bun. My meal was so good, I got one to go for dinner.

A gluten free girl’s dream come true!! Everything is 100% gluten free so if you’re on a gluten free diet you don’t even have to go into the restaurant and play the game we all hate playing asking and reasking to confirm the contents of the food do indeed not contain gluten. Rest assured you will be safe to eat here! We started out with the the orange juice. I asked the server for her recommendation on a juice that would be sweeter and taste less vegetably and that was her recommendation. It contained orange, carrots, ginger and one other ingredient I can’t remember. It still tasted super healthy and fresh but delicious. Just wish it could’ve been served colder but we just scooped some of our ice out of our water into our juice and it was perfect. I got the eggs Benedict which was served on a waffle and I loved it. My guy got the All American and he enjoyed it as well. It was a pretty happening place even on a Monday when we showed up a little after noon. Not sure if they take reservations, but if they do I’d recommend it if you’re going on the weekend as I’d imagine it would be really busy. Outdoor patio only had 2 tables.

Great food that is great for you. Staff was friendly and even though they were busy service was pretty quick. Good selection of options, everything Gluten free, very good. We had the Chicken melt and sweet potato noodles with chicken which was just flat out delicious!

Got to the restaurant and they were very efficient in sitting us down but they then seemed to be very frazzled and busy no one came to take our order until we asked they then proceeded to take 30minutes and forget 2/5 of the orders the three that were served finished while the others continued to wait another 30minutes once finally served they had not plated the açaí nicely it was sloppy and sticky on the sides of the bowl the water that one person ordered was never served and the people that we told about the food taking long gave excuses that they couldn’t complain to the owners wife and the manager wasn’t there instead of owning up to their mistake they made a million excuses. The food portions were very little for the price and did not look like the images on google. The gluten free pancakes were really good but I would recommend getting to go because the service was what isn’t good. The restaurant also smells very strong or spices and has very little ventilation which causes you to leave with that smell in your hair and all over your clothing so expect to hav that smell on your clothes all day. Overall could use some work and I was very disappointed since it said it was a good gluten-free restaurant.

I come here every morning. Why ? Because of the environment/ service. Food is top notch too. David is an amazing server takes a turmeric and ginger shot with me. Lovely spot you’ll feel welcome and have a great meal. If you come in from seeing this post ask for David Allen he’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

Good stuff! The food reminds me of how I like to cook at home, clean and fresh indeed! I stopped by before I headed back to Orlando and got a cozy spot outside. Coming here was definitely the highlight of my day. I suggest the alkaline water bc that was something new to me but a very nice crisp taste. I grabbed a to-go order of the mushroom burger and well oh my that did not disappoint. I’m already missing it. I wish there was a location in Orlando area because Keke’s is far from being this exceptional and GF. I’ll have to return to give that lentil burger a try.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! All the food is gluten free and delicious!!! The staff is all ages and they look healthy and beautiful. They were all incredible, attentive and kind. I’m visiting Florida and drove across town to come back here. I’m coming back tomorrow too. I wish I could give 10 stars. This place gets much. Love from a GF girl.

I went for breakfast and lunch on the same day. I would say that the place is amazing. Really, loved the ambience, loved the staff and the food was so fresh and healthy. Will definitely be coming here whenever I come back to FLL. Even the drinks were so fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for Great healthy options.

I wanted to try a new place so I stopped by for lunch as the reviews were good. I decided on the ‘Simply Veggie Quinoa’ while my companion got the ‘Sloppy Q Burger.’ The server was friendly and the wait wasn’t long. However, I just was not impressed with my order. Although the dish had all the right components, the ginger sauce was subtle and the food overall lacked flavor. On the other hand, my companion enjoyed the burger and stated that it was full of flavor. If I go back I’ll probably order that next time.

The food was amazing. You really can taste the difference in the quality. Their gluten free waffles are to die for. Their home made jelly and butter was also delicious. The coffee had a great bold flavor and the service was stellar. Loved this place, would highly recommend.

It was my first time eating here. I thought the presentation was good but lacked flavor. The location is good as well as the setup. The staff was good.

We love Loving Hut! We are regulars here and always get the eggplant bliss. I love it because it stays crisp on the outside while it's gooey and hot on the inside. It also comes with a tangy sauce and I order rice with it as well. My boyfriend always get something different and has loved most everything.

Neat place for apparently healthy food. The food came out after a reasonable wait, nothing spectacular but those in the quasi health food movement might appreciate the overpriced menu items. Service was very good!

Hidden Gem Alert! We were in town for a seminar and during our lunch break decide to walk here from the convention center. Definitely glad we made it here. Chicken burger was juicy and the chutney served on it was to die for. Cauliflower was the soup de jour and something g new and light I’d never tried. The chicken Caesar was so good my colleague had to save the rest for the next day!! The chicken salad on waffles didn’t even stand a chance against my team member. I think it took him all of 4 minutes to clear his plate. Needless to say, we’d come here again and again.

I love this one! I didn't realize this place is all gluten free until my third visit. Everything is tasty and filling. They serve local coffee. I tried both a nitro brew and the regular coffee which they serve in your own French press. Everything is fresh and homemade. I tried the avocado toast, Q burger and sweet potato burger. Each one was fabulous. Treat yourself to a bottle of their house hot sauce. It's delicious! Apparently this is a franchise so I hope one comes to my area in Jupiter. Open until 3 pm for breakfast and lunch only.

Had the chicken and waffle with coleslaw and cold brew coffee, thanks to the recommendation of.our waitress. It was delicious!!!!!! Great prices for the area. Nice atmosphere, too! Looking forward to being a regular at this cool local spot!

I love the fact that this is the only healthy café in Fort Lauderdale that actually opens up early! The staff is very warm and welcoming. The environment is clean and inviting. The manager Ines provides very attentive service to each guest. Every meal taste like it was made by a soulful mother. The service is on point and very accommodating to each guests unique preferences. Quietly located in a cozy spot right off of 17th St. Whether you’re just visiting or you’re a Floridian local this place should definitely be checked out, the food and vibes are amazing!

My husband and I are regular customers and our experience is always excellent. The staff and owner are all amazing and the food is really good. Guac Toast, with Griddle potatoes and a side of garlicky patties with a cold brew coffee that will do it!

Ok i review my experience 😊 after writing:What a disappointment! I used to have breakfast 3 times a week in 2015 and my favourite was their signature eggs benedict. This morning I went there and they had to change my egg benedict order 3 times since it was not cooked properly! I insisted to have properly made egg benedict just because service was very nice and they really feel bad about my order. A place like this can not survive too long if their kitchen crew loose their passion and care to their job. Whatever come out of that kitchen to our table was made without care, love and respect! I hope they can fix it soon!! I decided to go there again. Service was very good, waitresses took care of me very well. This time I had lovely egg benedict:) ofcourse they remembered my previous egg benedict experience and they highlighted to the chefs. I am very happy to see this positive progress.

Dedicated gluten free restaurant - excellent health food options. Vegan options as well. Ordered the Western omelette that came with a buttermilk waffle - absolutely delicious!

Great service and even better food! I really liked their plant-based soups and veganized options. Cozy environment and a great place to meet with one or two close friends for an extended sit down while you experience attentive service. The dish I had was satisfying and filling without feeling like I overate. Lots of flavor. You won't miss meat or dairy. They do a great job as crafting their menu!

Fast friendly service!!! Great fresh food will shock your taste buds. Hear the sound of the juicer‘s humming along as soon as you walk in. That’s when you know you are in a real juice and smoothie bar. I definitely be coming back as soon as I can for more fresh juice.

Big Belgian Waffle Large buttermilk waffle with bananas, and Canadian maple syrup was very dense. I couldnt finish it all because it was so filling. It also lacked some flavor. It was very plain. The ice green tea is very good. Make sure you check togo orders that they give you everything you ordered.

Searching for a gluten free restaurant, we came across Fresh First and decided to give it a try. My wife, son, and myself found our way there and ordered some breakfast and lunch items... just after, my wife spotted the Eggs Benedict as they were delivered to a nearby table. We ordered that item also! Our server was one of the owners and he was great! Our food was outstanding... extremely delicious... my wife is a great cook and she was absolutely thrilled with the food. We also met the other owner... she was wonderful and great to talk with while we were there. As we sat next to the kitchen, we applauded our Chef for the fabulous preparation of our dishes... We recommend this restaurant 100% and look forward to being back in the neighborhood to enjoy once again.

I cannot rave enough. The food was amazing! The Belgian waffle bread was a glorious soft savoy amazing mouth experience! I found this place through googling healthy breakfast to treat myself to a nice breakfast after competing in a bodybuilding show. I not only got delicious food, it wasn’t crazy high in fat, calories or making my whole body angry from adding gluten or dairy back in suddenly. This place would be perfect for my whole extended family who has a multitude of dietary intolerance, allergies, and wishes. I hope Tampa gets one!

Delicious! From Scratch! Fresh! The whole menu and kitchen is Gluten-free! Waffles, Juices, Smoothies, Eggs Benedict. Just wow! I would say they seemed understaffed,(like everywhere) maybe. MAYBE we came the same time as the breakfast rush. We waited a little bit to order drinks, then food. But the staff was excellent! On Top of it all. Rushing around getting stuff cleaned and cooked/ juiced out and done. So I only mention you might have to wait but.... WORTH IT. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Thank You All for the awesome delicious GF breakfast experience!

I come here almost every weekend and try a new item on the menu on each visit. There's plenty of things to choose from, and I have yet to get something I don't like. The juices are on point, the breakfast items are great, and they do their best to cater to any dietary restrictions. The staff is friendly and check up on you pretty often, which makes you feel like more than just a tab. Dalya and Byron are a pleasure to chat with! I highly recommend giving them a shot! Try the Eggs Beni or Chicken & Waffle!

Didn't love the breakfast. The gluten free waffle was not bad actually but the omelet was not very good (not a good idea to fry the avocado with the eggs, but maybe it's my fault for ordering it). The potatoes griddle was not crispy enough.

We have been having breakfast and lunching at Fresh First for the past week while in South Florida. Amazing place, food and service outstanding. If you want to eat healthy, this is the place believe me. And we have been a couple of places around the world. Enjoy.

We were happy to watch our friend with Celiac disease enjoy her first waffle in DECADES. Even though I have no dietary restrictions I would eat here again as it is very close to the cruise port. The French press coffee was excellent. The potato side dish was very flavorful and paired nicely with the Western omelet. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

BEST GLUTEN FREE!! Dedicated gluten-free facility! The service was amazing! The restaurant was super clean! The location was convenient! The food was absolutely delicious! It came out hot and fast! Highly highly recommend! I got a Western omelette with a small Belgian waffle and the apple slices, my mom got the banana pecan waffle, and we share the delicious hot French press coffee! Would highly highly recommend if you are gluten dairy free and in the Fort Lauderdale area!

If you are looking for exceptional service and great food, look no further. Fresh first and its staff constantly exceed expectations! David our server was super awesome and attentive. He greeted us gave us time to peruse the menu and gave us suggestions. He even brought us out a complimentary ginger shot! The food was great as always and came out quickly from the kitchen. We love this spot for a great healthy breakfast and the juices are fresh and great.

The menu is fantastic. Food is delicious and though fully prepared. But watch staff with regards to wearing dirty gloves at the checkout and handling food without changing to a clean set of gloves. This is problematic under Covid 19 pandemic circumstances.

My favorite place around town. We are locals here. The food is so fresh and yummy. The staff is so kind. They are also dog friendly which makes this a great spot to stop in with your pet. They have watched our pup grow up. Kai loves his visits to Fresh First just as much as we do!

Everything on the menu was gluten, nut & GMO free! It was great to be able to order anything of the menu and but have to ask what was in it! I had the American Breakfast, two eggs, four turkey bacon, a waffle and sweet potato. It came with real butter& maple syrup! I also had a ginger & turmeric shot. Everything was excellent!

Despite the pandemic: there were tables to used during our visit. †he waiter acknowledged us, as customers who had visited before. Every things on the menu, that I had tried before has been wonderful. I hope the restaurant keeps on going into the future. Thanks for the outlet.

Since owner wrote a message with a very good point, I'm editing this review but not rate. 3* is not a poor rating, it is what it is, average, between 1 and 5. That being said, we live in a society where, either everything is 5* or is bad and I don't agree. 3* is for average, what you expected. 4* is for somewhat better, a good above average experience. 5* is for excellence in all aspects of the business' nature. For me to provide more stars and not feel like I'm lying would imply that a few actions were corrected: - Food was waiting on the kitchen counter to be served for more than 5 minutes while the business wasn't busy. Waiter was not on the salon but other colleagues didn't collaborate with him while he was away serving his table's food. - You are forced to buy straws to drink from glasses otherwise you have to drink directly from them. Whereas I'm not oversensitive with hyper hygiene, the glasses were not transparent clean. - Waiters in general were manipulating food, cleaning tables, serving or preparing drinks and handling chairs and tableware without gloves or washing their hands after performing a task of a different nature, meaning, don't touch food or drinks after you have put chairs back on the table and wiped it down. - Restrooms were not in good conditions nor clean. I'll more than happy pass by the place again, I always give second and third chances for improvement.

Delicious, fresh-pressed coffee started our meal.(Enough for 2 people.) Service was great, but it DID take a long time for food to arrive. The wait was well worth it! Portions were large!. Omelets were filled with flavor and the tuna melt was made with fresh - not canned - tuna. The waffle bread was quite interesting - albeit very tasty.

Went for breakfast. Was happy to see they offer an array of vegan options. The food was good and the severs friendly. I was contemplating between 3-4 stars. The first is because the pancakes that I ordered had this awkward crunch every now and again. I found (bit into) what appeared to be a tiny piece of wood or possibly bone equipment to a fish bone but not a fish bone. Second thing was I ordered a side of garlicky sausage (per recommendation). I am glad the sever caught that it was real sausage prior to bringing it to me so it did come almost when I was done with my meal. French press coffee was good. I watched how they make juices and they look good. I think their greens could be used with a masticating juicer for better extraction but I will try a juice if I come back. I like their positivity and how they strive to promote healthy food. However, my experience wasn't terrible just turned off a bit by the experience. I would still say to check it out the concept is great and I think things will only get better. Seemed like everyone there was enjoying themselves.

Was looking for a good vegan spot for my girlfriend and I and we chose Fresh First to try out. Didn’t disappoint! Great food! (Lots of options) Great atmosphere! Great employees! Thankful to have found them.

We loved the food, the service was also great. It's a little pricey but the quality of the ingredients, the fact that their maple syrup is real, ingredients are fresh, is worth the price. They gave about 2 parking spots in the garage before the gates, but they also validate your parking ticket if you park in the hotel parking garage.

Food is always fresh, and delicious. Service is friendly, helpful, quick and overall awesome! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and fresh first is the place I choose to eat out at the most. I sooo appreciate that they make their food from scratch and use high quality ingredients. I love this place!!

Food is always fresh and most importantly CONSISTENT. You always know what to expect. It’s not hit or miss at all. The waffles, tofu scrambled, coffee, and especially smoothies are delish. It gets busy on weekends so get there early (well at least it did pre covid, I haven’t been back in a while).

I love this place! I always get the keywest tofu with vegan waffles, 100% maple syrup, and the potatoes. Today I am trying out their salad. Lots of vegan options, fresh food, clean place, and amazing staff. Super friendly staff! A hidden gem.

My favorite place to grab breakfast and coffee when visiting. I was so glad they have remained open. I had delivery on this visit and everything was just a delicious as if it was in the restaurant. The entrees were still hot and the coffee delicious. I highly recommended this restaurant.

I'd like to start off by saying this is my first time in this area of Florida, and as a celiac, this place was such an amazing surprise. All gluten-free and even with vegan options, which I did not get, but they looked quite good, too! The atmosphere fosters a sense of community - a complete stranger who was dining in greeted and welcomed me, and we had a short chit-chat about being thankful for the delicious gluten-free food here. I got the eggs Benedict and the Belgian waffles they served were warm and fluffy, and the eggs were perfectly poached and jammy. For the side, I chose to have the sweet potato, which was soft and a bit sweet, which melted in my mouth. Even the orange juice I ordered tasted super fresh, with a bit of pulp and was not too sugary. Please do come here, I honestly would move to Florida just to be able to access this place every day. The service was also wonderful. The man serving me even spoke Spanish, so he was able to speak to my grandmother, which we all appreciated :) Please stay open forever. I will definitely visit again!
