    Not sure why this store has such bad reviews. I've been a customer of this location for at least 10 years. Obviously if this place was bad I wouldn't of stayed. We have spent a lot of money here throughout different occasions. Yesterday my fiance decided it was time to upgrade my engagement ring and get a new wedding band. Like usual we dealt with the store manager Andres. He is a wonderful person. Very caring. Because of the relationship we've built through the years, I always stop by to say hi when I'm at the mall. I have never had issues with his employees. Since they are use to seeing me, they have always been cordial. I like the set up of their newer location. That is definitely an improvement. Go in for yourself and youllysee this is a great place with great people to deal with.

    Roger & his amazing manager went above & beyond for us. My husband & I got exactly what we wanted and they had the most patience and most encouraging attitude I’ve seen in sales in a long time. We went back & forth with my requests & not once was he annoyed or said no to me. It was a wonderful experience. We are more than thrilled. Thank you!

    Ben at Pembroke Lakes mall is amazing! He was very patient, knowledgeable with all the product in the store. He took his time made sure our all needs and questions was answered. Not to mention how nice he was. He didnt rush us and he took his time with us. He even added me to the wish list of future product based on my selected style. He will definitely be my go to jeweler from now on! Thanks Ben you Rock!

    I had the best experience at this store. I wanted to get an engagement and didn't know where to start. Roger was able to walk ne through the process and help me pick the perfect ring. I look forward 5o using this location for future purchases.

    My husband and I always come here to see Roger. We have been his customers for years now and he is always so amazing. He’s not there just to make a sale. He genuinely cares about his customers and seeing them happy. He always goes out of his way to help us out and give us the best possible outcome. The store manager is also super kind and when he is not there she steps in and helps us out. They are amazing.

    I went to Kay's to purchase a wedding ring. The consultant, Wilberto, was very helpful. He was patient, didn't rush me and was very helpful in letting me know about the different stones, rings and of course prices. He even reminded me of the 6 mth service, which was due, for my ring. Great personality. Thank you for making this time memorable and stress free.

    Keisha was amazing!!! My husband and I went there today to get a wedding anniversary band and she showed us different bands until we found the one I liked best, she also listened to the every suggestion and was incredible.     Roger is the most genuine and helpful sales associate I have ever met. He goes above and beyond and exceeded all the expectations I could have had for help in purchasing my engagement ring. He even called me to follow up and see if I’d be interested in a promotion for a ring I was Interested in. Truly a wonderful personality and a pleasure doing business with him and Kay Jewelers.     WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Two people working the day I came here! And no one of them was willing to help me. They did not even acknowledge that I was there, I felt completely ignored. The black skinny woman and the chubby Spanish guy , these two gotta go!!!! They are lazy, not helpful and completely unprofessional. Shame on you Kay jewelers. I will make sure my friends and family won’t buy your products. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

    I was at Kay's today with my daughter and grandaughter. Ben took such good care of us and was so informative and helpful and patient. What a wonderful experience. Ben is truly a asset to the company. Such a wonderful experience thanks to Ben. Also Marla helped my daughter too and was so sweet. I feel like I made a new friend today with Ben. He is a true professional. I hope he goes into management if not already. It was the best experience in any business that I have seen to date. He is my new jeweler. You ROCK BEN! There was another gentleman there too and he seemed very nice helping others. Great people.

    Bad experience. I buy a wedding ring 4 weeks ago and the lady in the store send the ring to do adjustment and also engravement. After 4 weeks Waiting for the ring I received a call from them notifying me that the ring can not be adjust ( they charge me for that previously, also the lady should know that since the first time) and they need to order through their system a new one ( don’t know what that means). Anyways, I was very patient and took my time to try to solve the problem. Went to the store again for 5 time and change the model of the ring unfortunately for me because the one that I choose first can not be resize and they have to order another one and it will take 3 months to be ready. Really!!! After long time waiting for them to solve the problem, they want to charge me more money for the engravement and adjustment( which is a lie because the first one they can not resize it, so they are charging us for nothing ) and I ask for a refund. They change the faces and tell me that I do not need to pay for the engravement ( looking me as a favor) BTW, I pay extra 16 dolors for the new one and they ask me for more. It is a lot to tell but the main idea is do not buy engagement ring or wedding one with this jewelry, costumer service is not good and they are not clear with costumers.

    It's a good Jewelry store! Naturally it being in a mall meant it's a little condensed but in such a way it's easy to walk through. Customer service is a LITTLE inattentive but not bad! Inventory is nice to look at even of they didn't have anything I like. Good Jewelry store if you ask me, has a little bit of everything for everyone.

    DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. Would not leave my partner and I alone about getting their credit card even though we told them VERBATIM that we did not want it. It came to a point where they almost wouldnt let us purchase the ring unless we got their card. We finally purchased it and got a protection plan. They replace any stones if they fall out for free. 25 minute wait to be helped and pick up my ring, just for them to have put a BLACK stone where a white stone goes. So, I sent it back once again. I've come back 2 weeks later to pick up my "fixed ring" and the black stone is STILL THERE!!! I've wasted so much time and energy with this failure of a company. So unprofessional. Do not give them your money.

    My husband and I purchased new bands for our 20th anniversary. A diamond fell out of my band less than a day from getting the band. Now about a month and a half later my husband’s band cracked. Please don’t get any significant jewelry at Kay. The quality is horrible.

    Marla was awesome. She got us in and out. She was very professional in how she took care of us. She cleaned my ring and inspected it answered questions that we had. My preferred location.

    Asked for a battery replacement on my watch and waited 15min just to get told they couldn't open it. As they were trying to open the back plate they were taking phone calls and left my watch disassembled on the counter, then as they were on the phone they were tapping the watch very hard on the back to try to get it open. and when given back to me the metal plate on the back was dented and sharp enough to draw blood from my wrist while I wear it. I brought the damage to their attention and they only polished it enough to get rid of the dents which were basically still there after the "fix" and he told me to take it to a third party store to get the battery replaced instead of them replacing the battery of the watch they sold to me. Very poor service and lack of attention to the customer. But BOY were they quick to service a couple looking for a wedding ring...
