Bad
experience.
I
buy
a
wedding
ring

weeks
ago
and
the
lady
in
the
store
send
the
ring
to
do
adjustment
and
also
engravement.
After
4
weeks
Waiting
for
the
ring
I
received
a
call
from
them
notifying
me
that
the
ring
can
not
be
adjust
(
they
charge
me
for
that
previously,
also
the
lady
should
know
that
since
the
first
time)
and
they
need
to
order
through
their
system
a
new
one
(
don’t
know
what
that
means).
Anyways,
I
was
very
patient
and
took
my
time
to
try
to
solve
the
problem.
Went
to
the
store
again
for
5
time
and
change
the
model
of
the
ring
unfortunately
for
me
because
the
one
that
I
choose
first
can
not
be
resize
and
they
have
to
order
another
one
and
it
will
take
3
months
to
be
ready.
Really!!!
After
long
time
waiting
for
them
to
solve
the
problem,
they
want
to
charge
me
more
money
for
the
engravement
and
adjustment(
which
is
a
lie
because
the
first
one
they
can
not
resize
it,
so
they
are
charging
us
for
nothing
)
and
I
ask
for
a
refund.
They
change
the
faces
and
tell
me
that
I
do
not
need
to
pay
for
the
engravement
(
looking
me
as
a
favor)
BTW,
I
pay
extra
16
dolors
for
the
new
one
and
they
ask
me
for
more.
It
is
a
lot
to
tell
but
the
main
idea
is
do
not
buy
engagement
ring
or
wedding
one
with
this
jewelry,
costumer
service
is
not
good
and
they
are
not
clear
with
costumers.
