Patient
on
the
follow
up
every
4
weeks
routine
since
around
1/2019.
I
scheduled
lumbar
injections
for
9/1/23,
the
office
follow
up
was
scheduled
9/27/23
and
a
thoracic
injection
scheduled
for
9/29/23.
When
I
scheduled
those
injections,
the
front
desk
was
fully
aware
I
was
also
scheduled
for
plastic
surgery
10/3/23
and
I
was
assured
there
would
be
no
issue
if
the
plastic
surgeon
didn't
have
an
issue.
The
plastic
surgeon
saw
no
issue.
We
did
the
9/1
lumbar
injections
and
it
was
the
first
time
I
was
left
worse
than
before
with
a
new
issue
(pain
while
lifting
my
leg,
unable
to
exercise)
and
I
waited
15
days
after
the
injection
(it's
normal
to
still
have
pain
up
to
10
days
after)
before
calling
the
office
for
help.
I
asked
to
move
up
my
follow
up
appointment,
not
possible.
I
asked
if
she
could
just
let
the
PA
know
or
see
if
it's
possible
to
get
an
auth
to
do
another
lumbar
instead
of
doing
the
9/27
thoracic
injection.
Nope,
nope,
just
not
possible,
I'll
need
to
just
wait
until
my
appointment
to
talk
to
someone.
I
called
for
several
days
in
a
row
to
check
for
cancellations,
nope,
nope,
just
not
possible.
I
went
to
my
follow
up
yesterday,
no
foreseeable
issues.
We
talked
about
my
upcoming
cosmetic
surgery,
I
was
told
she
was
putting
the
auth
in
and
although
she
couldn't
promise
we
could
get
a
stat,
we
would
try
and
she
would
call
me
back.
No
call
back.
I
called
this
morning
to
follow
up
and
was
told
Dr.
Erickson
decided
she's
not
going
to
do
any
injection
tomorrow
since
I'm
having
cosmetic
surgery
next
week
but
I
might
be
able
to
schedule
an
injection
for
November.
I
strongly
believe
my
increased/new
pain
is
directly
related
to
the
lumbar
injection
done
9/1.
I
believe
the
front
desk
should
have
consulted
with
someone
the
first
time
I
called
saying
hey
I'm
32
and
can't
lift
my
leg
without
pain
after
the
procedure
this
office
did.
I
believe
the
front
desk
should
have
asked
and
been
100%
about
scheduling
the
9/29
injection
when
I
insisted
they
make
sure
it
wasn't
going
to
be
a
problem
a
month
before,
this
conversation
should
not
have
happened
less
than
24
hours
before.
I
don't
appreciate
being
a
patient
for
a
good
amount
of
time
and
being
physically
left
worse
off
and
brushed
off.
I
need
to
wait
months
to
get
help
for
a
new
pain
issue
that
came
from
a
procedure
this
doctor
did??
