Edit of Review from March 2022: Like it never missed a step this Walmart has a few items you don't see at other Walmarts in Central and Northwest Broward. I'm adding a photo of that. Check your orders thoroughly!! This box had a few busted cans and box full of maggots. The box was completely sealed so I had no reason to open it or think something was wrong but I finally found the stench that was driving me crazy and I am utterly disgusted

Went here to buy an item, I asked the sales associate if she know where I can find the item that I wanted to buy and her response was” I don’t know “. She didn’t even try to help or at least look on the system what aisle I can find the item. Poor customer service, Walmart shouldn’t hire an employee who doesn’t know her job responsibilities.

This Place is not bad. Friendly & mindful Night staff. I wish they continued their 24hours operation. New hours close by 10pm.

Employees are rude and unhelpful every visit. The front end worker Galia was awful. She has a terrible attitude and was extremely unhelpful.

So VERY sick of WalMart!! Tired of placing an order online... It confirms that the items are ready to pick up... And then you go to the store and you're told as you're sitting in the parking lot that the items aren't available. Shop anywhere other than Walmart if you can. Certainly food is cheaper at Aldi! Walmart is NO bargain.

Utilized the pick up service. After waiting 30 minutes and calling the number, no one answered, I left. I returned an hour later, they answered but was never able to bring my small order to my car. I watched 8 cars arrive and receive their orders. Finally, one of the workers told me to go to customer service to get my order. Why did I order for pick up? Unacceptable customer service. Will never use this service again and will never shop Walmart again.

I am in this, Walmart at least four times a week, I always see Ms Pauline, but up until today I have never interacted with her but on this particular day I asked her for something and instead of pointing me in the direction, she went above and behind and walked me all the way to the item I needed and even helped me with something else I needed. To me that goes along way. That was great customer service. Walmart needs more people like her. Thank you Ms Pauline

Went to get eggs so I might be able to have breakfast in the morning and was in and out but really fell there is no care for customers as it is self checkout only I am not a fan of and feel that it is all too mechanical with no attention or care for the people who shop there.

Had a very negative experience with the night store manager Paulina. This lady is extremely rude with employees and store guests. Does not express an ounce of customer service. We had found two items marked down exactly the same. When we wrang the items up at the self checkout, items where not ringing at sale price and Paulina would not honor the sticker price. This has happened twice with this managers to weekends in a row where she would not remove the items from floor nor would she honor the sale sticker price. This women is also mean to her employees, I've caught this women snatching go backs from employees hands and yelling at them and she is really short when guests have an issue at the self check out and has a nasty demeanor. Ma'am if you do not like working with the public then please choose another profession. You have no right being rude to guests but most importantly to your own employees. Walmart should not tolerate this type of management. As for the two young ladies that tried to assist us Thank you and please know that I appreciate your hard work and I'm so sorry you have to work under such a discouraging individual.

Usual store experience at Walmart. Loads of products. Good quality produce at excellent prices. Can be a little congested at times. Staff culture is not the most welcoming. We use the store regularly because it's good value for money.

The curbside serves was pleasant. The issue I had they did not have 3 of my items I requested. And the onion bag was not good. But the gentleman’s that bring your stuff were very nice.

Good place but busy. They need more employees and motivated ones. Perhaps automate things if hiring is such a difficult ordeal. Cost benefit analysis is important and with that said, spend in your clients and keeping turnover at a reasonable level. The location is excellent and the possibilities are there.

Expierence was good, fully stocked in every dept., Clean and employees were nice. Prices and checking out HORRIBLE expierence. Long lines, old software register always jamming and Slow scanning. You would think that walmart should Have the Best and fastest POINT OF SALE.

They have ten thousand people watching and following you around the store, which makes you very uncomfortable to shop. And it's always got inside, line their air conditioner doesn't work.

I thought I would try this Walmart out. Employees were courteous and friendly. I felt the store items were cramped together in the store. I found very few items for my great grandson, very FEW ITEMS for boys 3t-4t🙁

This is a good store ran in a normal way, it sees a lot of customers. This Walmart could see more staff because I find myself roaming around looking for someone to help. I'm in a wheelchair so it is not easy to find things sometimes without help. And this place is not as organized as some of the other stores, but it doesn't have any major problems. Nothing stands out in a matter of greatness compared to others. Thank you...

It’s 8:35am on Thanksgiving Day and the store is locked with a few people waiting outside wondering if and when it will open. Website says it’s open at 6am but Thanksgiving hours may change. There is not even a sign in the window mentioning the holiday hours, or whether it will open at all. Nothing! Does anyone there have any common sense or understanding of how to treat customers? What a disgrace!

It got everything you need. From clothes to food. And prices are reasonable. But can get a bit crowded at times. Staff is generally friendly and attentive.

the worker named Trail is the worst worker the store has, bad customer service, I asked her to change the price of an item that the store had in the wrong place and she refused to make the change in a rude way, I didn't I fight for a couple of dollars but it is the fault of the store to put the prices in the wrong place, not the customer's, he told me that I had to see the price of the item if it agreed, I gave a star to be able to put the review, but he said I would put a -10 to Trail

Service was fast. The attendant was pleasant. Did not check my food before leaving, they forgot to put one of the food that I ordered. I need to do my due diligence and check my food before leaving the restaurant. Things happen and she forgot to add the food. If I would have checked, she would have been kind enough to give me the food. The restaurant was too far to go back to get the missing food. The food was good. Just wanted to try something different.

I have never left a comment on any Walmart stores because I liken going to Walmart as a visit to the center core of hell on a good day but today I had a wonderful experience. I was walking around the produce section and an associate named, Shielo greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me find whatever I was looking for. Understand me when I tell you that this has NEVER happened to me at any Walmart. He was pleasant and helpful and even looked on his phone for a recipe when I debated about the best apples for an apple crisp. This man epitomizes great customer service. Give him a raise, promote him and let him do trainings. Happy New Year, sir!

Easy to locate and was able to knock off 95% of my list in one location quickly. Only issue was a few items missing from shelves but it's happening everywhere at the moment.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to a different Walmart if you’re utilizing their curbside pickup. Order was ready at 6:45 and still waiting at 7:30 for someone to bring the items to my car. This service at this location is completely useless. Did pickup at Cooper City Walmart and I had my items within 5 minutes of arrival.

Absolutely had the rudest cashier walmart employs today at this store. Lane #6 at 11:50 am....she was deliberately putting cleaning supplies with meat and made it known she would be scanning at the slowest rate possible. Mid 20-30s young lady, how horrible to continue letting a cashier treat your customers in this manner. Tried to get a manager, yah right!

Be sure to check your expiration dates. Ordered Silk oatmilk 3 times and it’s was same expired date 8/24/22 also ordered peppercorn bacon and it was expired also. And they don’t answer the phone…

We've been using this store for our online orders. The pick up area is always clean and the crew is very efficient. Certain days things don't go as smooth but I understand they don't have robots working.

Aisles too narrow for carts.the younger cashiers are bored and seem resentful. Also refund lines could have more staff. Good prices always. Some clothing good but sizes seem to all. Be in the extra large sizes. Keep up the competitive prices on all items. It keeps me coming to back.

Store pick-up is best in the early morning hours. Afternoon forays into the pick-up are extremely problematic and usually handled by rude associates who are more interested in socializing and screwing around. If I can't go in the AM I will wait till the next morning. I usually wait 10 - 15 minutes.

I visited Walmart yesterday to obtain my second booster shot Moderna, after receiving the shot, I headed towards the milk reach ins, believe it or not, they had absolutely no milk displayed, all milk was still in the milk crates behind the shelving, the wife and I asked for milk with several Walmart associates and nobody knew anything, or even wanted to help us ,totally shocked. customer service is terrible, I proceeded to the entertainment center to select a new IPhone case, the department was totally empty, I waited at the counter for some customer service, three associates were at the counter, I literally stood their for five minutes before one of them responded to my presence. I asked the associate to direct me to the IPhone cases, keep in mind not one customer in sight of that department, he just pointed his finger in the direction of the cases. the two associates, Joshual and Devine, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, this is totally not acceptable in my book., I proceeded to the front exit and stopped to asked another associate if she had some information for corporate information, guess what, she didn't even know that their was a corporate, she stated her comments with a very nasty disposition, unbelievable. I will never ever shop at Walmart, I am a senior and I really don't need to be subjected to this type of unprofessional attitudes. People just don't care anymore, it seems they are their just for the pay check and that's it. I really did not want to give one star, but you have to select at least one to post., this location deserves zero stars.

Just doesn't feel as it used to prices are not they use to be, lot's of items a just the same as other grocery stores hot meals cost more a it not 3 items as before now it's 2 items only price is up. Might as well show now day's there are definitely no bargains anymore.

Wasn't your usual day at curbside pickup. I, within 10 Mins am parked and gone. But that wasn't the case. Either, I came at a popular time or they were short staff.

I visited Walmart at Pines Blvd, me and my nice need to use the bathroom, was so nice and clean that we were so impressed and happy to see how this gentleman Mr. Randy care about the maintenance of the bathrooms. Typical Walmart experience and goods. Good selection of fruits and vegetables. Store kept relatively clean however isles often crowded preventing shoppers from passing side by side with carts. Staff relatively helpful however their knowledge of products and their system 5/10. No Apple pay, no Samsung pay and registers not setup for tap to pay which is very inconvenient and disappointing considering they are a large retail provider.
