I
do
not
usually
feel
the
need
to
leave
not
so
happy
reviews,
unless
ultimately
necessary.
However,
I
am
very
frustrated
as
I
took
my
GoldenDoodle
to
be
groomed
on
Thursday
July
27th,
at
8:30
am.
I
understood
that
my
puppy
was
going
to
need
to
be
shaved
all
the
way
down.
No
worries
there.
However,
when
I
went
to
pick
him
up,
and
we
finally
made
it
home,
I
noticed
that
both
of
my
puppy’s
ears
were
bleeding.
I
was
very
frustrated
as
my
almost
1
year
old
pup
was
uncomfortable.
I
understand
that
things
happen,
however,
I
was
never
informed
when
I
initially
picked
him
up.
Which,
of
course
would
cause
great
frustration
upon
a
dog
owner.
We
called
and
they
asked
for
me
to
bring
him
back,
I
did.
The
Vet
Techs
were
very
helpful
with
the
situation,
and
assisted
me
the
best
they
could.
Yes,
they
did
refund
me,
however,
in
no
way
shape
or
form
is
it
about
the
money.
It’s
about
my
pups
well
being.
For
that
fact,
any
dogs
well
being.
It
is
now
Sunday
July
30th,
and
my
pup
is
still
in
great
discomfort,
which
now
I
will
have
to
take
him
to
see
another
specialist
to
see
actually
how
serious
the
cuts
are,
as
he
is
still
bleeding
and
the
blood
patches
are
much
larger
than
just
“tiny
knicks”.
