soon
as
I
came
in!!!!
I
loved
the
atmosphere
of
this
location,
from
the
smell
to
the
aesthetics,
the
location
is
really
nice!
A
mutual
friend
invited
me
to
a
class
instructed
by
Kathie!
It
was
my
first
time
taking
a
Yoga
HIIT
class
(at
6am!)
which
already
was
a
challenge
for
a
night
owl
like
me.
Nonetheless,
Yoga
HIIT
was
definitely
worth
IT!
Kathie's
energy
is
phenomenal,
she
moves
all
throughout
the
the
class,
watching
&
guiding
you
through
a
series
of
combinations
to
give
a
full
body
workout.
I
love
that
the
class
is
equipped
with
a
multitude
of
weights
and
bands
to
intensify
your
workout.
The
music
was
great
and
kept
up
the
high-energy!
Kathie
is
super
knowledgeable
and
did
a
great
job
of
balancing
those
who
needed
modifications
to
those
who
want
to
push
it
to
the
next
level!
I
typically
participate
in
flow
or
restorative
yoga
so
this
level
of
hype
was
not
expected
but
I
loved
it
and
so
did
every
muscle
in
my
body!
If
you
are
looking
for
a
full
body
workout
to
add
to
your
existing
routine
or
looking
for
something
different
to
get
you
over
a
fitness
plateau,
I
highly
recommend
this
class!
Be
sure
to
check
out
Kathie
whose
energy
is
nothing
less
than
amazing!
Tip:
Do
not
let
the
heated
room
scare
you,
stay
hydrated
and
pace
yourself,
you
will
be
FINE!
