Great little venue for concerts. You feel like your part of the show. Awesome staff all around.

The Shine down, Pop evil and Ayron Jones concert was well worth the travel from Kelowna to Penticton! The whole event had fabulous staffing. For directions, where to find concession stands, even ear plugs! Lots of restrooms an amenities located all around the arena. Staff very friendly and patient in providing all aide. The layout for memorable merchandise was even placed in a terrific spot. All around possitive event!

We saw the Blue Man Group and they were amazing! The staff are friendly and the security are helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. It's big so be prepared to do a alot of walking before and after shows.

Great venue. Seating is good, could give a bit more room (not quite a sardine can but close, lol). Staff is very helpful. They put on fantastic events. Sometimes the sound techs get it wrong but what can one do about that 🤷‍♀️ Bring ear plugs just in case and remember to give feedback about sound quality

We went to the Barenaked Ladies Christmas concert on Dec 2. It was a great venue but what was really great was the customer service after I accidentally lost my wallet. To the lovely lady who found it and turned it into the office thank you. And to the amazing box office manager Matthew Quick who looked me up in their system and phoned me, and sent my wallet via fed ex to my home saving me a four hour trip there and back! Amazing friendly service, and I appreciated it so much. Thanks again Matthew. Looking forward to more activities at the SOEC!

THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL THINGS EXCITING!! This is a very large venue (seating for 5K) for everything from regional hockey games to home shows to major concerts. The Box Office for event tickets is located directly inside to the right of the entrance, and may I add the ticket Sales Reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. A very clean building, handicapped accessibility for washrooms, elevator available to take you to each floor, refreshments available during events and many helpful assistants. I have never been disappointed with any event I've attended and I've been impressed with the calibre of talent they bring to the city for our enjoyment. Of late we've been entertained by Celtic Thunder, Bryan Adams, Alice Cooper, Slayer, Foreigner, Bret Kissell, Dallas Smith, John Fogerty, Brothers Osborne, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, to name a few--in the past, Carrie Underwood, Rhianna, Brooks and Dunn, ZZ Top, Jerry Seinfeld, BB King, so this is one of Penticton's grand pluses! Lots of parking too, but expect to pay a $10 fee on show nights.

I was here for a hockey game of the Penticton Vees. First good thing is that everyone under the age of 18 can get in for free. Also you can get all kinds of food and snacks inside, but its pretty expensive.
