I had a great experience at the clinic this week. The doctor called me back within an hour and asked me to come in right away. I only waited five minutes before he saw me and I was so impressed with the system and the patient care. Thank you!

My experience at the Apple Plaza Medical Clinic was nothing short of exceptional. It took a few times to get through on the phone but once I did connect the process was easy and handled in an utmost professional manner. The office assistant took my information and I was advised that a doctor would call me later that same day. I received the Doctor's call as scheduled and had a pleasant conversation with the Doctor. An appointment was scheduled for the following day. The procedure to enter the building was outlined by the Doctor during our phone conversation and everything went as scheduled on the day of my appointment. Kudos to Dr. Ingram who was kind, caring and professional and hats off to the office staff for making my experience a very positive one. If I'm ever in need of medical care in the future I'll be contacting the Apple Plaza Walk-in Clinic.

Tough to accurately rate because this clinic does some things very well and others very poorly. The phone in appointment worked well for me and they got me in within a day. The doctor was very friendly and caring. The office is poorly managed and has a very odd "cash only, cash upfront" policy.

Apple plaza walk-in has consistently gone above and beyond for our family. Dr.Burgoyne is a wonderful man. So kind, personable and approachable. He made our son feel comfortable and safe during our visit. Cindy, is always so helpful, organized and efficient. It is apparent, the office runs very smoothly and they seem like a great team. She is friendly and always willing to help. Thank you to you both for your help during this very busy time

Doctor was helpful, but just FYI the receptionist puts you on speaker phone so do not give personal details of your issue. Unless you want all to hear.

Well I must say that we are totally impressed with this Clinic. I called May 25, 2022 at 8:30 am, the lovely lady (sorry, I should have asked her name), was so friendly & took my message. Within under a hour Dr. Ingram returned my call. Dr. Ingram was very professional & friendly & asked thorough questions. A doctor called me back within the hour and prescribed antibiotics for Strep throat. I am very satisfied as I am very sick, the weather and roads are horrible and my car won't start due to cold weather. In two days I will longer be contagious just in time for Christmas.

Quick and easy I love these guys! If you've ever had to wait in a hospital waiting room for 12 hours to take care of something simple you will realize how good we have it here.
