Because of the size of the wedding party and the ladies didn’t want to make a fuss nothing was said however the job done on the nails was expensive and unacceptable. For the price the nails should have been immaculate and flawless, but they are uneven and sloppy plus colour selection was limited. Unprofessional, over priced, not worth it. Avoid this place

I treated myself to a birthday spa day and felt spoiled, pampered and like a VIP from the moment I walked through the door! I highly recommend Emily for massage, she is trained and knowledgeable and put extra effort at the location of my injury. Thank you Emily, Anastasia and Katy for my fabulous experience!

Wonderful experience! The spa was clean and the staff were very friendly. I felt pampered as soon as I walked in the door being given slippers! My relaxation massage with Chasity was perfect, good pressure, and had a very calming demeanor. Looking forward to future massages and trying different services!

Booked a gel manicure and essential facial for my birthday. Kayla was very professional and sweet. The setting was beautiful and very relaxing. No extractions were done during the facial which was disappointing (on the website it specifies no extractions for the express facial only, so I expected they were included in the other facials) and had I not asked about it on the way out they would have charged me for it. The gel manicure was already peeling significantly just 7-8 days later, and for the price I would have liked a bit more longevity. Overall probably would choose somewhere either more budget friendly or worth the $$.

Professional, clean, beautiful spa. From the front desk staff to my massage, it was a fabulous experience. The BEST massage I have ever had! You are missing out if you haven’t had one from Emily. I will be back!

I went for a wonderful relaxing massage but due to a miscommunication I got a deep tissue massage. After a phone call I was able to get my money back and I was offered a free relaxing massage. That's what I call service. Next time I'm back in Canada I'll definitely come back for a relax massage.

mixed experience here last week- nice location and friendly front desk staff. I was led to the waiting room and waited about 10 mins for my therapist. The massage was underwhelming with very little pressure... It was more of a lotion application. Further, the facial seemed to not use very effective product and also no extractions. Overall, not worth the money.

The ultimate spa experiences ! Polite staff who wasn’t you to be comfortable and relaxed. Have a pedi with a friend as you sip a glass of wine. No 10 minute pedicures here. Be careful when booking a Brazilian- give specific instructions or you might not be happy. Should have been refunded. No action was taken I won’t be going back.

I treated myself to the Essential Facial at Melt today. I have been lots before for this and other treatments, always have the best time. I am not sure if it was always included but the shoulder and neck massage was really appreciated! Thanks again!

Emily at Melt is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered (I’ve been getting massages for about 20 years and have lived in multiple provinces). She is incredibly intuitive, strong, and clearly has extensive training and knowledge in her field. Not only is she fantastic at the physical aspect of her job, she is also a kind, positive and warm person. Just being in the same vicinity as her is always a treat. My husband and I went for a couple’s massage - him with Emily Picard and myself with Kayla Auclair - and we were so impressed! The date began with lovely music, a hot face cloth, and a beer for him and wine for me. The massage rooms were connected so we could share the experience, and they were warm and very comfortable. My husband is a tough critic and when his deep tissue sports massage with Emily was finished, the first words out of his mouth to me were, “Man, that girl knows what she’s doing!” He LOVED it! And Kayla’s relaxation massage for me was the best I’ve ever experienced! We were encouraged to take our time when the massage was finished and even had another glass of wine in the lounge before wrapping up our date. Way to go, Ladies! It was fabulous! Thanks again!

Emily P was my masseuse for a 60min session and was amazing. Took the time to ask about my areas of discomfort and focused there while still providing attention elsewhere. Went for a relaxation but her strong hands really helped with shoulder pain in the days after my treatment. Thanks Emily!!

The staff was very friendly and the place comfortable. I went there for my first eyelash lift & tint. They were not able to lift them which was very disappointing 😔 they tried twice. I was only charged for the tinted. Disappointing for a first experience 😕

Loved having an incredibly relaxing experience getting a facial. SARA did awesome job. Very relaxing. A real pleasure to have had that experience by her would recommend to anyone that would love to have a facial done. And the price was right
