Fun place to eat! The kids especially loved their meals that came in pirate ships & with ice cream! The turkey, bacon, brie sandwich was filling and delicious!

Reese was the best server in the whole white ever in penticton he was kind and he was friendly and a good person to be around can’t wait to dine here again he made the experience way better.

Brought my elderly mom for dinner. Very happy with everything. Kevin greeted us at the door and was polite. I am used of some people treating us different because we have dark skin but he treated us equal. Then he served our teas and the cups were very clean. Once our food got to our table, the food looked absolutely delicious and once I started eating the food it was very clean as well.

Nice quiet place to get a reliable meal. Usually get meals in a timely manner, and staff is friendly. The burgers are always good.

Got to stop for lunch during a work trip and I had an opportunity to sit in during the rush. They were prompt in getting me placed at a table and offering me a beverage. All out of non-alcoholic beer that day, but I happily settled on a coke. I ordered the beef dip and the waitress managed to up-sell me on the add-on (wasn't hard, I love crispy onions, but I commend her for the effort.) At one point of miscommunication or another..... These things happen don't get discouraged; the onions and cheese were missed. When the meal arrived, we shared a laugh over her selling me a Ferrari and delivering a Honda. She took everything in stride and played along, excellent conflict resolution skills... Read to the end. The meal was enjoyable and hit the spot. When it came time for dessert, her partner (a new trainee on day 3) brought me a menu and I took a shot with the caramel brownie. Upon delivery the girls played a joke and showed up with a bowl of whipped cream for dessert (now thankfully, they didn't dip my nose in it, although I would've had a good laugh) but the waitress told me I got to lose out on two Ferraris today.... Her partner showed up shortly after with an excellent dessert to cap off my lunch. My only regret was I didn't speak to the manager directly about the efforts M and C went out of their way to make the experience personal and enjoyable. Well done.

The food is generally good, but most importantly very consistently good. Nothing's worse than a bad meal, and while there are some things on the menu that aren't award winners (looking at you zoo sticks, blech) for the most part you can't ever go wrong here. The service is always fantastic, friendly and fast.

Doesn't look like alot of food for the price, but made me full.

Another good White Spot location. Breakfast menu has shrunk a bit over the years: would have liked to have seen omelettes and French toast on the menu. The good old Sunny Start breakfast sandwich was delicious, as always, and the waffle was crisp and fruit fresh. They nicely accommodated the kids' requests for mac and cheese at 9:00AM. Staff wore masks and tables were spaced.

It's a good place to come for a hearty meal. Service in this location was very good and so was the food. It was served quickly and still hot. The place is spacious and clean. Food prices, as in many places, have gone up, but the legendary hamburger was still a good price and still tasted very good.

Food is good that's really the only reason I order take out from here but the service seems to be getting worse and worse especially with the attitude of some of the management and also with how they handle situations. Food is good. Service is not.

Took my staff here for a our holiday dinner. Everything was amazing. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Our waiter stayed on top of everything on his own and was able to navigate all our weird requests and ensured we got exactly what we wanted and we're able to enjoy the time there.

Normally not too worried about the service or the food quality at a well-known chain restaurant. Unfortunately our experience here proved that assumption wrong. The manager or shift leader the night we went was rude and had a horrible attitude. She basically tossed my baby sisters pirate pack across the table to her and spilled the sauce all over everything in her pack. Took forever to get our food and forever to get our servers attention to pay the bill. Sucks cause it’s the only white spot around and we normally enjoy the food and service at other locations.

Kara, at the front, was quite pleasant and the other staff seemed nice as well. We ordered takeout and didn’t have to wait very long for our four item order. Food was tasty as well. Our only complaint was that one item was very clearly marked with an allergy alert (to be made gluten free). Yet it contained contaminants - traces of croutons in the ceasar salad. We’d obviously preferred that they would have made a separate salad once the kitchen staff noticed. Later, the manager, handled our issue promptly.

Love the food, sooo good. Service was slow but not the servers fault. She was very overworked. It seems staff is hard to find in Penticton and is a common problem there.

update: April 2nd Had the cheese steak hush without the meat (more vegetable option) and the waffles for take out! delicious! Great place for an early breakfast (love to come at 7am on the weekend) very clean and friendly staff!

Pretty sad, it's a white spot so you should know what to expect. However I recently had a chicken burger from here and the "breast" was nothing more than a quarter of a chicken breast, seriously it was a piece of a chicken breast I dismantled my burger and ate it with one bite...... and the toppings but a fraction. I didn't know times were so tough that you can't afford to provide people with an actual full sized sandwich, especially at the price you pay here, not worth it for a bun and french fries.... Aside from that our server was kind.

Had the Mac and Cheese special for dinner. It was tasteless and boring. Disappointing as we usually enjoy eating here. Ordered a Nate's size drink and got a single. My husband wasn't impressed with his dinner either. I don't think we'll be back to this location

We visited it 3 years ago, and it was okay, but the recent experience was awesome, Manager greeted us, server was so nice and very helpful. Food was great. Good job and thanks to all staff 👍

Surprisingly good coffee. Great service, professional and friendly. Not a fan of the menu but this is one of the better locations for this chain restaurant. One of the better options for an affordable meal in town.

Haven't eaten at a Whitespot for 6 years. The food ( bacon, cheese, 6 oz hamburger) was as delicious as ever. The Cesare salad was great. Service was friendly but not over the top. Everyone's food looked. Definitely going back.

Yummy breakfast. In past, we have enjoyed deep fried pickles, amazing salads and the best burgers! Staff were run off their feet but remained cheerful 😊

The hostess was very nice and knew the specials. Shawna was our waitress. She was very attentive and a great waitress. I will ask for her next time we go to your location. Great service and great atmosphere.

Took my son on a mother son date night after I got off my 12 hour shift as this is my son’s favourite place to eat. Go to pay for our 2 meals and was charged twice. When I noticed the next day I called the manager and he was going to look into it and get back to me the next day and I haven’t heard from anyone. Not very impressed with the customer service that white spot provides. Let’s just say my son will have to pick another restaurant.

My husband ordered a bottled Heineken and a quarter of the bottle of beer was missing. Our server replaced it. He ordered fish and chips and said it was good. My legendary burger was a bit overcooked. The service was very good when we arrived and then we did not see our server again until we asked for the bill.

My wife and I were at Penticton for vacation and everyday we had dinner at this wonderful location. Great staff and high quality food and pleasant environment. I enjoyed the meals, even paper of the fish & chips was delicious. 😄
