Skaha is a great place. The park is fine and fun and also full of activities. This year the famous ribsfest happened there with no problem whatsoever. It is quiet and you have everything you need. Basketball 🏀 areas are well maintained and parking lot is secure and accessible. Mother nature in all her glory with ducks and geese 🦆 walking around. I ate on the Mexican 🌯 restaurant on there and food is affordable and customer service is good. Great place. A place where I can definitely go with my family and have a barbecue day or afternoon picnic with friends and have a moment to walk around.

Really good place and must go there. Friendly folks out there. U should also do water sports like jetski which is very affordable for almost 170$ including gas price it was 144$ and we used 25$ gas but do not forget to have 1000$ to pay for security .they will return you back after u come back . One should plan trip before and week and book hotel on the beach .

This park is awesome! Was here for an outrigger race event. Lots of space and big old trees for shade. The washrooms are pretty good. They have a snack shack by the washrooms. Parking is plenty. There's a spray park for the kiddos. The beach is fairly steep as there's a sharp drop off from shore. Highly recommend for an outdoor gathering.

Great park and beach. Some bonfire pits, volleyball area, Mexican food and Tickleberry's Ice Cream shop. Gondola, out door workout machines, basketball courts, playground, dragon boating, boating launch, soon to have Dragon Boat Pub, paddleboard/kayak rental spot. Lots to do and great place to relax for a bit or the day.

Beautiful park and atmosphere. The dragon boat pub and ice cream shops nearby are awesome as well. Also there is volleyball courts, tennis courts, lots of picnic tables and a playground nearby for kids. I found the park to be a great place to run it’s not overly busy and there is a lovely breeze even in summertime with hot weather.

A sandy beach with great view and clear water in the north shore of the Skaha lake. There is a playground and free parking lot.

Awesome beach and beautiful park. I was impressed by the majestic mountain view added to the vastness of this lake. It is a treat for one's senses. Definitely one of the most beautiful scenery in BC.

What a great place to spend some time in the lake. Bathrooms close by, lots for the kids to do, water was beautiful. Easy to get to. Great place and a must to see while you are in the area.

It's one of my favorite places to go for the dragon boating competition in September. Very nice beaches, bbq pits, good views, and friendly people. Penticton is a very neat place with a lot of good bars and coffee places as well. If you are in the city, check those beaches out. Skaha lake park is a good place to visit

Park has beach volleball, food concession, washrooms, sandy beaches, picnic tables, playgrounds and lots of parking space around the area! The water is warm but not as Okanagan (Penticton) Lake. We went here a couple times between end of August and early September and there were some events held and was packed - Dragon Boat festival. On a normal weekday or weekend, it's not that busy. Worth visiting 😉

Fires with the good people. If there's a bother, it's usually a good personage who wants to clean up the community. Always glad for the justification and opportunity to learn individual persons. In truth I hate people, in group mentality though. Oh and there's ducks.

Kids friendly lake front and lots of play area for the kids and tennis courts for the adults/kids. Ice cream store with over 20 flavors were a great way to spend a hot summer at the beach and park

Not too busy (we went on a weekday morning). Good sandy beach with a playground nearby. Quieter than the Okanagan lake beach. Not many shops around so bring your own cooler with drinks and food!

Park is nice and clean. Sand here is better than the okanagan lake. It's peaceful here and you can find some water activities during the weekend. There should be some rides or playarea for the kids.

Beautiful park. Lovely ( and busy) in the summer days and a great place for a stroll at night. The water is crispy and cool but excellent to paddleboard, kayaking, and more. There is an orange/red divider of the shallow end before it drops off. Then there is a slightly further row of white markers demarcation where only watercraft can go. Bring your money for delicious ( and $$$) icream or sorbet options at Tickleberrys.
