Prices are way to high on majority of items , seen a Costco jacket priced at new retail pricing! Found 2 exact same style of shoes only they were a different colour, same condition. One was almost double the cost 🤷🏻‍♀️ I asked the manager if she could do both the same price then I’d buy both, her attitude was mind blowing. Management could care less about it’s customers, that was very clear! Disgusting 🤢

Usually, I love VV. The smell in this specific location was unappealing to say the least. The products were very old and tattered more than the usual. I did find a teapot for 7.99 and doggy t-shirts that were new for 4.99 each. The dog apparel selection was quite good I must say! Thank you to the fabulous, friendly and upbeat staff that made my experience a good one.

if you need clothing its not to bad, but most everything else I can find in better condition for the same cost or cheaper somewhere else, usually from a local store. I understand its a "For Profit" thrift store, but that doesnt mean they can charge retail or above for items they get for free. Like the picture below for example, this is a game you can get at Walmart for 14.99 new

I used to be a huge fan of Value Village but not any more. The prices are absolutely ridiculous! You get better deals at Walmart and Superstore for brand new clothing. Also, now they have taken away the change rooms so you end up buying items without even knowing if they will fit. They are making a killing claiming its for charity when only a miniscule amount is donated. Shame on you Value Village, SHAME ON YOU

Imagine charging that much money for stuff you scored for free. Better prices at local thrift stores.

Better than the Kamploops location, nothing compared to the mega ones in Thunderbay doe. The west is the best?

I came here for a specific cable, found out there wire/cable section is rather limited. They had plenty available parking. They had halloween stuff available. The place was like most Value Villages, and I don't have any complaints about them and prices seemed reasonable.

Prices seem far too high lately based on brands and quality. Disappointing. You might as well just wait for a sale and buy something new at that rate. Yet I want to buy second hand to help the environment so it’s a catch 22.

Great deals for people who can't afford an expensive life style but still have needs

Know your prices. Some things are a deal, most things are way overpriced. You'll find dollarama items with original $4 stickers and then you'll see Value Village has priced that item $8 or more.

Decent size store, so.e items are only dollars cheaper than full price brand new, but if you have the time to spend you can find a few gems. Great for the littles since they grow so fast

I Love Value Village and Always Will. Well let's see. Cons; Over the past 5 years or so ago, the store had way less variety, options and quality of items, accessories and clothes. Pros; it was alot cheaper. Now it's just the opposite. Alot more variety but it's not Value Village anymore, More like "WAL MART VILLAGE",haha!. Still love it, just make sure you bring more $Cashish$ this time. Would be 5⭐s, if the prices stayed the same. LOVE IT, THANK YOU AND HAVE FUN SHOPPING!!!👍😃

Prices on alot of things are the same as buying at a retail store and they are used and donated. Not worth shopping there. Prices are more than 50per cent more than other thrift stores now 90 per cent of items.
