Dr. O'Neill is absolutely wonderful and one of the only doctors who actually seems to care and listen. He has been really thorough with questions and asking about my concerns. But there is a receptionist here who is extremely rude, and has been every time I've come in person. My most recent visit, I got a big eye roll and cold, exasperated tone of voice when I came for an in person appointment, despite being polite and friendly. My mom is a medical professional and I always try my best to be understanding because I know receptionists and nurses take a lot of abuse from patients, but its really hard when you're made to feel like an unwelcome burden as soon as you enter. Also, a small thing, but you're supposed to knock when you arrive for an in person appointment, and you don't know if anyone heard you because no one waves or acknowledges you at all until they're off the phone and able to come answer the door. No problem- but I feel bad continuing to knock every couple minutes since I'm unsure if anyone heard (you can't see anyone if they're sitting) and I'm not trying to be impatient. My second to last visit, I knocked every 10min, and they ended up being away from the desk so I didn't get let in until I finally called the phone. Would be great if they would just wave a hand over top of the desk so you know they'll be with you when they're free instead of continuing to stand in the cold and knock.

Absolutely horrendous clinic. I'm appalled at the level of Healthcare in BC. The doctors at this clinic are lazy and incompetent. Wait at their clinic for hours, then finally speak to a doctor just to have him rush you out the door without doing anything. He didn't run any tests are listen to anything I told him. It's actually scary how lazy some of our doctors are. When the laziness and incompetence reaches this level it is no wonder why, for many people, things often get diagnosed too late.

Doctors are great, receptionist is unbelievably arrogant. Dealing with mental health issues and tried to report back to doctor after a week,he told me a phone call would be sufficient, receptionist refused to hear it,was extremely unprofessional, set off my ptsd. Probaby gonna go with another doctor because of her. She needs to go.

Just went to see a doctor at 12:30 and was told the doctor is booked up and isn't seeing anymore patients for the day despite the office being completely empty. They really need to change their hours of operation if that's the case also the receptionist has terrible bed side manners....

Called for a document to be filled it by a doctor. After a very long time trying to get through the phone line, I got what I needed and when I want to pick up the document, during business hours, no one was there, around 1:30-2pm. When I went the next day and asked why no one was there, the receptionist looked at me blankly, and had no answer… Second time dealing with them now. They open at 8am and I got through the phone line at 8:15am and somehow they're already booked up for the day. Why is it that they are still doing phone service only when I can go to the massage therapist, dentist, acupuncturist , etc.?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wait 2 hours for 3 walk in people to go in. Don't claim to be a walk in and have regular doctor appointment. Never will go back

New to town and have been to this Clinic a few times. Staff is always pleasant and they run very efficient office. The doctors are always friendly and don't waist any time. I highly recommend this clinic if you are need of medical assistance.

I've been to this walk-in three times now. It's very clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. One time the receptionist noticed snow melting on the floor in front of a patient with a walker. She immediately grabbed paper towels and started mopping up the mess so that the patient wouldn't slip. It can be a very busy location so arrive early. This is to ensure you're actually seen since in BC walk-in clinics have a maximum number of patients the doctors can see each day. Once they hit that number they legally have to close for the day.

We have been trying to go to this "walk-in clinic" for months now and it is NEVER open! This is the 4th time we have been there and again not open! Nobody in there! What gives! Glad I'm not sick!

Currently without a family Doctor but needed a prescription renewed. Receptionist answered the call and politely placed me on hold, a short wait and they were back. Very pleasant intake and was told a Dr. would call me back. Doctor called me within 2 hours, was very nice and asked pertinent questions. Whole experience was 1,000% better than I had expected.

I’ve had some issues with the doctors on staff, except for the current one I’ve been seeing. Super frustrating when the line is busy for the entire first hour they’re open, can be extremely difficult to even get an appointment. The front desk has always been lovely, and Dr. Aspinall has been very helpful. But I dread trying to call in.

Called to verify they were in fact a walk-in clinic and that they were open. Arrived literally 5 mins later to find a sign on the door saying they’re “at capacity” and not taking anyone else today. This was around 10:15am. The healthcare in this province (BC) is trash.
