I've been to them a few times. The dental hygienists are great. Last time I went there however was for a free filling and it was the most horrific experience of my life. They had a trainee assisting the dentist because it was a free procedure and she had no idea what she was doing. There were moments where I couldn't breathe and the tooth isn't even properly fixed after them doing a filling twice now. Today I called to book an apt for my boyfriend and I as I will have benefits again soon and was told they aren't taking new patients (as my bf hasn't been there before). They just lost themselves a patient. Dental offices should at least consider accepting a current patient's spouse. That is terrible service. I won't be back.

I would recommend Penticton Dental Centre to anyone looking for a new dentist in the South Okanagan. I switched to Dr. Saina a few years ago after a bad experience with another dentist and have had nothing but positive experiences since. Tanya and the front office staff are friendly and helpful when booking appointments and always greet you with a smile upon entering the building. I have had Jenna as my hygienist the last few visits and her professionalism and kindness go above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my family's dental care.

I have been going to see Dr Neufeld for a year now. Her passion for her work is what keeps me calm. The staff are efficient and very friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. After one year of major work I have faced my fears and can now walk in with no anxiety and receive the best care. I recommend my dentist and her team all the time.

Best dentist appointment ever. After a snow shoveling incident on the weekend and losing a chunk of my front tooth (not an emergency - just not pretty) Pat was able to squeeze me into the Monday schedule. Dr Matt is amazing and I left there fully restored. Stellar care from the front desk to the chair. You guys are the best.

Always an easy, positive experience at Penticton Dental. The front end staff to the hygienists and dentists are always lovely, present, kind and mindful of time. Things run smoothly and the energy is great. Highly recommended. I've been going to for years.

Fantastic place to go! I’d recomend Penticton dental to anyone! Dr Irvine is a great dentist! My husband will not go to anyone else! Recently had my braces done here and it was an exceptional experience. The reception staff is always friendly and amazing! The thing that made my experience stand out by far was my orthodontist Andrea! She’s always friendly and takes time out of her busy schedule to really get to know you. She was always very attentive in making sure that everything was comfortable! I never once felt like I was being a nuisance or felt like I was being pushed out the door. Amazing experience!

Front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Saina does great work, she explains things really well, and her conduct is professional and sweet. I trust her recommendations and the work she does.. and no upselling! I'm generally nervous about dental work, in part due to past negative experiences from elsewhere, and in part because I am a wimp, but I am always put at ease and no mess-ups in my 5 yrs of visits. My daughter is happy with this clinic as well. Highly recommend :)

Yesterday I had a semi-annual dental hygiene (cleaning) appointment with Jenna. I was very happy with the experience and left feeling that an excellent job had been done. Not only was Jenna a very competent professional but she was a delightful personality - very friendly and positive. She answered my questions and improved my understanding of procedures as we went along. Altogether a very satisfactory service. Thank you, Jenna.

Penticton Dental Center has amazing hygienists and we've been happy with our dentist, Dr. Katrina Saina. We've seen many different hygienists from their office (Lauren, Lynda, Jenny Anne to name a few) and each and every single one we have seen have made us feel comfortable and relaxed (despite feeling very anxious and nervous to start with). Dr. Saina is good at explaining things to us and helping us feel comfortable. She also listens and tries to troubleshoot when something isn't feeling quite right. This office is great with our little ones too and we really appreciate that. Thanks Penticton Dental!

I had my Invisalign done here, was an awesome experience. Cathy and Dr Saina were helpful and super positive throughout my entire Invisalign journey. Took a bit longer than originally expected but they wanted my results to be as good as possible and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks to Cathy, Dr Saina, Tanya and all the other staff as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
