Super
disappointed
with
the
pontoon
boat
that
we
rented
as
well
as
the
service
we
recieved.
First
of
all,
we
had
to
pay
a
2500
damage
deposit
upon
arrival
which
was
not
mentioned
in
the
confirmation
email
so
we
were
not
prepared
to
pay
it.
After
an
hour
my
friends
and
I
got
it
figured
out.
Once
on
the
boat
we
ran
into
a
number
of
problems.
The
engine
did
not
work
properly
and
kept
slipping
out
of
gears
which
meant
we
had
to
constantly
stop
and
struggle
to
start
it
back
up.
This
made
it
especially
difficult
to
enjoy
tubing.
When
we
called
castaways
to
let
them
know,
they
said
they
were
already
aware
of
it.
We
also
noticed
that
there
was
only
one
paddle
on
board
so
if
we
were
stuck
we
would
not
have
been
able
to
row
any
where.
There
was
also
no
emergency
horn
which
is
also
a
safety
hazard.
Lastly
when
we
returned
to
the
dock
we
complained
to
the
front
desk
about
their
unsafe
boat,
the
girl
told
us
we
were
making
her
uncomfortable
and
threatened
to
call
the
cops.
This
made
us
all
very
mad
because
we
were
put
into
a
unsafe
situation
and
then
threatened
after
complaining.
A
employee
of
the
hotel
pulled
my
friend
aside
and
told
him
that
this
happens
a
lot
with
castaways.
Every
year
I
rent
a
boat
for
my
birthday
and
my
friends
and
I
will
never
return
to
castaways.
This
put
a
huge
damper
on
the
rest
of
the
night.
Terrible
service.
