I would rate this hotel between 3 and 4 stars. It’s newly renovated and clean, depending on the room type you can get a weird corner room or spacier ones with a nice walk in shower. The location is decent but not great - 10-15min walk to the beach or Main Street, but you’ll probably drive so kind of moot. Overall it’s a bit rough around the edges, they have this giant outdoor LED sign that stays on all throughout the night and like a giant nightlight. They have a pool and hot tub which technically qualify as such but that’s it. Prices aren’t very competitive considering it’s location and other options that are right on the beach or of better quality. If you get a good deal, I’d say it’s worth it but shop around and you’d be surprised at the options.

Very expensive for what you get. Ok hotel. I think it's expensive for what you get. Location is decent, but 10 min walk from Main Street and beach area. The young lady at the front desk was really nice. Our room was large and comfortable. Mattress medium firm so comfortable enough to accommodate most people. The room had coffee, microwave, bar fridge. Bathroom was partially updated. But the shower was quite old and dingy, with mold stains that should be cleaned up. Mounted towel holder falling out of wall. A bit of TLC would go a long way. They have blinds over the windows, which is horrible as it lets all the light in from the street lights at night and by 5:00 a.m. the room is quite bright with the morning sun in the summer. And by quite bright, I mean I could read a tiny print book without having to turn a light on no problem. Indoor pool looked clean and was a good size (didn't go in). If it wasn't >$300 per night, I'd stay here again. But next time I would stay closer to the town centre and pay that much or more for similar/better accommodations with more advantages.

Was surprised to see this location as a 2 star hotel. The staff is friendly, the structure of the building is quite unique, cool style room with a modern colour theme compared to maaany other hotels I've been to. Nespresso coffee available in the room. The pool and hottub room has an interesting getaway feel. Wishing the pool would be open later. Overall had a great stay for a decent price found.

I stayed from July 17th and checkout today July 18th. Checkin was 4pm, and the room wasn’t ready when we went to go checkin. When asking why, they said it was because the cleaning staff wasn’t getting along with each other. We had an event at 5, and were u able to shower before. We had to change in public bathroom. Later at night we went out at 10:30pm, when we got back just after 11pm, the door was locked and no one was there to let us in until after midnight. Absolute horrible experience here.

Stayed in room 305, was a great room the beds were comfy, jetted tub and shower were amazing. Couple small things the tub drained a little slow on the left sliding doors heading into the bathroom the metal handle falls out frame was able to put it in but might need to be glued in, couple of cobwebs in the corner of the room.

This hotel doesn't look great from outside or in the lobby but it seems the rooms have had cosmetic updates. The beds were soft. I prefer a a more firm mattress. The linens were clean. I did not appreciate that check in time wasn't until 4pm.and they wanted a $300 "Damage deposit" The staff in the attached diner were very friendly and good breakfast.

Pretty good overall and I wished it was 4 or 5 stars! Nice check in gal and a nice inviting lobby area. Newly renovated too since it was a Coast hotel before. Nice hot tub jets and a clean pool area but WOW was the shower so darn hot in the pool area! Scolding hot no kidding to the max and knob was busted to get anything cold and I had a ton of shampoo in my hair. I alerted the gal when she was in there closing the pool area at 9 pm. By then I just had to get shampoo out of eyes and make it back to my room for a proper shower. In the room it is nice and clean but very limited tv channels to watch. A lot of sports but am not always in the mood to watch mostly sports is thing. Am a big sports fan but already knew all the scores of the day and the World Series game was a cancel due to rain. No comedies! No Much Music, No CMT, just news and sports and Food Network, pretty much. Just will go to bed early and use the 10% discount voucher at Bear's Den on site which is a staple breakfast place for me while in Penticton.

This was supposed to be a relaxing night away for my husband and I, instead it was a stressful experience as there was no disclaimer or information when I reserved the room, that the room deposit was 3x more than any other hotel I have ever stayed at! I was also told that if I wanted a late checkout, I would be charged another day for anything more than 1 extra hour! We will not be staying here again, nor will we be recommending this hotel to anyone.

We got the executive queen suite with an amazing jacuzzi. The room was clean, quiet and close to all amenities .

The room itself is very nice, however house cleaning certainly is lacking. Garbage left in room, we had to re-make the bed as bottom sheet not tucked in. Shower wouldn't work, but bath tub is wonderful. I would suggest if booking here to ask for rooms on alley side as main Rd traffic is very loud.

I stayed in a king bed newly renovated room. I was pleasantly surprised with this room. It was clean spacious with a huge bathroom. It had a separate room with the toilet and a huge soaker tub with amazing jets. You also had windows you could open up that almost felt like an outdoor hot tub. There is a beautiful rain shower head and also a little TV on the wall. The bed was comfy (if you like firmer) and very clean white bedding. You have a little outdoor patio (you do have street noise) to enjoy some fresh air. They have 2 great quality bathrobes that are wrapped in plastic to ensure cleanliness. They have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Lovely little indoor pool and hottub. Staff were friendly and professional. Great hotel for the price. I would stay in this same suite again or highly recommend.
