I
enjoyed
it.
The
food
was
really
good.
The
atmosphere
was
fantastic
and
the
two
dishes
that
we
ordered,
we
really
liked.
However,
she
preferred
mine
and
I
preferred
hers.
🙂
I
asked
for
recommendation
and
received
one
of
their
supposedly
nicest
cuts
and
asked
for
medium.
I
confess
that
my
jaw
got
tired
trying
to
chew
through
the
beef.
Her's
was
one
of
the
most
common
cuts
of
steak.
She
gave
me
a
taste,
and
it
was
soft
and
flavorful
and
half
the
price.
My
suspicion
is
that
this
place
is
made
to
local
taste.
If
you're
an
extranjero
like
me
(and
I've
seen
this
multiple
times
in
multiple
countries),
the
literal
way
that
you
ask
for
your
steak
to
be
cooked
it's
not
going
to
translate
well
via
the
language
translation
via
the
server
to
the
kitchen
to
the
cultural
expectation
and
back
to
your
table.
The
lesson
that
I
should
have
already
learned
is
that
when
you
ask
for
the
service
recommendation,
they're
going
to
try
to
give
you
the
most
upscale
thing.
Sometimes
that's
to
get
the
most
money
out
of
you
and
sometimes
that's
out
of
an
honest
attempt
to
try
to
give
you
the
most
upscale
experience.
Your
job...is
to
order
what
everyone
else
is
ordering.
They're
ordering
it
for
a
reason
(and
my
date,
who
was
local,
ordered
it
for
a
reason,
with
or
without
intention).
Taste
buds
may
speak
slightly
different
languages,
but
they
all
come
from
the
same
place.
