it is grim here. not much to see. I went there to scout a location for a photo shoot and it wasn't until after I arrived, that I was told it isn't the kind of place gringos should find themselves in. there is some beautiful street art, but if you go, make sure you're in a large group. or better yet, go with someone who knows the area.

Great historic building, library and tourist center. Worth visiting. However, the place is located in an industrial area that may not be very safe in the evenings.
