Quite good shopping experience. A single floor mall but is quite spacious to accomodate their hypermarket and also the other tenants, like Mr. DIY, pet store etc. There is also a food court available. Can find most stuffs here including those international brands. Not much crowd on the weekdays. Hope the management can increase the number of cashiers at the counters. Plenty of parkings available.

Lane between shelves is also big enough when there is another customer at the same place as you are at that time. You can shop for almost all of your needs here from electrical appliances, stationery, clothes, cosmetics, housing equipments and groceries here. However, they should have prioritize more on cashiers because at peak hours like 9-10pm, customers would have to queue up long to pay for their carts and this can be solved if they have more cashiers at peak hours.

Amongst one of supermarket mall in seberang perai The rapidly growing number of mall nearby make me worried either each of them profiting or about to close There are few others hypermarket nearby area Otherwise all other facility are complete here.. All stop centre for local comfort

Good place to shop for groceries. Just i think its time for the used car to relocate to other place. Aeonbig customer find it very difficult to get car parked,especially those shaded parking.

On 6/4/23 at 3.30pm, at ur entrance u have ur AEON staff (Malay lady) selling bakery items. If it's "self service", put a sign or say "self service" but rudely (tone of voice) say take by yourself. It's not that u had other customers or u were busy. Literally just standing there. If ur items are best selling or sold out items, i belief u wouldn't be putting a table at the entrance to sell it off. Also when asked how to take.. not show by eyes and head nodding. Everyone can understand ur gesture? Point la with you hand. Say it out. Show customer where is the plastic/tray n etc. Not take by hand on plastic she said? Training needed for customer service. To add on, please check on your price tagged labels. Really difficult to know the prices.

Had a bad experience at meat section.The butcher at meat section not doing a good job. Showing arrogant and rude attitude when you talk to him. No first come first served here. They don't cut meat for customers individually. They cut for other customers as well before you get yours. Had to wait patiently for a while before I got mine.

Initially a great place with lot parkings. Now suddenly parking no longer free. I think is a wrong move, not only causing traffic jam (the entrance very short for long car queue) but need to pay extra. This definitely upsets those regular customers

Having large parking area is great advantage. Aeon do have all living groceries and items. Only the shop within the compound and food court not doing so well.

I ask security there's no coin changer for trolley and no basket available. Cannot buy monthly groceries.

Not so many people come to shop here. Perfect for people who like shopping without any distraction. Also got fast food and nasi kandar here.

Actually im quit always visit here. But since this yrs, they implement the card to customers who want to entre , i think to control number headcount. But, are u sure, the card clean hygiene?? Everyday a lot peoplqe touch the card, have any staff sanitize the card before pass to next customers??
