    Please send your staff to training, your staff, Mak as I can see from his lanyard was very rude. Asking question like he doesn't want o serve me. Bad customer service. I wish I could know you served me in a very bad way like I'm come to and ask free money from you.

    I want to change to other line but digi rejected 3 times!!why??i using prepaid no contract, when go to this so called ‘centre’ they also dont know why the system rejected then give bad advised..’sir u need to wait until they approve’ when i ask if they rejected again how? They said u need to apply again n again..come on la until when wei? Not helping la this centre. Already called digi hotline many times no one pickup, useless!!

    Very fast and efficient service by the staffs. It is good that they have number system and counter unlike some other telco stores where the staffs go around attending customers on first come first service basis.

    The place is okay as it us where you go to resolve your problems regarding the Digi service. However, the staff there are not very friendly and helpful if you are there to explore plan etc. It is better to go to Digi kiosk at shopping complexes as they are more helpful and more informative

    Useless customer service. I wanted to renew the SIM card for my wife because she has a very old one with really bad value booking options (Prepaid). The customer service pretended to be helpful but actually only showed the same packages that I can choose inside the digi app ON MY OWN! They really think their customers don't know how to use the app so just do the same while expecting we don't notice. I'm not driving through terrible traffic to the Digi store only to find out that the customer service can't do more than the app anyway 🤦🏼‍♂️ one word: USELESS. Oh and they said I could come back when the SIM card is not working anymore. This clearly indicates they could actually do something IF the wanted. I don't know if this is a company policy because these old offers drive a lot of revenue but one thing is sure, it's terrible "service" 🫣

    Dont really get good line even infront of the digi store.. cant help on retrieving invoices from 2020.. as no email was given to me.. sadly changing service provider soon due very poor service for the past few years.. no improvement seen.. hope competitors have better service.. staff was good as they are calm as most of the customers walkin was unhappy with the service..

    I signed digi postpaid Rm60 on May 2022, expecting to get 30gb+10gb data, and unlimited social media data. Instead, I get 10gb per month only. I have to top up as there's not enough data for me. I walked in on this issue and the staff also don't know why I'm getting 10gb only. and she immediately offer a postpaid RM45 plan (40gb data+unlimited social media) for me which is not open to the public. I request on a refund. As I do not want to just give away my money for nothing. RM60 for 10gb. I've submitted, called, walked in to them about this issue from September 2022 till now, but neither they refund nor fix my data balance. At first, they say i don't have prove of screenshot. I submitted the screenshot, they say the screenshot invalid. I walked in again, only they say ok to refund the TOP UP amount of the month that i make complain. I'm still not satisfied, so they help to submit my report again. And the latest call i received, claiming that i should have report this problem in 14 days once i found out the billing issue. and this call was Jan2023. Their last offer for me is to refund my top up amount of Nov22 and Dec22. I am not satisfied with this. I felt scammed by such company.
