People just come to here to spend time with families and friends. People of Penang mainland has something to look forward for during the weekends. My son just loves it! Ask him where he wants go on a weekend? And the answer is the same! “ Sunway Carnival Mall”! 😄.. even just to have ice-cream from Inside Scoop. Christmas decorations were awesome !! Magical and mystical theme for 2022. 2023 Chinese New year decorations are awesome . Combination of colours is very calming and beautifully done. Well done!!

One of our favorite Shopping Mall. The new wings really changed the environment and ambiance of this aging mall. Now it is modern and comfortable with excellent facilities and stores available. It is one of the happening place at Seberang Jaya.

Visited Sunway Carnival during the Christmas season and was impressed by the delightful decorations. The place is clean, filled with a variety of shops, and boasts a pleasant and spacious environment. Additionally, the ample parking space added to the overall positive experience.

Easy access from PLUS highway and BKE highway. Lot of parking space. Ticket parking machine is cashless. Can pay using debit/credit or touch n go. Many branded boutique outlet.

Nice CNY decors! The mall’s size is a bit small, but you can get whatever you want here (a variety of shops/stores here).

To go to this mall looks easy from Highway but there will be few turnings until you get to the mall. The mall itself is kind of strategic - with each level for different shops and outlets. My favourite is the level where there are many food outlets close to one another. Even the toilet and surau are close by. The parking lot is also quite good too as the area is quite spacious.

The newly revamped mall with loads of new shops and food stalls aswell. Offline and Online parking is offered as well which is beneficial for those that don't use online. Anyways here are some of my girlfriends pictures

Go here for lunch at Johnny's. Tomyam seafood so delicious but you must have been patience to dine in here. Took so long to get your order. But all the food was satisfied! Remember, be patience!! 😁

This mall has gotten better. Their CNY and Christmas decor this year is especially unique, me as an Islander also like to go check it out. The new wing is clean, and also has most shops (not all) that you are familiar with. Good to check it out.

I went during peak hour, and it was SO MANY PEOPLE ARGHHHH. Carpark took some time to arrive as there were many people, and they are currently renovating another way to enter. Go to East Entrance for common parking. West is for valet parking. Even valet parking is full. It looks big outside but not that much store compared to queensbay, I guess. I'm not sure. But I'm liking the flyover to the parking and going out flyover.

Never been to this mall before in my life. Only when the new wing was recently opened that I decided to go. Quite nice. The new wing looks modern with a number of shops and restaurants already opened. Among the newly opened stores here are Jaya Grocer, Inside Scoop, Popular Bookstore, Kaison, Uniqlo, CBTL, Burger King etc. Parking lots are aplenty in the new wing, but because the mall is gaining attention lately, it’ll be full by lunch time.

One of the better malls on the mainland of Penang, offering a wide a range of shopping experience. There's about four floors of retail shops, coupled with restaurants, IT and gadgets, as well as fashion and other retailers. Parkson is the anchor tenant here. Quite a nice friendly mall serving the community here. Parking is convenient, but can be quite crowded during peak periods or weekends.

New extension was grand and spacious, quite photogenic as well. Tons of big brands and crowds. There's chargers for electric cars too.

New looks with a lot new brand outlet in new wing. Crowded & most of the restaurant full with people and long queue. The main entrance is at the new wing, main hall with Disney theme.

this mall is located in Butterworth, accessible by ferry from Penang island. because it’s less frequented, many staff members aren’t versed in English. that just means you’re in for some high stakes charades. this mall had a lot of food on the bottom floor, and although staff might give you a look that’s vaguely reminiscent of one you might give a rubrik’s cube, they’re still happy to help. there’s also a Eureka vending machine here, along with a cinema and a gym. lots of clothing shops around, with deal areas stretching across floors. grocery stores and book stores are also present. pretty large mall, all things considered, with some cheaper deals.

Nothing personal but IMO this mall is boring. Took a grab from Penang over here to visit this mall as many were talking so much about it..had coffer at CBTL and we left hardly spending an hour here. I don't really know what category should I classify this mall ad apart from confused. Wasted trip for me unfortunately.

The place is a very nice experience. It is very clean, lots of food choices and things to do . During Covid 19 people were adhereing to the SOP It is also a great place to spend time with family

1. Parking- i park at outside mall, near to terrace shop. Easy and cheap but far, depends on luck. 2. Premises- normal shopping complex. Cons- no shop map guidance at each floor to show the shop list. - no food court. Only shop restaurant.

On 10 july 2022, This place is under big renovation, so it became crowded. The parking also not available like usual because of the renovation, still have parking but limited, the toilet also full ya, lots of people out there. That place is a good place to go if it was not holiday. Crowded but lots of interesting stall are opened in there. Just go after renovation haha, it will be more hygiene and smart.

Nice shopping mall with the new wing which extended from the original building. The mall got more shops and variaties. The best thing the layout of the new mall looks fresh and up to date. The bad thing is the mall dont have enough parking lot and the road around the mall always congested.

The most beautiful Mall in North Malaysia. Plenty of parking. You can find Uniqlo, padini, sport directs, zus coffee, Texas Chicken, Chicago chicken inside. They have a huge hanging LCD screen in the centre of Mall

Good & helpful management team, always keep improving the mall. Old Town Coffee in level 2 is a good place to relax while hvng coffee. The staffs are friendly especially Ms.Keertana who is Manager there. Tq

The new annex building has many branded shop outlets and also popular F&B outlets. Good shopping mall to shop and then chill out at your favorite F&B outlets. Plenty of parking area in the multi level parking.

I like their aircond, it’s really cold :) However their parking is a mess, had to jam to go out :( Hopefully one day they can fix it

Traffic: We visit on the noon time, and there is no traffic even thought it’s Sunday. Flow to traffic is better. Convenient: I didn’t see any lift when I visit, escalator is on the same spot for up and down.

My fav shopping mall. Many branded stores.they expanded the new wing and are still under renovation. Their decoration for the festive season is very 'wow' and a lot of new attractions for you to enjoy..

Good place for a nice walkaround and shopping also GSC movie halls here. They also available variety of dining choices here. Recommended.

Its been almost a year since I last went...no proper signage to Sunway Carnival as they are doing roadworks n massive extension/ renovation..we went round n round to funally reach our destination. Inside the mall..nothing much either..maybe post MCO etc..the people around were quite good in SOP, to my surprise as compared to SPetani where i stay...way better...anyways, it was a good break after a year s hiatus fr retail therapy!

The touch & go reload card kiosk at the second floor is not working at all. When approaching the kiosk, there was a burn smell in the machine. Whether it was burn out, short-circuit or experiencing power failure, is not clear. Better fix it fast before it endanger consumers who want to use it.

lot's of shop close because management hungry for Money.. some favourite shop already closed.. nothing interesting in Sunway, people don't want to come because nothing interesting.. Sunway only thinking about money..

The parkson inside is terrible. Poor service. Lack of workers. Only one cashier counter is opened during peak hours. U can a long queue like a train. Poor management

Inside the mall could have say is decent, most categories of shop are inside. Limited car park and most terrible one is no suitable place to park for a bike. Either is outside opposite road all below trees where welcome bird's feces, then only design for motor small size, everywhere I try to find cant fit in and cant turn while inside the motor parking, else I forced to illegal parking. Please la renovation dy do some indoor motorcycle parking, I willing to pay for a safer indoor parking

New wing expansion definitely a great move from sunway, this can make this place to be attractive for us to visit, shopping and make Perai area to get attention again from local people as well as tourist. Overall not as spacious as other shopping mall however new wing looks more colorful than old wing. Beside that, it also increased human capacity.

The new wing is brightly lit with lot of new shops which attract most of the visitors. In contrast, the old wing lighting seems a bit dimmed and less crowded which makes the environment more cozy. Parking now support most of the e-wallet, and there's even some reserved parking just to charge your electric car (first come first served base).

Almost everything/all my favourites are here. Favourite brands & food. Moving from KL back to my hometown is becoming more awesome as i get to enjoy my kampung life, yet almost everything i can get in KL are also available here at Sunway Carnival.

Can consider a big shopping mall NOW in P.W. , but somehow lack of something in which Islands mall can offer but Not here, and this is crucial for shoppers in terms of selection, where to go in the first place n also whether to make a return visit, or rather just cross over to the other side to make a complete shopping pleasure.

A lot of food variety to choose from, especially after the new Wing has opened! Now it has Johnny's, Texas Chicken, Sushi Zanmai, Burger King, Sukiya, Chili's, Brewhouse, Haidilao and Ichiban Ramen!

Come during Raya holiday. The mall always plan nice event and activities. Food choices was alot at LG floor. Alot drink varieties too and clothing store. Huge crowd during festival holiday. Definitely a nice place for local to shop.

The new wing of the mall makes it a bit larger with more selection of brands that are common in the island part of the state. The mall's only competitio is Aeon Alma which is less than 10-km but takes more than 30-minutes drive.

Not as big as I have expected, the area is much smaller than Sunway Pyramid. But still a pretty decent place to shop, just that the eateries not much variety to choose, lack of choice. There is no bookstore as well.

I love this place! Kudos Sunway team ,we need more mall autism-friendly like this. Definitely will come again. I prefer here then Queensbay. But Paragon is still our 1st choice when we visit Penang.

After the face lift. This mall is much better. Can't compare with Qbay or Gurney... but for mainland, this is far most the best. Jaya grocer selection is different than Paragon's. Parking wise .. is a little challenge. Due to the other half is still under construction (basement)
