I've
never
been
someone
who
consistently
exercised,
often
wondering
how
others
found
enjoyment
in
it.
I’d
dabbled
in
yoga,
pilates
and
body
balance
before
but
never
found
the
motivation
to
stick
with
it.

2022,

I
was
new
to
Perth,
I
came
across
Zahra’s
pay-as-you-feel
classes

Hyde
Park.
Although
hesitant
to
go
alone,
I
tried
it
out,

as
the
season
was
coming
to
an
end.

I'm

this

my

I've

my

Working
a

I
feel

I

my

Zahra's

to
detail
and
profound
understanding
of
body
movement
and
muscle
groups
are
evident,
when
guiding
you
through
a
class,
she
clearly
explains
each
step
and
transition
facilitating
a
smooth,
logical
flow
of
movement.
BHY's
signature
approach
to
vinyasa
flow
maintains
a
consistent
familiarity
while
always
introducing
fresh
and
engaging
elements.
The
variety
of
classes
on
offer
cater
for
a
range
of
needs
and
goals,
with
beginner-friendly
vinyasa
flow,
slow-paced,
meditative
yin
sessions,
and
challenging
spicy
sequences

I
never
expected
to
find
the
connection
and
warmth
I’ve
found
in
the
community
that
BHY
fosters;
totally
inclusive

all
ages
and
genders.
I’ve
appreciated
every

I’ve
achieved

my
